A complaint:
I want to download some of the content I had a key for. And instead of a clear and straightfoward process, I am instead thrown into "register/create an account" hell.
I was asked to create an EA account. I was asked to create a Bioware account (despite the fact that I've had a Bioware account for years). I was asked to reconfirm and reconfirm and reconfirm accounts ad infinitum, each time getting errors saying that that account name had already been taken (yes, by me!) or that no account existed (I just created it!) or that my email address had already been used (of course it had: by me!).
I have no idea how much of the account creation fiasco I went through was intentional or how much of it was due to overwhelmed servers, but the entire experience was miserable and in the end I had to pick a completely different account name -- this stupid one -- just so I could post here and let someone, anyone know just how miserable and confusing the experience was.
Please either make the account creation process more user friendly or fix your servers so that they can handle the amount of account creation requests you're receiving. And while you're at it, look into some account management software so that we do not have to create and manage multiple accounts/usernames/passwords.
As for me, you've lost me as a participant in this community. After wasting 45 minutes of my time last night trying to figure out how to download content, I've given up and will never try again.
Why the absurd number of accounts required?

I should be more specific and less ranty, I suppose. When I clicked on "download content" from within the game, I was taken to an EA site where I was asked to create an account. From there, instead of being given the option to download the content as I expected, I was taken to the account creation screen on this site. Here is says that I can use three other accounts, which right off is confusing, because didn't I just create and log in with an EA account, so why am I telling it to use another?
And it's at this point the entire process breaks down. Nothing I type seems to be accepted. All I get is error messages and red-highlighted fields with no direction as to what I'm doing wrong. I'm assuming all these errors were a result of server overload, but I don't know. I finally start over from scratch, close out of the game, and create this account (which was stupid because now my email address is locked in and I won't ever get my old account name back).

No point in making it easy for the customer. the great part is i cant buy any of the DL content so what they are doing is losing money. sure I'm only one person but i'm not the only person having this issue. Now i'm to the point i'm pissed off and wont spend money now even if i could. Great job!
