But I missed a lot of crew interactions. Most noticeably during the citadel dlc. When Joker walked into the apartment and said, "I found some folks who actually like being shot at," only EDI and Javik were behind him.
It was then I decided my next renegade game will have more suicide mission survivors.

I still have Liara as my background and look at photos, remember the good times etc.... But my time is used a lot more constructively these days than playing the same game over and over, and over and over... I play other games (way too many to keep up!) and especially now that I play swtor most days and have done most of the storylines, (and *honestly* wow.. Swtor > Kotor1&2 anyday! BioWare don't get enough credit for that one!
I'd love to do one with the latest version of mehem, I saw it on youtube and looks fab so would be worth another playthrough for that, alas no time in the near future

I only had T'soni, Vega and robot for squadmates and did no romance. I used robot and Vega for most of the game. I didn't talk with anyone at all. After Thessia it was robot telling the location of the wannbe ninja instead of Traynor, but robot still gave her credit for finding the location.. I went and talked with Traynor and robot again gave credit to Traynor
I picked destroy(ems @2179) and in the flashback I had Anderson, robot and Vega. Vega and T'soni came out of the Normandy and Traynor put up the nameplate

What's your reason for using the term 'robot'. Is it being in character or dislike for Enhanced Defense Intelligences?

I started on an insanity play through on ME1 got about 5 hours in and noticed it had switched back to hardcore. Epic fail........ anyhoo I will get two more squad member achievement I guess instead of my insanity run this round...
IIRC, you have to do one play through on hardcore before insanity unlocks.

This time I went through it with Jack... and, well I love jack so I'm not complaining, just sayin' I enjoyed the mission with Prangley as a substitute. It was good, it fit the mood of the game.

Just finished grissom academy in a new playthrough. Have to say the way they substituted Prangley for Jack was well done. I had that in my last game, as a renegade shep.

The mood of the game sucks. It's like watching one of those 9/11 documentaries. Or the beginning of BSG.
I think humans are already getting their asses kicked enough in the game. It's nice to have one shining moment when you can save the "best of them" at least. Otherwise, the majority of the game is just helping aliens and slowly seeing humans look like retards. Or being victimized by retards (culminating at Horizon/Sanctuary).

The whole purpose of the game is to get help for Earth.. er, I mean the galaxy. That's why Shepard is out there making alliances with the other species, and gathering war assets, and doing n7 missions. Minor stuff, side missions, yeah... but that's all "humanity" can be in the game. The reapers hit earth first, well first after the batarians. Humanity is occupied already. That's why shep spends so much time helping aliens. He's gotta get everyone else into it.
As for the rest, well... what happened to prangley fit with my renegade shep. I don't remember the conversations word for word, but I'm pretty sure I made him feel responsible for everyone. How many times did shep say people had to be willing to die to defeat the reapers. It fit.

What's that line Garrus has..? "There's a lot more war left". It's good to have some things that aren't such downers during that period.

Yes I did a playthrough and unlocked insanity. I changed the gameplay to insanity at the beginning of the playthroguh and even clicked confirm and save twice.. after about 20 assignments I found I was still on hardcore....... so I have to do another playthrough to get the insanity achievement!
