I wish I wasn't a child in Africa who I wished got all the negative repercussions of my wishes.

Granted. However, you have to understand that you were made a child in Africa to grant your wish that such would get all the negative repercussions of your wishes. The negative repercussions followed you, and thus made your wish come true. Since you now want to be a scorpion in Africa (? or something else?) the repercussions will still follow you. ...Tell you what, scorpion is kinda complicated, why don't I just turn you back as you were? You better see a doctor though, you've picked up some bad diseases in Africa.

Meanwhile, I'll settle for a bottle of Belvedine, now that the world seems to be all out of Bunnahabhain.

I did make a wish, and I'm sorry (or not) but you're still stuck with singing and you'll die.
