Oh, THAT ladder. Here is my story - although it is more funny than painful.
The delivery object was on a player who wanted to go down on that ladder and died and execute. Right beside the ladder. My friend said going there, from the upper room, I was under so I went to the ladder to climb up.

Then the hilarity started. My friend picked up the object and wanted to climbed down - as the area was dangerous, BTW it was a Gold/Collector - but he did not tell me that on TS, so he cannot as I already started to climbed UP. Then he died. I climbed up, wanted to revive him but somehow touched the ladder that triggered to climbing down. Friend medi-geled just when I started to climbing up, so he is up, picked up the object but he cannot climb down as I already was on the ladder, again. He died again. I rocketed the area, revived him then turned to pick up the object but I accidentally started to climbed down again. But now, I waited, friend picked up the object, climbed down at it was ok.

It was hard to play for a minute as both of us laughed so hard I hardly could aim.
