Granted, but if you were to die in the game, you would die in real life.

I wish I can have a wish without it being corrupt, and I can use it right away for basically anything I want and it will be granted.

Granted, the Man can no longer keep you down. However, you now need an anchor handy so as not to float into space and asphyxiate.
