It says it's still unauthorized for me when I did get it authorized.

Verify that the Dragon Age Origins Content Updater Service is running.
1.) Press the windows key + R (or click Start and then RUN) and type in services.msc and press ENTER
2.) Locate the Dragon Age: Origins - Content Update in the list of services.
3.) Right click it and select START
If it doesn't start or is missing, there is more troubleshooting information in section 3 of the Redeemed DLC Troubleshooting FAQ

I get an error about how it's not there.

Well the windows service says its in the C: drive but i installed into the D: drive and I can't change the path.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the service, instructions are in section 3.2.4 of the FAQ I linked earlier.

I'm having a bit of trouble doing this, as the service i'm trying to uninstall has not been found.
