Well jacob's alternate armour has bugged out graphically. That hasn't helped his survival chances.. I hope he doesn't volunteer for anything..

Last night I presented Tali's evidence against Saren to the council and they made me a spectre.  Gave Emily Wong the info on Fist and then met Udina and Anderson in the docking bay where they gave me command of the Normandy and and gave me intel on where I could start the hunt for Saren.  Decided to go pick up the asari archeologist Liara T'Soni from the planet of Therum.  Started that mission but kept having trouble with the armature fight and realized I was playing while sleepy.  So decided to save it right there and go at it again at a better time.

Summary:

 

Originall Jacob was doomed to die when Miranda did the Biotic bubble, but his armour glitched out:

 

 

Therefore he was doomed to die in the vents. Not having him mess up my screenshots.

 

So:

Tech: Jacob (died)

1st Fire Team Leader: Miranda

Squad: Tali and Kasumi

 

Biotic: Jack

2nd Fire team Leader: Garrus

Crew: Mordin

Squad: Miranda and Samara

 

Final squad: Samara and Tali

 

Destroyed the base.

It's because I switched to his loyalty colours; it buggered up the armour. As I never use him, I didn't notice until it was too late.

 

You could say that switching was a heavy risk, but the prizzzeeeeeeee.. is a clown outfit and death.
