Since the itty, bitty baby rogues, and the silly girly men in dresses have their own topics, I figured it's about time for us REAL MEN to emerge.

I look forward to my utterly badass ripper of a Dalish Elf. Dual-Wield handaxes as a berserker/reaver = many dead humans and city elves. My dwarf noble will take pleasure smashing a giant maul into peoples faces when they don't agree with her. And sometimes when they do.

My warrior will carry the sword of justice to smite those who do wrong and the shield of compassion to protect the ones he holds dear from the blight.

You can't have a war without warriors. Show me a battle and I'll show you blood and strife. It is the natural order of things, peace is an aberration.

Well if anything, you warriors are darn good looking! I guess all that blood keeps you youthful.

The question is, do I go bow + two-handed or sword and shield FTW? I'm still undecided but eventually I'll level up and have ot choose. It's so sad and exciting at the same time.

so other than the ARGHs and the ERGHs and the GRAHHs,what specialization are you guys and gals planning to take and do you have a certain personality in mind for your warrior? also 1 Wield with Shield or Dual Wield?
to answer my own questions:
I'm going with the Templar Specialization,my character will also be an all-round good guy like myself and as my previous post stated I'll be Wielding 1 Sword with a Shield. That earlier post is also something my PC (Flay) would say.

Q:
Warriors! What is best in life?
EDIT: Oh and I'll be swording and boarding. Probably as a Champion, since I'll most likely be bringing Alistair along most of the time so he'll take care of any Templar-y duties that might come up.

My Dwarven Commoner serves as a thug for the local crime lord. He figured it is easier to collect extortion fees when you have a giant warhammer in your hands. I am thinking the reaver speicalisation

Human and dwarven noble warrior reporting. I'm just a melee gal at heart. First to charge, last woman standing, toe-to-toe skill-versus-skill arsekicking and a living shieldwall for my friends ... what more could one ask for?

I feel like dual-wielding is for rogues, so I'm leaning towards a big two-handed weapon. As for how I'll spec it, I kinda need to know more. I'm thinking berserker though if it's anything like rage in NWN2 I might pass. I'll definitely try to hit some of the higher two-handed weapon attacks like critical strike.
