Something I did find out tonight: The Smexy Dress Blues mod will override both the black velvet dress and the N7 shirt mods. It doesn't cause a texture problem, but apparently the N7 shirt and the dress blues shall be mutually exclusive to each other. :P

That's the one thing about the clothing mods; they typically over-ride the same original garb.

Yeah, I've noticed.  Oh well, I found a couple I liked, so I'm not worried.  ;)

So I've finished the Citadel coup attempt mission, and I'm running all over the place collecting fetch quests left and right, and I get down to the refugee docks. First guy I meet after leaving the elevator is a salarian documentary maker named Solik Vass. C-Sec thinks he's a pest and won't let him take pictures of the refugees, so he asks shep to do it for him. Shep, being the obliging kinda gal she is, roams the docks and takes a few pictures.

Along the way, she picks up another fetch quest, takes a batarian off life support, encounters Balak and adds his fleet to the war assets, and discovers cerberus has sabotaged all the medi-gel dispensers, and that some idiot was preaching about Cerberus. Ahh Conrad, who wrote his doctoral dissertation on dark energy devices and xeno technology. Only he can't access the schematics without a license from Elkoss Combine... which the shep from this import savegame I downloaded doesn't have. Tut tut. This must not be.

So, I exited the game, loaded up gibbed, clicked a couple checkboxes and voila shep now has the Elkoss Combine license. Load save, have the full talk with Conrad, finish fixing the medigel dispensers, confront Balak, acquire the 'prothean sphere on garvug' fetch quest, report back to the doctor about the medigel, let Conrad try to take a bullet for me, and go find Solik Vass... remember the documentary guy? ... who tells me to come see him when I have enough footage.

Doesn't he know who I am? What my mission is? What I've just spent the last half hour doing? How many guns I've had pointed at me in that half-hour? Enough footage? I think we're about to lose another salarian, or at least his camera, which I'm going to shove- err, nevermind.

Seems that if you reload a save while this quest is active, it may occasionally cause the photo ops to disappear, and I didn't get the snapshot of james playing poker with his buddies because there was nothing to click on. I know, I know, a bug in ME3. Shocking. I have to say that in all my playthroughs of ME3 This quest has never bugged out on me before.

I should mention at this point... The next closest save game I have prior to acquiring this quest begins immediately after saving the turian and asari councilors and shooting Udina. The first guy you talk to after that is commander Bailey. That is where i'd be, meaning all that running around all over the citadel again.  <_<

Is Solik Vass worth the effort? This is what I'm asking myself now. What is it worth? A couple war assets, A couple rep points... an unfinished quest in my journal??

Crap. This is a tough decision.

I tried and failed messing around with gibbed and resetting the quest. I have no real idea where to look and what to change, and I don't feel like breaking the universe again, so...  tough decision.

I'm totally in the boat where I tend to ignore a lot of those sidequests nowadays. Just not fun doing and waste of time. Don't need the rep, exp, or assets.

I usually talk to Solik Vass only to get the quest, because that's the only way to get him to shut up everytime I walk by that area. But I rarely finish the quest anymore. And honestly; like I care if a few refugees have a hard time on the Citadel when the entire galaxy is totally messed by the Reapers. Everyone is having a hard time, and yet everyone is also being selfish and not willing to help each other. Screw this galaxy, screw his documentary... I can't be bothered with those tiny pointless crybabies anymore

The clipping from the Brooks' hair mod drove me nuts, so I started going through my armor.  I found a set that hides the clipping from the back, and I edited the stats to match.

Picked up Wrex.  Told off the Dalatrass again.  That never gets old.  Off to some N7 sidequests.  :D

Well, if you are looking to see what a full memorial wall looks like, here are a few images I found on the Web:

I noticed Shepard's name on the bottom right column. My wall was completely filled with names before going to Earth. During the memorial scene, both columns filled with Anderson in the middle

I'm trying to plan my Femshep Sentinels Mass Effect 3 team well in advance, and I'm currently looking at a team of Liara and Kaidan, but it's annoying how Kaidan lacks incinerate. I'm trying to have all the possible elemental and biotic combos available to me, but no incinerate is a killer, they chose to give Kaidan Cryo Blast instead ffs.

I don't know recall what name is there, but Shepard's name will always be placed in the middle, if dead, above Anderson's name.

One reason I help him is for the credits to help purchase upgrades for weapons.

Most of my playthroughs I skip a lot of side missions and still get the breath scene.

That used to be true for me as well. But nowadays nearly all my characters are on NG+++.. to infinity and beyond. Have all the gear, lvl X weapons, and so forth. I just play the game to have fun, it's a bit sad that I don't have anything left to buy, and my alliance income is piling up in the millions. But I guess it will be good once my Shepards retire. Maybe buy a planet somewhere and chill with their LI  :P

Woke up to my dog barking, and she'd thrown up all over the garage.  Murphy has decided to be my friend today after 4 hrs of sleep.

Anyhow, met up with the Rachni Queen.  Other than the shackles, she's looking alright.  I didn't get to my N7 mission before the hubby came home, but once I get some coffee going I will.
