Hey I got my Insanity Achievement before they fixed the glitch on the 360. I played the enitre game on normal and switched to insanity just before taking on Saren in the final battle. Insanity. I still have to use Neural Shock so many times to get all of the achievements. But that's not going to happen.

I head to Eden Prime with Miranda and Traynor. Fight more of the dumb dumbs. Its real live Prothean. So we have to find a way to open the pod. Charge. Novasmash. Shoot face. Look over and see the others kicking a**. Get the pod open. He/she doesn't look to happy to awake. Later we learn the Prothean is a he that goes by the name Javik. He said he will help to fight the reapers. Ok

 

On Tuchanka I learn the Turians are after a bomb and now Cerberus has it. Idiots. I head to the location. Big bomb. I wonder if that would fit up the a** of a reaper? Hahaha. Bomb taken care of.

 

We head back to the Citadel so Miranda can track down some leads about her sister. She will let  me what she finds out. For now, Traynor and Vega will be at my side. We head to a Monestary to check on some Asari commandos. Why would the Asari councilor ask me? I'll find out sson enough.

As for Reegar being alive on the renegade path: that was an unintentional side effect of me putting the game on casual after dying once and just rushing to the Collosus . I would've accepted his death, I didn't even go through the middle. But apparantly I was fast enough
 
After this little bit of cheating I edited my save to have the Geth Pulse rifle as well. I'm not intending to use it myself, but Thane and Zaeed will.

You know what? I may just console command all of the ME1 achievements. Getting kinda sick of this game, and I only want to touch it after this Insanity NG+ MainShep playthrough in order to:

-help my friend(s) play

-eventually, after I'm all done with my MainShep trilogy and Dragon Age MainWardenHawkes, create my 4ish other classes for various Shepards, but not for a while

 

Yeah. I think its time.

Sovereign is destroyed. And, oh yeah, Saren is dead. Killed himself in fact. So sad...not. A bit sadder about having to sacrifice the council but couldn't risk Sovereign surviving. Garrus and Wrex were with me until the end. (Unfortunately, I never got Garrus' ally achievement - boo. Not completely sure why not but oh well. Guess I'll have to play ME some more .)I tried to explain that the death of the council didn't mean I was advocating for humanity to go it alone out here but Udina was very insistent that the new council be all human. Since he seems to have a plan, I put him in charge. I'm not completely sure about that decision. I expect it may come back to bite me in the butt at some point but he's really happy right now.

I'm looking forward to spending some quality time with a certain LT in the next few weeks. And then back to figuring out how to stop the reapers. Life is good right now.

Samara! Excellent. She's here for her daughters. We find Falere who tells us they're being turned into screaming teenagers. We head to the great hall. Traynor looks terrified. She'll be alright. There's the bomb and Falere's sister. The bomb goes boom. And Samara decides to join me on the Normandy. Good.

 

The Asari councilor tells me about an artifact on Thessia that may help. Her excuse of not telling about this earlier is crap. I talk with Miranda who's still following up a couple of leads. She believes that her father is working with TIM and that Oriana is with him. We'll keep in touch.

 

Samara, Traynor and me head towards the chapel to meet up with some scientists. Of course we have to fight a lot of the uglies. Traynor got rid of her sniper rifle and brought a new weapon called the slicer. It fires circular saw blades. The results are very cool. Samara is taking care of a bunch of them and I will stick to my same routine. Charge. Novasmash. Shoot face. We make it into the chapel

Samara: Shepard look at this.

Natalie: What is it?

Samara: The last time I was here was over 4 centuries ago and looking at these artifacts, they ressemble a Prothean. When I first saw them, I always wondered why they didn't look like an Asari. Now seeing Javik, who is a Prothean, it is clear that Athame was Prothean.

Natalie:  Any idea why this was hidden  from your own people?

Samara: I don't know. What did the councilor tell you?

Natalie: She said that they didn't want to change the balance of power in the galaxy and with the reapers near the Asari homeworld, she was telling me the whereabouts of an artifact.

Samara: That sounds like she knew about the artifact all along. Had the reapers never came here, we would not be talking about this at all. I would be curious of who else knew about this. When this war is over and if I survive, I will, along with any surviving Justicars will investigate this. If she did know about this artifact, and it sounds like she did, she will be killed, as the code demands it, and anyone else that knew about the artifact. This is unforegiveable.

 

Look who it is. The boy who likes playing as a ninja. He looks so cute. You sorry little sh*t. He had to use a gunship. Remember junior, payback is a b*t*h.

 

We learn he headed to Horizon and at the sametime Miranda found out her father was keeping Oriana on Horizon. Thats more than just a coincidence. I take Samara and Miranda with me. She has fire in her eyes. Well now. Cerberus is turning the refugees into husks. Thats messed up. Time to kick some ugly butt. Charge. Novasmash. Shoot face. They find a way to control them. I rather destroy them.  Aaahh. Look at that. Henry Lawson doesn't know how to fly. Happy trails clown. Oriana is ok. We get her to safety and head to Cerberus Headquarters.

Nadia had her dalliance with Thane,  got her crew together and took off through the Omega 4 relay. When we entered the galactic core it was filled with derelict ships. Ships looking ancient. It makes me wonder what was going on here and for how long. Was this a relay that races tried to escape through and were trapped?

 

Anyway we met that Collector Ship and took it out. Then we assaulted the Collector Base. Jack made a stink about having Miranda lead the diversion team, but I had Miranda lead it anyway. I took Jack and Samara with me on the first leg. Tali went through the vent, and I was surprised that Tali was complaining about the heat given how hot Rannoch is. No casualties. We arrived at the first location, but damn, Kelly and half the crew were melted in front of my eyes.

 

Then we went on the second leg. Miranda said any biotic could hold the barrier and that even she could do it. So I let her do it. I took Jacob and Legion with me. Garrus led the fire team. Everything was going fine until the end when Miranda's barrier collapsed and the seekers took Legion.

 

Final leg. I took Zaeed and Jack with me. Jack and I went bowling for dollars with the Collectors, and Zaeed kept dying. Then the Terminator came up and ducked just as my Cain fired. Oh well. Nothing that some reave and pistol shots couldn't handle. The base blew up and The Illusive Man was really p155ed off but too bad. I won't let fear compromise who I am. lol.

 

After that we went to the Shadow Broker base, and I invited Liara over for dinner and nookie.

OMG, it only took me a month, but I've finally gotten past the Citadel Coup and finished the Ardat Yakshi and Ex-Cerberus Scientists missions, meaning it's time for what? That's right, OMEGA!! Seriously, I've been lazy as hell over the last 30 days, just messing around doing nothing, but thankfully, last week I pulled myself together and started playing the game seriously, now I'm at the most anticipated part of the game, fricken OMEGA!!
