Birefringent: your Shep is hawt.
Tonight, Amy saw the early rushes of 'Amy Shepard: Making of a Legend' and realised with horror she had been Hollywoodised:
As I recall, Jacob Taylor did say that the Alliance used Shepard's face for recruitment ads, but then they replaced it with a composite image. Something about not focus testing properly ![]()

Of course, seeing as this is the Canon Shepard.
Tonight, Amy also did this, to the tune of this (whilst wondering if her Hollywood counterpart used a stunt double.. she suspected it was likely, no-one could keep their hair and makeup in that good a condition otherwise):

Rewinding...
Finished my ME2 Adept Insanity run and imported it to ME3.
Saved Maelons data, destroyed the Geth Heretics, blew up the Collector base and all 12 squad mates survived.
Michael Shepard, Adept, War Hero, Spacer
So, after sitting on my ass for six months I'm finally called in front of the Alliance big-wigs and asked "what do we do?" the day, no the very second, the Rippah's arrive. D'oh!!
Anderson and I fought our way to the harbour and got picked up by the Normandy. Admiral Hackett wants us to go to Mars. So off we go.
I have a new crew member called James "party" Vega. He's not the sharpest tool in the shed, but he can lift heavy things. He''ll come in handy for carrying all the kegs back to the Normandy.
Get to Mars only to find Cerberus goons are ahead of us. Kaidan's riding my ass about that, saying it's a "hell of a coincidence". He should consider himself lucky to be alive (I only need his BP) after all the time I saved his ass.
Met up with my 'grill', Liara, Although I say don't worry about it, I am a bit peeved she didn't contact me somehow. Or got someone to slip me a bottle of Krogan Brandy now and then. I mean she is the SHADOW BROKER!
Anyway after getting to the archives and having a chat with TIM, we had to chase down that Dr. Eva chick. Man, she runs like a jack-rabbit!. Turns out she was a sex-bot. TIM is getting kinkier I see.
Anyway we're headed to the Citadel to stock up on booze, .. I mean talk to the lolCouncil. I'm sure they're going to help me out this time.

I just finished another ME3 playthrough.
It was mostly Hardcore difficulty, but there were times I switched to Normal and Insanity. My Shepard didn't die once throughout the game (except during some of the Armax Arsenal Arena battles).
Michelle Shepard had the night off as I went back to MP to up the Galactic readiness again (and just to have some fun). My computer was annoying me. I got kicked off Origin twice. The 1st time was at the start of Wave 11 with a group that I had been really enjoying playing with. I had even scored within 2K XP of the 3rd place person (which for me is a big deal) and had gotten 4 in-game achievements during the previous game. So basically I was really annoyed and would like to apologize for dropping out on my teammates in that 2nd game. So I took the opportunity to promote my Infiltrator and started up a Sentinel.
Then I played a couple of games with another group before getting kicked off again. It took a bit to get the hang of being a Sentinel but eventually I started surviving better. I got kicked off again at that point. This time thankfully it was right after the extraction. I gave up at that point and went to watch some (American) football.
John Shepard
Colonist/War Hero/Infiltrator
With the Bekenstein job complete, and morale high, Shepard was feeling nostalgic, and what better way to relive the glory days then to shoot some Geth with his old friends Garrus and Tali. As luck would have it, TIM managed to track Tali down to Haestrom, a Geth controlled world. This should be fun.
As Shepard landed he learned that Tali was actually being escorted by an entire squad of Quarian marines. Could it be true? Could John finally be getting some backup on a mission? Not quite. Though he was impressed at the Quarians ability to mow down Geth landing party after party, they were all killed by a drop ship leaving Shepard, as usual, to clean up the stragglers with his squad. The Geth weren't actually that hard to destroy, Miranda and Garrus had lots of overload experience, and when things got too close or comfort, John could hack a Geth to serve as a temporary, but lifesaving, distraction.
Near the end however, John came upon quite the sight. After mowing wave upon wave, he reached the bunker and what does he see? A lone Quarian marine with a missile launcher single handily taking on dozens of Geth and a Colossus. Turns out this guys name was Kal'Reegar, and Shep took an instant liking to him. "This guys awesome" thought Shep, "After saving Tali, I wonder who's sterilized butt I'd have to kiss to get this guy on the Normandy too, it'd be worth it". Shep decided that his squad plus this marine was simply too unfair against the Geth, so he had Reegar hold back and proceeded to wreck some more flashlight heads.
Thankfully, Tali was safe and sound. She was thankful to Shepard for getting her out alive, and was very pleased to see Reegar alive. Shep likewise was happy that his old squadmate could finally join the mission, though sad to see Reegar go. Back on the Normandy, Jacob was kinda a jerk about introducing Tali to EDI, Tali made her way to engine room, and Shep learned that while he might have had a man-crush on Reegar, Tali apparently has a real crush on Shepard. An interesting development, and one Shepard might decide to pursue later. But first, it's off to Illium, which by the sounds of it is the Vegas of the the Traverse.
I encountered a glitch when going to the Dry Docks part of the DLC. It wouldn't load after you pick your squadmates to go with you to the Normandy Dry Docks. Basically, it went black after the Squad Selection Screen. I don't know if it's a conflict within my CookedPCConsole file, or it was because of something I did in the previous mission. I switched my CookedPCConsole file with my back up one, and did not choose Wrex just to see if it would continue, and it did resume. I saved on the Normandy and switched back to my other CookedPCConsole file and it still worked. I guess it was because I removed a squadmate during the Citadel Archives part that's why. Oh well, I'll see if there is a problem...
