OMG, I managed to finish the entirety of Noveriazzzzzzz within an hour, but god it felt like 100 hours, what a boring ass mission. All I gotta do now is finish off the last few planet side quest, do Bring Down the Sky and then I can head over to Virmire and the end game.

Wake up listening to a female's voice.  Now I'm shooting mechs. What is going on? Who's this guy? What did he say? Gravity is one mean motha. What crap is that? Is he wearing longjohns for armor? Yep. I'm having a bad dream. Alright. I'll play along. This Jacob guy tells me I've been dead for two years. Hmm. Maybe I can use that to my advantage. We destroy more mechs and see some Wilson guy. Loser #2. What a wimp. My leg hurts. Can you get some medi-gel to fix my boo-boo? He and Jacob loser work for Cerberus. Whatever. I just want to get somewhere to relax.

 

Why did the doll shoot loser#2, not that I care. I like her figure, but that armor needs to go or is this the  new type of armor. I bet the designer is making a lot of money. I can't see myself wearing the 2nd skin armor. We leave the station to talk with The whatever man.

 

So Cerberus brought me back to fight the reapers or at least find out who's kidnapping the colonists. Fine. I'll give them one chance. I wonder if the Alliance is doing anything and if they have found a way to stop the reapers while I was "asleep". Alright puppetmaster. Lead on. I want to get this ober with.

 

Went to Freedom's Progress and see a former squadmate, Tali. I remember you. I didn't want you on my ship, but Udina said to bring you along. Fine out its the collectors abducting the colonists. It seems I will be dealing with stopping the Collectors.

 

Cool. Cerberus gives me a new ship, a better looking ship. And Joker. Puppetmaster. I want to kill this clown now. Nevermind. I keep forgetting that I'm just a video game character that's under control of the developer. Some day I'll have to fix that problem. Lets go the Citadel and see if I get answers about what has happened the past two years.

 

Well, well, well. Anderson says its up to me to stop the reapers. Here's my answer sh*t for brains. **** you and the Alliance and the morons that were with me chasing Saren. So no one made any effort to find a way to stop the reapers. Puppetmaster. I know you're goal is get as many war assets as possible for the end of ME3, but if there's a chance to kill any of these *********, then I want them dead. For now, I don't mind working with Cerberus as long as their focus is stopping the collectors and reapers.

 

Lets go recruit thses folks that will help stop the collectors.

 

Mordin Solus. Smart guy, not sure what he can do fighting wise.

 

Jack. There's a real winner. Straps for armor. Yeah. I'm definitely having a weird dream.

 

Grunt. A baby. Sure. Lets head to the nearest store to pick up a bunch of baby bottles

 

Zaeed Massani. Now this guy I like. Excellent.

 

Kasumi Goto. A thief? If stealing whatever is going to stop the collectors, sure, why not?

 

Archangel aka Garrus. The guy who cried about having rules and regulations to follow. He's a quitter. I wonder at what point he will quit before this mission is over?

I collect a bunch of minerals with more still to be collected

 

Finally get to meet the collectors face-to-face. ASSUME DIRECT CONTROL! A collector that  talks? Come on Cruella. Wake up out of this whatever this dream is. I stop them from taking all the colonists.

 

Ashley Williams. I like you. A fine soldier that was at my side the whole time we chased Saren. Now you're accusing me of being a traitor? **** ***. You and the rest of the dingbats didn't do anything while I was "asleep" to find a way to stop the reapers. Get lost. Go back to that joke of an Alliance military and that idiot Ander something. You clowns turned your backs on humanity, the galaxy and me. Yeah. Get lost.

Spent the day trying to find a balanced setup for an Engineer with Avenger, Predator and Inferno Grenade as a bonus power. Ended up either OP (Incendiary ammo) or a weakling (anything else)

That's all I used for my Insanity engineershep run... well, substitute Lancer for Avenger, and Inferno grenade for several different BP's, heh. I had to re-unlock all the BP's and Ash didn't survive Virmire on that playthrough, so the grenades were unavailable. Anyway, even though shep died... a few  times...  he wasn't a weakling.

Tried getting into ME3 again, played the early Cerberus Lab on Sanctum, was sooooo close to just Alt+F4ing after BS spawns landed right on top of me and killed me with absolutely NO reaction time twice. There you are, in a neat defensible position and suddenly four enemies jetpack up right behind and instantly start shooting. Insanity difficulty, Engineer = dead. And once you position yourself in a way this BS spawn won't instant kill you, you have to juggle back and forth between two exposed positions because your AI squadmates are too stupid to do more than three bars shield damage to the enemy on their own whilst happily getting shot up in the process.

 

 

Screw James and Liara, I want that random Cerberus Trooper guy on my squad.

Well yeah, Sabotage makes it easy Tech bursts everywhere I want to limit available power combos. This character can only prime and detonate one type of explosion - fire, and it's limited by the number of grenades available. Basically Overload, Combat Drone, Inferno Grenade as only attacking powers backed with Avenger and Predator fire. Tali will be the squadmate of choice. It seemed Garrus's Armor-Piercing ammo was the most balanced choice of all. Needs more testing

Managed to burn through the rest of the game, all the way up to Ilos. I was ready to launch the final misson, until I looked at the side quests page, and realised that, from just surveying planets and asteroids, I had actually managed to complete two of the collection missions, with the other three nearing completion.

 

So now I'm caught in a dilemma, do I just go to the final mission and get the game over with, or spend 30 mins landing on a few planets and completing the last three collection missions....

When I did my insanity run, a brute punched me and I staggered into the path of the reaper foot stomp. All I could do was watch and think, 'now that's teamwork.'

Yeah, I just completed them. Didn't take long, only about 30 minutes. Now, it's off to Ilos!!!!.......sometime.....when I can be bothered to finish the game.

Met the  ASSUMING DIRECT CONTROL collector again. Here's some advice. Less talking, more shooting. Guess what? The collectors use to be Protheans.

 

Kelly and I had dinner and she will be feeding my fish. Cool. I will go buy more fish.
