At work I've used:
"PAYDAY!"
"stop whining"
"working as intended"
I need to / forgot about "ah yes ..... We have dismissed that claim" (is that the correct quote?), and I really need to run about elbowing people and shouting "JIM!" followed by a falcon punch to an annoying woman in the gut...

" Nothing's ever simple, is it?" - all the time at work
--Shepard (ME1, renegade response upon seeing the Thorian)
" How come I don't have one of those?" - after seeing a new tech-gizmo
--Garrus (ME3, after seeing Kirrahe blasting away with the Scorpion)

My favourite. I lol'd pretty hard the first time I heard it in-game. Shepard just looks straight ahead and you almost see a look of dejection as he says it.

"It is not a thing you can comprehend."
I use that when ever the opportunity presents itself.

by the Goddess!
There's a really religious guy at work, and he asked me to stop saying "goddamn", so I respected his wishe, now I just do a high-pitched voiced (see above).

JIM!!
Not so much me, except I have a tendency to say 'Raaaargh' when driving or when I finished something, but I've managed to turn my 3 year old into a mini krogan, so much so that I've heard her turn to another kid at nursery and tell him to 'stop whining'. She will also say For Tuchanka and a very cute 'raaaaaaaaaaaaaargh' when the mood takes her.
'Are you fighting baddies mummy?'

after a game of Risk where I betrayed my ally I said 'Stand in a battlefield and ask the dead souls if honour ever mattered. The silence is your answer.'
Yeah, I'm deep.

I find myself saying "Keelah" on occasion. Usally to myself, though.
@MrsFlyingKebab My niece is similar. While she's younger than that, she really enjoys my krogan impressions. "MMRRRRRAWR! I AM KROGAN!"
