I'll be very interested if there are. It doesn't seem like something you would do as a community module would not reach nearly as many people as a new game.
Are there any community modules that contain Easter eggs?

Do you mean:
1. Easter eggs as chocolate treats hidden by Evil Easter Bunny?
or
2. Things hidden in the module by builder relating to other games/movies/RL/politics/werelynxes?
In case you are looking for the 2. : there are such modules. Especially among the funny/humorous type.
For example infamous Bordering Genius - Poor Flock module features at least one such egg.(One for sure and various references towards our beloved community, if you consider such thing to be an easter egg)
I would wait till the author updates his entry on the vault, as he promised the better version should be uploaded in few days.
Shameful self-promotion aside try Hex Coda (unfinished, but playable up to a point)
EDIT: I've released the update!
Module: ABC: Bordering Genius - Poor Flock Module
Thread: ABC: Bordering Genius - Poor Flock Thread
If you want large list of easter eggs(with spoilers) PM me.

Baldecaran's Honor among Thieves has an easter egg in it: something that appears to be an ordinary copper ring possessed by one of the common people in the city is actually something else. If you take this ring into the Prophet modules I believe it will at some point be revealed as such (or so I hear, but I have not actually played the Prophet modules with a character who went through Honor among Thieves first). IIRC, the bard you encounter in the inn in The Cave of Songs module tells you the story behing this ring. Thus it is an easter egg that kind of overlaps all Baldecaran's modules.
My own Swordflight modules have some easter egg-ish content in them. There are several side-quests (small and unimportant) that you will not discover if you do not say the right things to the right people. See the walkthroughs for more (spoilerish) detail.

*SPOILER FOR SWORD FLIGHT CHAPTER ONE*
hehe, I liked how when you killed two of the wrong people in that investigation sidequest, and a bouncer comes you can willingly allow yourself to be executed... I did, seeing as though my character geniunely thought he deserved it. Then I cried because I realised I'd just basically lost.

In Shadewood, a player is able to find two buried parchments that are, word for word, what Vincent Price says during Michael Jackson's Thriller.

Sanctum of the Archmage has a number of things like that, although I'm not sure most of them are hidden well enough to really qualify as "easter eggs." For example, in Sanctum 1 (*BEGIN SPOILERS*) :

- There's a magical computer in the ancient ruins that, among other things, will let you play a game of Global Thermonuclear War. (No real detail, just a brief text description.)
- There' an encounter with a group of giant ants, at which Robin exclaims: "It's THEM!"
- Len's Alchemy Set and the Ancient Crafting Tool can be used on a number of often junk items to create useful ones.

In our new Eye of the Beholder 2 mod, we put in an Easter egg. It’s a tribute to the Tomb of Horrors and a story being told from the perspective of one of your companions that actually ran through this area and beat it and how they beat it. I won’t tell you which one, so you will have to play the mod and pick up the henchmen and talk to them. We have given each of them a good back ground story and how they ended up in the Darkmoon Temple.
The Tomb of horrors story is pretty comical in some ways to. if anyone has played this DnD module you will know exactly what I mean.
Our mod contains quiet a bit of background. Check out our site if your intertested, the mod is very close to being compeleted. Currently we are looking for a few people to help us beta test the mod. please contact me if you are intertested.

Celeritas Eos - Equilibrium of the Night contains a few easter eggs. Asides from hidden areas there are references to games such as Baldur's Gate. IIRC I put a "go for the eyes" quote in somewhere which one of the NPC's say but I can't remember which one (there's so many NPC's and the mod has been in development for a year).
There's a reference to Agartha.
There's many Thief and Castlevania references. You can find The Vampire Killer and one dialogue option for the player to say to a certain vampire is "Die monster, you don't belong in this world!". Rafael (the thief companion) is dressed similar to Garrett when you first meet him and he has a similar voice to Garrett as well.
Girolamo (another companion) has his name because it's the middle name of Casonava. Girolamo is a womanizer like Casonava so his name itself is an easteregg to the fact that he's based off Casonava.
In another reference to Castlevania, one of the characters breaks a candle holder and a heart shaped potion drops out. This occurs in a hidden area and is a easter egg.
There's more but I don't want to ruin them all!
