Vega's sour face when he still wanted to fight with shepard while covered in blood.

what moved me was legions death cliche but very sad IMHO that and doctor chakwas having a drink with shepard make me feel like she considers shepard her child(make more sense if you pick the colonist or earthborn history)makes
me tear up a little

Nah bro, Chakwas looked like a MILF to me, lol. I was shocked she was not a romance option, lol. Ageism I tell you.
But seriously, I agree the conversations with her over Brandy were touching. The one about how Joker would always need her was tough man.
And yep Legion's death was sad to me cliche or not. The most powerful part of it to me was Tali finally admitting that he had a soul.

Legion's death was comedy gold.
"I'M SORRY SHEPARD. I MUST GO TO THEM."
Thane and Anderson moved me. Grunt's goodbye on Priority Earth: "Thanks for getting me out of that tank." Liara's song and Jack's tattoo scene in the Citadel DLC also gave me some strong feels.
