I know it's possible to temporarily put in powers for any class using the save editor, but every new mission it is reset. Is there a way to, for example, make a Shepard in SP that has powers like the N7 Paladin in SP? Not just snap freeze, but also the shield melee attack?

as much as I'd bloody LOVE this to happen. I don't know if its mod friendly, and if it is, its a huge load of work, at least that's what I've been hearing. people want it, but I don't think their going to get it, certainly not from the dev's now that they've dropped ME like a rock (no more DLC content)... something I bet they've been wanting to do since they got the ending feedback. there's still some obvious bugs but I don't think they're about to fix them either.
keep the discussion open though, jump on other threads along the same line, maybe you'll get some modders interested enough in the idea.

For those of you interesting in getting MP weapons and powers into SP, here's a strong lead:

That command is locked by the patch001.sfar file, in order to be able to change it you're going to have to figure out how to edit it without the game crashing instantly at startup.Gaw_Damnit wrote...
