Started a new play through and after much hesitation went with a Fem Shep Engineer on Insanity. It's only the 2nd time I've played Fem Shep.

 

I went with the standard face and hair. The plan was to make her the ultimate Renegade evil G.I.N.G.E.R in the galaxy. That was the plan, but I can never be mean to Tali. Or Liara and Wrex.  

 

So it looks like it's going to be a Renegon or Paragade run.

Really? I didn't give the infomation to Tali after doing the geth incursion missions. I pick up T'soni after Virmire and Wrex I kept alive only to see him again on the Citadel in ME3 after I sabotage the genophage.

 

The current playthrough I'm doing is a lot worse than the worse playthrough I did shortly after the Citadel dlc. I'm about 3/4 through ME2. Should finish later tonight and start ME3 tomorrow. Xenia Shepard is an engineer with red hair.

Yes. In one mission I will be doing just that shortly and in another, if I decide to play that dlc, I will wound the hostage

Both renegade dialogue options for Vasir's hostage situation are just great, I always have a hard time choosing on Renegade characters. "I'm a Spectre too" and the lines about asari are awesome!

Does anyone which one out of those that replaces the default N7 armor's look?  I'm wanting to try something a little different for this game, but the blog isn't very clear on which of the armor replaces the default N7 look.

I don't think any one of them will replace the default N7 armor since that one is made of a lot of different pieces, instead they usually replace one of the full armor sets, something like inferno armor, collector armor etc.

 

I haven't used girlplaysgame armor mods myself. Only the Fancy Flight Suit and Bling Reckoner Knight texture. They were both tpf files I used with texmod, and didn't need replacing in any game files.

I tried to get a N7 styled EDI outfit from the girlplaysgame to work for femshep but ended up with weird looking texture problems so I gave up on it and went for the tanktop instead. I'm not unhappy with the result.

Ah, okay.  After some further digging, that's kind of what I figured.  I did grab the Fancy Flight suit while I was there though.  I'll probably just leave the cat suits and such alone.  Besides, she'll look good in her usual armor.

 

Texmod doesn't work for some reason, despite my following the directions to the letter.  However, I was able to get the black velvet N7 dress tpf running via ME3 Explorer's tpf program.   It'll probably work just fine for the Flight Suit as well.  

 

Thanks very much for the heads up.  Those are just some files I'll have to pass on.   I'd rather not have weird texture issues to try to work out on top of the usual headache from modding.

That site is exactly what I used, and it still didn't work.  However, installing the tpf can be easily done with ME3 Explorer.

 

I'll probably mess with the .upk files at another time.  I'd probably frustrate myself at this point and turn myself off from playing the game.

I hate the Firewalker missions for the most part, so I'm skipping the last couple. Almost everything else, including LotSB, is done.

 

 I like to knock out Arrival before I get Legion because of RP.  I feel it adds more of a sense of urgency to my mission.  After that, I'm going to get the Reaper IFF as well.  Everyone is loyal except for Tali.  I'm bringing Legion along for Tali's mission for the giggles, since I've heard the reactions are priceless.  Then Legion's loyalty mission, then End Game.

I took Lgeion on Tali's recruitment mission and loyalty mission. The dialogue with Kal'Reeger is funny when he mentions Legion and I got a good laugh on Tali's LM with Legion tagging along

I've been reading your kill count.  It sounds like your Shep is the evilest ginger out there.  

 

It's early days for my new Shep. I'll see how it goes.

Did Tali's loyalty mission.  Taking Legion along was completely worth it.    I scolded the Admirals for being a bunch of tools and she's now loyal.  

 

I'm about to follow up with her, feed my fish, go do Legion's LM, feed my fish again then it's off to the Collectors.  Thanks to Origin, I have to deal with memory leaks so I quicksave and exit from time to time.

Yes she did. I will be starting ME3 later today. Only Samara and Mordin will be in ME3.

I wouldn't say she is the most evil. That title belongs to my main femshep, Elizabeth Nancy Shepard.  My current femshep will just have the highest kill count.

i replayed the first part of LotSB up until you kill Vasir and have the first LI chat with Liara.

Love that whole section.
