I was thinking about going all Dexterity but then I thought maybe I need armor penetration with some cunning. So I was thinking 2 dex. 1 cunning.
Any advice for me?
How do I build Zevran?

2 DEX, 1 CUN is all right I guess, although that would give you only about 2-3 extra Armor Penetration by endgame.
For greater damage potential, focussing on CUN, spec'ing as a Bard and Assassin, and backstabbing most of the time is the way. While focussing on DEX means you don't have to worry about defense and attack rating at all. If you don't want to micromanage Zevran, investing bulk of his points in DEX is something worth considering. Having said this, if you are not dead set on min-maxing, maintaining a 2:1 ratio would also be effective enough.

Thanks, Yeah, I don't want to micromanage and I prefer the greater survivability of the dex. build.

To be honest, DW rogues only work well if you're controlling them. Zevran works best when he's backstabbing, and there's no way to make him do that on the tactics menu. It's a little annoying as it kinda gimps his character a bit. The nearest I've got is to tell him to attack enemies which are attacking your tank (Alistair/Shale/Warden), who should be drawing all the aggro. It's not flawless, but it's better than nothing.
