I finally finished my Insanity playthrough on the first two games and now I'm starting my run through on the third. Any suggestions on how to make this easier on myself?

ME3 makes insanity easier on you by default. 
Infiltrator is probably one of the easier classes to play.

Learn power combos. Abuse them.
If you are importing an ME2 Shepard, load up ME2 first and reassign your Shepard's talent points so you have 51 free points, then make a new save. This is so when you import your Shepard into ME3, you will have all your points to assign as you see fit. Importing a level 30 Shepard into ME3 will give you 60 skill points to start.
