Rescued Tarquin Victus and the ninth platoon. Too bad Thessia didn't have a bunch of mini-missions like Tuchanka and Rannoch.

Recruited all characters before Horizon and then talked with Ashley. Now I will do some loyalty missions.

-helped Thane find Kolyat
-helped Mordin deal with Maelon, kept him alive, destroyed cure
-did Grunts rite of passage
-talked to Conrad Verner
-hacked some terminals for Liara
-helped Garrus find sidonis, but spared him
-boarded the collector ship

(also note, will not be doing Jack or Jacobs loyalty missions)

Just finished Mass Effect 3 for the third time I believe. First time I picked Synthesis. I never liked the idea but I thought actually playing through it might change my opinion on it, it did not. I think I actually hate the idea of Synthesis more now that I sat through the EDI cutscene at the end. From now on I'll stick to Destroy.

Also contemplating starting up the trilogy again with a Male Earthborn War Hero Shepard.

Jumped on PC Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer for the first time and got owned trying to level up in gold matches right off the bat! Then took over on ME1 for a mission through Feros... Gotta admit PC Multiplayer was pretty intense definatly gonna be getting into that more!

Unpersuasive Shepard went to Haestrom to recruit Tali, told Reegar he had done enough, but then didn't force the issue when Reegar insisted on helping out. Reegar survived anyway.

Unpersuasive Shepard then went to the Dantius towers looking for an assassin. She almost let a Salarian worker die, but then managed to talk him through the pain. She backed off when a Salarian maintenance worker threatened her with a gun he probably didn't know how to use. And she let a smart ass merc walk free without getting any usable info from him.

She also met Wreav on Tuchanka and roasted some pyjaks. Wreav seems to be the only person in the galaxy that seems to fear or respect Unpersuasive Shepard.

If you didn't know Reegar can die if you take too long to defeat the Colossus

Tonight, inbetween keeping an eye on the crisis in Kiev, I did:

Started a new soldier femshep Colonist-War Hero Paragade last night in ME1, got as far as taking command of the Normandy when I realized it was 2am and I had to be at work in 6 hours. Odd Fact: I have never, in 6-7 years of playing ME rolled a Soldier. Took electronics as my bonus skill as it boosts my shields and gives me an anti-shield, anti-geth power. I don't like taking a biotic as my bonus power, it doesn't make sense lore-wise.

those are some nice hi-res textures you're using there, more in-depth then what I use for the npcs.

It's actually just the standard ones that came with the PC version, I just edited the .ini and other things to ramp up the AA and anistrophic filtering (for example, Cerberus trooper textures are still god awful up close).
I have a pretty powerful PC and cranking the gfx up, forcing massive amounts of AA etc hardly make it get warm. It's not the most demanding game at all but can still look pretty good.

And it's not just cutscenes, even in game is good as you'd expect. Shame the environments are so limited.

I never have to have Reeger's help, because I make sure I have the Cain and one-shot the Colossus. I buy one Heavy Weapon upgrade on Omega and pick up the other one doing Zaeed's LM - if you save the workers there is one available in the room where you turn on the fire extinguishers. (IIRC you only need two to be able to unlock the Cain)

Edited to add: I'll be giving evidence against Saren and heading off the Citadel tonight.

Unpersuasive Shepard fell so completely under Morinth's control that she helped Samara kill her. Had Morinth survived, Shepard would have advised her to check the polarity of her Dominate power.
