The points system is an absurd system put in place to scam people. It's totally an EA thing.

Hey there i got a problem with these points. I decided to get a few of the downloadable content so i got me a few of those points. I started the download which then got stuck at 0% in the downloading tab. After restarting the game for some reason all the downloads were back at available content. My downloads were missing, a few of my already downloaded content (obtained from redeem codes) received an "unauthorized" message and I lost the points I spent for obtaining the downloads. WHAT GIVES?!?
