Looking back at my old posts I just realized I have been working on my current Shepard since June.  I remember I took a break about halfway through ME 1 and didn't get back into it until much later.  Finished up ME 1 and cruised through ME 2 and now getting pretty far into ME 3.  Already thinking about my next trilogy run.  Thinking of going with a male renegade earthborn ruthless soldier after I finish up my current female paragon colonist war hero infiltrator.  Also thinking of doing a female sentinel.  Have no idea what I want to do with alignment or background on the sentinel though.

Alright pupetmaster. Lets get this playthrough over with so I can get back to my master.

 

Why I'm I calling this guy James? Why is this Ander something touching my stomach? I thought he told me it was up to me to stop the reapers, but the ****heads locked me up for 6 months. Woah, woah. Wait a minute. I'm noy doing anything till you tell what the crap is going on.

 

Really? So this being a trilogy, the third game is where to start playing and the previous games mean nothing. So I went through all that trouble to have all the squadmates and crew live in ME2 for nothing? What a load of crap. Does that mean if I read the third book of a trilogy I will know what happened in the previous two? Who thought of that crap? Let me say again puppetmaster, when this playthrough is done, I'm going back to my master, and if you decide to do another playthrough, use my sister, she seems to like you for some reason.

 

I see Ashley. She looks different. She called me a traitor on Horizon. What? What do you mean that never happened? Oh, right, I fogot. This is the third game and the other two never happened.

 

I stand in front of the human clown committee. What do you mean what's the situation? Are you really that stupid? You ***** locked me up for 6 ******* months and now you're asking me what's the situation? This isn't ME3, this is ME stupid. Now there's a nice surprise. A reaper lands and kills the clowns. I like to shake the reapers hand or whatever for doing that.

 

Ander something says we should head for the Normandy. Yes we should. I miss my fish and space hamster.

 

Who's kid is this? He says I can't help him. Does he know something I don't? Whatever. Fight through a bunch of uglies. There's the Normandy. Why isn't anyone helping the kid get in the shuttle? Here comes a reaper and destroys the shuttle. That sucks. Not my problem. Lets go to the Citadel and see the council or whatever they want to call themselves. You may want to collect all the war assets puppetmaster, but I will be as hateful as ever during this playthrough. You understand me puppetmaster? Good.

 

Hackett wants me to go to Mars. He can kiss my fifth pont of contact, but if there's something that can stop the reapers, ok.

 

Why is Cerberus here? And why are they shooting at me? Aren't we on the same team? I like Cerberus. I even gave them the collecftor base. I need to talk to TIM.

 

Hey look. Its the asari I helped become the shadow broker. She found plans to stop the reapers. But there's a carch. The plans are in the archives. Why don't you have them with you? How do you know they're in the archives if you haven't been there to see these plans? She's full of crap. I knew it. She only found bits and pieces, clues really. Lets just get to the archives.

 

Look who it is? TIM. He wants to control the reapers. Whatever floats your boat man. It seems in the last 6 months you decided to drink some stupid juice. I'm going to destroy the things. I guess you and I are enemies now. Have a nice day. See ya next fall. Haha

 

Who's that running away? After her. Off we go chasing this woman. I'll give her credit. She can run fast. Here comes James to crash into the shittle. And look. The so-called woman is really a robot. What will they come up with next? Now wait a minute. I was suppose to smash Ashley's head, but I wanted to do that on Horizon. I shoot the robot.

 

Get to the Citadel and Ashley is taken to the hospital. I go see the council. I rather get drunk. I talk with dumb, dumber, dumbest and dummy. So the Turian coucilor is nice enough to tell me about his Primarch. One thing though. I have to rescue him. Fine. Lets get this show on the road.

 

Oh no no no. We are not having a reporter on my ship. Crap. I forgot. You're collecting all war assets. ****. I hate you puppetmaster. I have a dream about blowing up a planet. I like this dream.

 

Well, who is this fine looking woman? Samantha Traynor. She worked on the retrofits. So what. I go talk with the Hackett hologram.  Lets talk with the crew while I head to Palaven

Scott Shepard: His Life and Miracles, Part 1: Presentation

 

Well, let's get this over wi....I mean, let's start my wonderful 758th ME1 playthought

 

I'll begin by explaining the basics of it: Veteran difficulty (in ME 2 & 3 it'll be Insanity), 101% full completion (all missions done (DLC inc.), all minerals scanned, all thresher maws killed, all keepers molested), etc.

 

I'm choosing a default male Shepard, because let's face it, default maleshep is badass.

 

I'm leaving the morality I'm picking and such as a surprise. Won't gonna tell everything, right? xD Althought it's not like it's difficult to wonder looking at his background:

 

 

So, let's begin with Eden Prime, and...OH, WHAT THE HELL?

 

 

...is that Spectre X weapons? and a shiny brand new Predator M X? Well yeah, it turns out Scott's parents are rich as hell, and have always provided the very best equipment for him as soon as he joined the Alliance (lore explanation of why I have just cheated my *** off to get my favourite weapons and armor from the very beginning...but turns out I really like it's appearance (and stats, of course), and wanna enjoy them since the beginning).

 

Don't worry, though. The main focus of this playthought will be to see how many lvl X upgrades I can reach before finishing the game. Ah, and how much can I equip my team with equipment that isn't crap. But well, that's....secondary

 

Also:

 

 

...a little skills bonus. Because a supposedly trained N7 can't be a freakin' noob handling assault rifles and basic physical training.

Do any of you guys even bother scanning planets in ME2 anymore? Or do you just gibb yourself resources in ME2 and then gibb yourself the full 100 for the mineral resources war asset in ME3? Because yo, I am seriously thinking about doing this. I tried scanning a couple of planets an hour ago but I gave up half way through the second one. I have no interest in spending so much time doing that crap again, not when I have gibbed available to me.

Default male shep is far better looking than any custom you can ever make. It doesn't help that due to the limited face creation options, custom Shepard's all end up looking like they're related.

In fact, I was gonna make him custom, but couldn't find a certain video where it showed how to do the face I liked, so I'm staying with default then.

 

The last time I tried to make a custom Shep, I spent more time looking at his neck clipping thought the armor in ME2 than actually enjoying the game

I only cheat in ME1, because it's harmless (besides, I've even disabled the console again as soon as I introduced the cheats I wanted). But Bioware already stated that there may be weird import bugs if you cheat your way with resources or credits in ME2/3 via coalesced, so I never cheat on them.

I've made all of mine in ME1 then just imported them through. The ME1 editor isnt that bad at all.

I find ME3 editor to be the best of the trilogy because 1) you don't have to wait for long to see your character's face (unlike ME2) 2) you have the option to tweak the face using the face code. In ME1 you either succeed or have to start from the scratch. ME1 editor is one of the worst in my gaming history. Dragon Age Origins is so much better in that regard. I hope they really improve on that in ME:Next.

I don't know, maybe femshep is easier to make. My male Shepards kept turning horrid until I found that little tool. Here is one of my first tries with it

I got better with time but I still think that editor is too limited. I want more freedom in creating my own character Both DA: O, Skyrim and Fallout character editors were better in my experience

Agreed. F*** ME1. I have saves for my favourite classes(Vanguard and Soldier) and I've seen the outcomes of every significant decision possible, there's no point in playing it again.

 

If I have the desire to play as Femshep for some LesLiara action, I'll just import my level 60, 100% completed everything, Femshep Adept and and change her class to what I desire in ME2.

Scott Shepard: His Life and Miracles, Part 2: Eden Prime!

 

Well, here it begins the adventures of Scott Shepard, and it begins pretty well:

 

 

With the first lvl I of one of the family of upgrades he wants to find, found in the very first drop box of the game (you know, the one hidden in the swamps):

 

 

...then he proceeded to fight all over that fiery world the most paragon-ish way possible:

 

 

 

 

 

...he even changed that horrible Phoenix armor from Ash, which is just ridiculous on a soldier like she technically is:

 

 

...(only for her to take it back two years after. You ***....):

 

 

...and he also shot that Sovereign baddy, althought at that point of the story he didn't even had a clue of what he was firing at. Could have been a ship full of orphans, Scott! You arse...

 

 

...which it probably was, because then life decided to give a lesson to him:

 

 

...yeah, karma is a bi***.
