Note: I just realized that when I 1st talked to the 2nd in command at Zhu's Hope she said something to the effect of "took you long enough" even though this time I went directly from the Citadel to Feros, without even doing any side missions. I've not done Feros that quickly before so I just assumed she only said that because I had done several missions before arriving there.
I usually do Feros first since it seems like the most urgent assignment: a colony is under attack right now! It is understandable why Arcellia says what she does (even if she is rude). The geth have apparently been there for a while already by the time Shepard arrives. Why the Alliance doesn't send anyone is beyond me.

People on PC miss out on this one. On the xbox (and PS3 I assume) you can feel Shifty Cow picking your pockets through the controller.

One of my Shepards wiped out as many of these guys as possible. No one steals from Rasputin!

Monica Shepard
talked with the Quarians. Decided to help them. Killed a destroyer. You know I believe it would sound more convincing if had a female voice instead of the sore throat syndrome. Either that or it was making up for something it was lacking.
So the final score is Masked species 1, Blinking flashlights 0
Back to the Citadel again. Talked for a third time with Miranda. I gave her access so she should survive. Met Ashley on the Presidium for a few minutes. And learned from the Asari councilor that there is an artifact on her homeworld.
Get to Thessia and fight more stinky's and encounter more of those teenage screamers. Finally at the temple I learn that not only is the Asari's goddess a Prothean, which to me is hilarious, but that they are hiding a beacon that contains a Prothean VI. Well here comes the sword guy. I thought halloween was last month. Did you see that? He cheated by using a gunship. The next time this happens, I will make sure to have my own gunship with me.
I will head to my cabin and watch the movie Payback while we head to Sanctuary

It would've been amusing if it was possible to have a scene where the crew is sitting down to watch a movie, like Blasto or something.
Imagine the Normandy DLC: more crap to do on the ship.

Today in Mass Effect, Morwen Shepard incited half the Migrant Fleet to mutiny if Tali'Zorah was convicted of treason. She then recruited an Asari monk (nun?) to join the team.

My Shepard finished the Rannoch arc missions. He saved the Geth, but his ol' mate Legion didn't make it.
Went back to the Citadel to talk to the Asari Councilor (mmm' Tevos
). She had some new intel, but rather than go to Thessia he decided to go and see Dr Bryson instead.

All they need to add is poker night in the Lounge. Pick the players from the crew and sit down to a game of poker anytime you want.

That reminds me of those moments in Star Trek: TNG when the crew would sit down for a poker match. It would've been fun to have little moments like that.

Exactly. But I don't just mean squadmates, I mean like Dr. Chakwas, and Adams, and those two guarding the war room door, too... hell, even that guy who walks around in circles on the crew deck. Oh, and temp visitors to the Normandy too, like Wrex, Victus, Tali, Legion, Admiral Ra'an.

Femshep tried flirting with Donovan Hock, he was tempted but decided to deny her. Big mistake.
No one says no to Commander Shepard... so Hock went BOOM.
Oh, and told Kasumi to destroy her toybox as well.

Not that I'm making up for lost time or anything but this evening, I flirted outrageously with Kaidan and then headed over to the Maroon Sea to see what Exogeni had been sending there. And, of course, to find any other fun stuff I could get into. I started by boarding a creepy freighter full of husks and wiping those blue sparkly guys out. Oh and then I landed on a planet with all these monkey like creatures to try and retrieve some satellite data. I only ran over a few of them while looking for that d*** disk.
Then I went to a different system and found all these Thorian creepers and very few humans. Apparently some Exogeni scientists had been experimenting on creepers when the creepers suddenly freaked out. Some of the remaining Exogeni scientist tried to bribe me so I killed them. I think it was on this planet (Nodacrux, maybe) that there were these deer-like creatures with T-Rex arms that you supposedly can talk to. Does anyone know how to get them to respond to you? I tried shooting one this time but they still ignore me.
Then I went to the Matano system and found a planet full of husks, which I dealt with. Apparently, a group called Cerberus is to blame. I wonder if we'll hear anymore about them in the future? My go-to team this time seems like it will be Wrex and Garrus. Not much biotics but a lot of tech and combat ability.
Note: I just realized that when I 1st talked to the 2nd in command at Zhu's Hope she said something to the effect of "took you long enough" even though this time I went directly from the Citadel to Feros, without even doing any side missions. I figured Wrex was with you on Eletania. Bet he fought with you for the driving controls every time you got close to one of those monkeys.

Yep. He was with me and said something to the effect of "good shot." so I imagine he was pointing them out every time we got close to one. Kaidan, on the other hand, said something about not wanting to get on my bad side. Softie.
And I really really want to go directly to Ontarom now to find the Shifty Space Cow. The ones on Nodacrux apparently are just standard non-shifty Space Cows. I guess story wise I should wait until I have a reason to go but meta-gaming wise I really want to go there next.

The ending to Monica Shepard
Went to Sanctuary. Cerberus making Husk from the refugees. Not good. Fought more of the stinky's. Saw Miranda throw her father out the window. AHHHH. Cool. She will take her sister to safety and get cleaned up
Have another dream about the same little kid. This time I saw him on fire with Harbinger trying to protect him. The chess girl called me princess. I'm ok with that. Harkin saying that wasn't ok. I should've killed that piece of garbage when I had the chance
The robot edi and Ashley help me fight more of the Larry, Curly and Moe clones. Heck they even had a few female versions of them with butter knives and sniper weapons. Whatever. They were killed. Ran into Jackie Chan's stunt double. Killed him for what he did to Thane.
Get to Earth fight more of the stinky's. Its going to take Earth years to air itself out once these things have been destroyed.
See TIM on the Citadel. Why i'm I not surprised? And Anderson, I thought you were full of sh*t. But TIM proved me wrong by pulling that pistol out of your a**. Hey man, you got an assault weapon in there somewhere. I get the arms open and pass out.
What the crap is this? Casper the Ghost? I remember someone telling me about a cartoon made a long time ago about a ghost named Casper. It turns out this thing is the Catalyst. Ok. Sure. Whatever. It tells me why its doing what its doing. That's the problem with machines, they will keep doing the same thing until its programming is changed. It says destroy. Good. That's what I want.
femshep: Joker. This is Shepard. Send a shuttle to my location for pickup.
Joker: roger that Commander.
thing: What are you doing? If you don't act now, the cycle will continue.
femshep: I am acting. See I won't shoot at the tube knowing there's a possibility of me dying, so I'm doing what my skills will allow me to do. Adapt and overcome. As a soldier I always have extra compartments on my armor and what I wear underneath it. I have some explosives and a couple of detonators that I will use to blow the tube once I'm clear of the area.
thing: That's not how it works?
femshep: Yes it is. That's why organics are smarter than machines. We are not limited by any programming like a machine. And you said it a moment ago. Organics are more resourceful than you realized.
thing: ....
femshep: (looks to see the shuttle arriving) My ride is here. You have about 2 minutes to say goodbye to your toys.
thing: .......
As the shuttle enters the Normandy, Monica sets off the explosives and sees a red light from where she came from a few moments ago. She smiles knowing she will keep her promise about taking the chess girl to Vancouver for drinks.

Ontarom is where corporal Toombs is holding that cerberus scientist hostage. I love long-distance sniping the bad guys, outside the mission location, from the other side of the valley. It's about the only reason I play an infiltrator, really. Since one of the ways to acquire the mission is from a terminal in the Port Hanshan hotel, you should probably do Noveria first, lore-wise. I dunno, I just head for the planet and get the mission from Hackett en-route, usually well before I do Noveria.
...
Today shep delayed the Rannoch resolution even more by returning to the citadel and cash in some fetch quests. Odd thing happened. I toured around for awhile and did a bunch of talky-talky stuff, and when I finally got to the hospital, I attempted to turn in the chemical burn treatment quest, and the turian poison quest, and they bugged out. I got the war asset update, but both doctors never said a word afterwards, I never got the reputation bonus, and the quest never got "finished" in my journal.
When I first arrived on the Citadel, I went to the presidium commons first. I figured Tali was kinda annoyed with me for putting off Rannoch for so long, so I wanted to tell her we were going straight there next. When I approached she was trying to talk some turian into giving up some medical supplies, and when I stepped in to help, all she said afterwards, kinda icily, was, "thanks for the help." Uh-oh.
Anyway I did a whole crapload of running around on the presidium, the refugee docks, the embassies, Purgatory. I talked to Liara, James, Zaeed, Javik, Samara, Miranda (at the spectre terminal), Tali, EDI & Joker, had a drink with Cortez, had dinner with Kaidan... I was just about finished everything I had to do on the Citadel, pre-Rannoch. All that were left were the two hospital side-quests, and Garrus on the Normandy Dock. I always save that one for last, heh.
So...I re-loaded the chapter save, and went to the hospital first this time. Both quests resolved just fine. Weird, but at least now my ME-OCD is content. I can retrace all the rest of my steps through the Citadel without too much trouble and finally get to Rannoch.... unless Aria kidnaps me and gets my help re-taking Omega first.

What can I say? Playing as an engineer makes the game too easy no matter the difficulty. I was having so much fun with cyro blast and overload. Exploding ice everywhere. Excellent.
I will start my ME2 playthrough shortly.
