 The one where you have to set foot in every area of the map.  Yeaaa, I have played through the game 2 and a half times and haven't gotten this one yet, every time I see a new place to go, i go there. Is there something I'm missing?

Still, before it gets locked or moved, have you done all quests, side quests, and everything possible, imaginable and anything else? Have you done those thieving quests where you get some filled-with-guards random encounters in Denerim? Check and see how much of the game have you explored and try going into every house you remember. It might help, or it might not. All I can say : I got it when I was at 92%... don't ask me how, I have no idea.

There are some places that become available only if you trigger certain quests. You have to do the Crows and the "favor for interested parties", you have to go to the royal district, etc. There is a trophy guide with all the locations here: http://www.ps3trophi...8210-post8.html

Note that you will need to do the "Crime wave" quest if you are a rogue or have unlocked the ability, but you will not have to do it otherwise.
