I've always rewritten them. It's a little odd when I think about it, because when it comes to the rachni queen, or the geth/quarians at rannoch, or EDI and the geth in a destroy ending, I don't hesitate to kill any of them if I'm RP'ing shep that way. I don't lose any sleep over the three hundred thousand batarians on Aratoht, but I never kill off the geth who spent all of ME1 trying to kill me.
What did you do today in the Mass Effect trilogy

My Shepard scored a personal best at the Armax Arsenal Arena. Well, it was mostly Wrex and Grunt, but still...

Wrex and Grunt are an awesome team in the armax arena. I took them against some cerberus mooks and they kicked ass.
In my game, we just recruited Grunt. Gonna give him his trial by fire because we're off to Horizon next.

Grunt proved he's a force to be reckoned with on Horizon, but even he was no match for the awesomeness that is Kasumi Goto. Man, I wish Shadow Strike was a BP. That instead of Tech Armor on a sentinel shep, and I wouldn't even draw a weapon, heh.
Chose all the neutral dialogue options with Kaidan, and the conversation at the end of the mission actually didn't seem all that bad.... less argumentative. Must try that with Ash on the next playthrough. Maybe I'll dislike her a little less.
Anyway, off to Haestrom next. Tali is waiting to be rescued.

I was really disappointed that they don't do anything during the mirror match. It was the first time I took them in the Arena, and I was wondering what the heck was going on because the squad just went dead.

Oh, good. I'm not the only one.
Yeah, I switched over to James and Javik after those two goobers stopped working it.

My Shepard scores higher in the simulator on his own than the rest of the team would combined. Except maybe Miranda.
Because awesome.

Beat Tomb Raider (2013). Awesome game, but... the final cutscene glitched out and turned so dark I couldn't see it. All I could do was listen to what everyone said while staring at a black screen.
I assume they were rescued by... oh, let's say Moe.

I don't find Kaidan too bad as he does have that quick Cryo Blast and access to Assault Rifles which are pretty OP on squadmates -- although that does apply to some SMGs as well.
I've also discovered a new found appreciation for him since starting my melee Shepard series and his squad shield recharge speed bonus (which is one of few squadmate bonuses that help melee-ers).

Was going to have a marathon MP run, but with all the "disconnects", "waiting for other players" BS I went back to my SP run.
I finished Grunts loyalty mission, the Disabled Collector ship. Then did some N7 missions and Jacobs loyalty mission even though that's my least favourite.
Then went to Ilium and helped Miranda and her sister out. I always take Grunt with me on that mission, because I like the comparison between the two when Miranda says "I wasn't the first my father made, just the first he kept". Something like that.

I completed the mineral collecting assignment here - partly because I realized a little while ago in this run that there could be stuff in the asteroid belts. I also have enough money to buy anything I want but now I can't find much that is actually better than what I have. At least weapons wise. I need to get back to the Citadel to see if there are weapons upgrades there that I don't have yet. But that's for after Virmire. I'm currently on my way to take out the AA guns, while trying to avoid needlessly running down the crab-like creatures in the Mako (war hero Shep tries to avoid killing the innocent where it's fairly easy to do, my Butcher of Torfan Shep may behave differently).

I've found that the conversation goes better, regardless of what I say, if I didn't romance the VS in ME1. Otherwise I get too irritated and want nothing to do with them in ME3.

I ended up completing all the Cerberus missions and enjoyed wiping everyone out and avenging Kohuko (sp?). I was then planning on going to Virmire but the Armstrong Nebula was right there so I ended up wiping out the Geth instead. Kaidan and Garrus have become my go-to squad this time, except for an occasional Wrex in place of Garrus (because...Wrex). Fighting the Geth took a bit longer than I expected - kept getting wiped out if I tried to take out the Geth nests on foot so I finally did a combination of on foot and in Mako. Oh and disabling the bomb and killing Haliat was just pure pleasure.

Taking out Haliat, and those geth missions are some of my favorite side missions in ME1. Good sniping opportunities in them.

First time I'd ever picked the neutral options in the dialogue. Kaidan just didn't seem to get so stupidly angry.

I leave the squad back by the mine exit, then take all Haliat's men out myself. I wish we could've had one more conversation with the guy. Something like, "I stopped the blitz, you think a nuclear bomb is gonna stop me?" ... then the camera cuts quickly to Kaidan, who looks inexplicably nervous.

That's what I always do. Their puny guns can't do squat anyway. I knock around geth colossi and armatures for fun.

What's even funnier is park on top of an Armature and kill the Colossus then move back and forth over the armature. Heck on Therum a couple of times I hit the Armature so hard it went flying into the lava.

What's sad is that ME2 actually has these same physics with the colossus, but your chances of surviving while trying it is nil with the Hammerhead.
