A few of them look ok but they are only like 320 Bioware points. I don't know if a DLC that small would be worth it.
But if those DLCs are just discounted and they have some meat to them, then I guess theres no harm in it.
Besides the Shadow Broker DLC....what are the main/good ones?

Stolen Memory DLC (Kasumi DLC): good for any non-Soldier classes as it contains the Locust SMG and a Tech Damage upgrade. That Tech Damage upgrade can give you your third Tech Damage upgrade which will unlock the Tech Cooldown research upgrade.
If you have the Cerberus Network DLC, then you can get some free DLC from that like the Zaeed squadmate and Firewalker missions, and the Eviscerator shotgun.
Overlord DLC is also really good.
Arrival DLC helps bridge the gap between ME2 and ME3. You are mostly fighting alone.
The Weapons DLC pack features some overpowered weapons.
