I keep checking my difficulity to make sure it's on insanity since its so much easier. Hopefully I still get the achievement even if. i do that.........

EDIT: This insanity playthrough, my Shepard will be ruthless through extreme levels. She will do whatever it takes to bring the reapers to extinction. That means sabotaging the cure, siding with geth. And old friends will certainly die, but only because Shepard thinks they never learned the art of war.

What I did was to switch it to insanity mode as soon as I had control of femshep on Earth. The only parts I found challenging were fighting Cerberus in the Atrium during the Grisson mission, the 3 Geth primes and in London fighting all the banshees and Marauders. Staying behind the phone booth helps, for me anyways.

I've never ticked the 'hide overlay' checkbox, and the framerate has never showed up on my vids. Just lucky I guess? 

 

EDIT: I playback my vids with VLC media player, and if FRAPS is running when I playback the vids, the framerate will show up in the corner of the media player screen, but it's not really there. Just exit FRAPS?

Infiltrated a criminal organizated party with the newest addition to the Normandy's Crew: Kasumi Goto

 

She got my Shep a fancy dress, and IMO Donovan Hock (The Party Host) is gay, cause he didn't flirt once with my Shep and told Miss Goto to stand outside (Hey, no problem here, she was wearing this strange black cloak and had her face covered...)

 

But Kasumi was able to get through, Cloaking, because no one sees her cloaking, because there aren't any guards outside the party, becaaause: PLOT REASONS!

 

Ok, I'm in the party. Let's do it! Shep tries to infiltrate Donovan Hock's Vault, but no success... She tries to touch the DNA Scanner, thinking that it's connected to her's DNA, but Kasumi interrupts her and say DON'T TOUCH THIS , ******

 

Shep scanned wires to the Barrier with a Omni tool and was running like crazy on the Party and no one seemed to care. Then, I pulled a Statuete(again, no one cares) and Miss Goto appeared and overloaded the Barrier. And no one noticed, again... Note: There are 2 Asari and 1 human IN FRONT of the statuete you pull...

 

Then, Shep go to the Guard post and the door mysteriously open for her, and no one seems to care, even Donovan Hock that was supposed to see it... Then, Gunshots PEW PEW, Dead Guards, I got the Code for the Barrier, just need Donovan Hock to speak it. Back to the party!! No one noticed the Gunshots!! YAAAY!

 

Shep then goes to talk to Donovan Hock, and he bla bla, and gets applause. SOMEONE GRAB US A POPCORN!!!

 

Okay, time to go get Hock's DNA. Shep goes to the Private Quarters, but there is a Guard there. BLAAAAAAAH. The Guard ask in whose authority I'm trespassing, and I say "On My own". Nope, didn't pass. Hey, let's try again!!! Same line for the guard, but Shep looks down to the dialogue wheel and chose "Hock's authority" Noooooooooooooope. Only one option left... Try AGAIN! Let's do it! Same line for the guard! Shep whispers to me "I think that is the line. The TOP ONE!!!"  then chose "Chief Roe's authority". Yayy! I got through. Kasumi helped me by hacking guard's communication, but I did the work by myself. HA!

 

Let's go to Hock's Quarters!! The guards that were supposed to be guarding the entrance to his bedroom when Sneaking in don't exist anymore, so Okay! I grab a credit chit in the Sofa, and steal his credits in the Wall Safe. Oh, almost forgot the DNA!!! Yah, got the DNA too.

 

Go to vault! Unlock Vault! yay! Find lots of stuff there, including a M-12 Locust. Shepard pauses to read what is the M-12 Locust in her codex. COME ON, Yells kasumi, we don't have much time. Shep then grabs the graybox and surprise! Donovan Hock appears as a projection and discover Kasumi and Shepard there, PS: but he doesn't know who he Shepard is, because he spent too much time on the extranet watching porn PLOT REASONS!! Bad Guys don't have extranet and never know that a Battle ocurred in the Citadel, which is, like, one System away.

 

Back to the Vault! Shep shoots Hock's sculpture and he gets angry. Mercs appear! Things! Excitement! Explosions!!!!!

 

Out of the Vault and Donovan's Hock fancy house. He is on a Gunship!! Shoot, shoot, shoot! PEW PEW! BAAAAM. Shuttle Lands. Gets off the planet, tell Kasumi to keep the Graybox and it's files, because Shep is a naughty bastard and will spend time watching Keiji's and Kasumi's sex tape.

I did not actually play any of the Mass Effect games today, but I did finish editing the final video of my Chargeless NovaGuard playthrough. Should be posted to YouTube in about two weeks time. It is a death compilation video. The Earth missions were a freaking pain in the butt. I somehow even managed to get sync-killed by a Brute; first time that has ever happened to me in single player to my recollection.

You do hurt your overall DPS since that is the number one power that keeps Vanguards alive. Nova cancelling is your number one friend if you have no Charge.

Area Pull, Shockwave that suspends bad guys for a few seconds, Lancer/Avenger + incendiary ammo, and personally I'd throw inferno grenades as a BP into the mix and... Who needs to charge, heh

Today, shep stopped C-Sec from using Conrad's future wife to gather intel at Chora's Den. He also scanned a bunch of keepers and killed a computer terminal that was stealing credits from Flux's quasar machines, then proceeding to cheat at quasar himself.  His day wasn't over yet. He recruited a turian and a krogan, then sent them both back to the ship to wait for him there instead of letting them tour the citadel with him. Then he intimidated some clerk into releasing the body of an alliance soldier who died on Eden Prime back to her husband, so he could give her a proper funeral. Ash seemed impressed. 

 

Shep's day was just getting started. After lunch, he slept with the famous asari consort, Sha'ira. He didn't make any friends with all the people who've waited months to see her, especially not after walking past them all with a big sh*t-eating grin on his face. Then he met his number one fan, Conrad Verner. Normally he wouldn't have time for someone like that, but Conrad was all right. Lil creepy, but all right, so shep gave him an autograph. It's not like they were on Ilium where you can't sign anything, for crying out loud. 

 

Then he went back to Chora's Den and shot the owner. Made sure to grab all the guy's files for that cute reporter he met outside of Flux. What was her name, Emily? Yeah, that's it. Emily Wong. Fist told them about a quarian who was walking straight into an ambush in the alley out back. Turns out she had evidence of Saren's involvement in the attack on Eden Prime. Quick shootout later and she was saved, recruited and the evidence was presented to the council. 

 

Now shep is the first human spectre. it's been a hell of a day. Time to go back to Flux to celebrate. But first he bought some new armor for the squad:

Regards vanguard charge, in that video I posted you can see in the banshee fight where the charge wasn't recognising the banshee as a target which left me a tad exposed.

Speaking of which, how do people find the format? Am trying to make them short and not too dull.

Also, should I romance Garrus or Traynor? I've romanced Garrus before sonce he's a turian basby but I'm feeling feisty to trying something new...

Traynor romance is totally worth it, at least once. She's a great character.

Got on the Normandy in Vancouver. Went to London and played some video games for about 10 hours. Ran to the beam and got shot by Harbinger. Saw the Leviathan turd, shot the tube. Went to Vancouver and had drinks with Sam. Both are currently playing ME3 multiplayer
