Is it possible to get a refund for the points some of us bought just for return to ostagar?

Since it's been delays after delays and false release dates (3 times) I'm deciding not to buy the DLC anymore,
I'd rather spend it to buy coffee or something more useful

If you paid with a credit card, you can refuse payment.  You paid for something that wasn't delivered and no one can tell when it might be delivered.  That is generally called a scam and a credit card protects you against scams.
