Just started my import game, and now I have a dilemma. Ash or Tali?
On one hand, if I go back to Ash, then I can be eeeeeeeeeeevil and choose the geth over the quarians.
On the other hand, Tali
Ashley.

Ash .... and that makes four votes for her ![]()
Ash is the best yo. I've been meaning to romance someone else as Maleshep, but I always end up becoming lazy and just going with Ash since its what I've always done lol. I might just have to resort to just watching the other Maleshep romances on Youtube at this point.
(Difficulty: Insanity).
Today, Scott was resurrected by Cerberus, who gave him some crappy weapons and expected to find anything about Freedom's Progress' dissapearances. He found Tali in there instead plus the only witness of the attack -Veetor-. As per Tali's request, Veetor was delivered to her to return to the Fleet. After that mission, Shepard spent most of the time with "administrative" appointments (shopping, being reinstated as a Spectre...the usual), then went to Omega to get Mordin. He rescued Daniel and saved the district from the plague.
And now I have a moral dilemma: I'm going to do Zaeed's loyalty mission next, and I'm really looking for an excuse for my super-Paragon Shepard to go and ignore the workers so he can get the Assault Rifle upgrade. It's not like I lack lore/roleplay arguments to do it (making that the big hero's "only black spot", or Shepard going after Vido because he probably was an accomplice (or even the direct instigator) of nearly having his body delivered to the Collectors (being as he was the leader of the Blue Suns, it's almost definitive he had something to do with it)), but still I generally don't like non-Paragon actions. They're kinda bad for karma ![]()
So, I've decided to call on the people's vote: Like this post if you think Scott should follow the Paragon way, or else like the post directly below if you think he should follow the Renegade way and get his beloved upgrade for his beloved Mattock (seriously, people here use any other weapon in ME2?
). Depending on which post has more likes by tomorrow (GMT +1), I'll follow one path or the other. Now that's interactive gaming for ya! ![]()

I really liked both Miranda's and Jack's romances, with the additional citadel DLC content added. They're worth it.

What happens on Zorya stays on Zorya. Take a squaddie who's gonna die on the suicide mission, and no one will ever know.
P.D: I hate you, Spork

Those actions being leaked to the public doesn't bother me. In ME's society, thing is that people are bound to know about it one way or another anyway, so no point on worrying about that... ![]()
Besides, for a Paragon, trying to cover up a Renegade action with another Renegade action is even more unacceptable.
Still, +1 vote for Ren output ![]()

Well, the paragon way is totally okay. That's how I play it most of the time and I've never really missed the rifle upgrade. But I played it the renegade way this last time, and Zaeed seems happier when he can set things on fire.

To be honest, I'm kinda tired of being Paragon and not obtaining a crap out of it, so I'm kinda expecting the Renegade voting to win. Besides, a +1 upgrade means I'll get Penetrating/Accuracy bonuses sooner, without waiting for a mission to get them. I'll still submit to the voting results anyway, Paragon or Renegade.
Plus, I bet a +70% Mattock (plus +15% or more from armor bonuses) would be kickass
Yeah, I'm kinda addicted to weapon damage bonuses, that's why the dilemma. In fact, Shepard is going all Lewinsky with Yeoman Chambers because of that, too, despite having romanced Ash ![]()
I always let them burn whether I'm doing a Paragon or Renegade run. I want the AR upgrade.

Okay, Ash it is. I admit i was kinda leaning towards her anyway. Poor Tali. Oh well, it's not like she's gonna jump off a cliff or anything... right?
Vega: Those troops were cerberus , weren't they?
Shep: Sure looked like it.
Ash: What's Cerberus doing here?
Shep: Good question.
Ash: You don't know?
Shep: I'm not with them anymore Ash, if that's what you're asking.
Ash: It wasn't! But you have to admit it's a bit convenient.
Gotta say, every second we've spent on Mars so far is making Tali look a lot better....
At least Ash doesn't emphasize 'convenient' the way Kaidan does. That exchange with him makes me wanna break the seal on his helmet.
Don't do it dude! Go with any one else but her!

You mean Ash or Tali?
Ash. Of course. ![]()
Ash. Of course.
Okay, now I get it. Heh.
I'm really really glad I don't often pay much attention to rumors about my favorite gaming characters.
Cuz, honestly, now that Ash and shep have begun to repair the Horizon damage to their relationship, I really do kinda like Ash. I'd hate for her to have kept that secret from him while being all holier-than-thou over Cerberus.
Havn't had much time to play in the last couple of days. Did get in some multiplayer tonight with my batarian and my krogan soldiers.
Well, 5 votes against 0 (no double-voting is valid, Spork
), so Scott will follow the Renegade way.
Just so you know, the blood of those poor workers is on your hands, not mine (...but thanks for the rifle upgrade
).
Let's go find us a Collector ship
I love killing Harby's puppets before he's even done talking. ![]()
Been a busy day in the 'verse. Since arriving on Mars, we met up with Liara, killed a bunch of cerberus troops, told holo-TIM to go to hell, crashed a shuttle into annother shuttle, and burned the skin off TIM's pet robot, but not before it bashed Ash's skull against the crashed shuttle. Had to shoot it for that. Felt good.
Bit skeptical about Liara's prothean super device. Would rather use my trusty Lancer to send the reapers to hell one thermal clip at a time, but can't get anyone else to go along with my idea, except maybe Vega, so we'll do it her way. Still a little PO'd about the cerberus robot beating up my girlfriend, and I took it out on the new lieutenant down in the shuttle bay. He calls me 'Loco' now. He ain't seen nothin' yet.
Got to thinking that it would've been way cooler if the war room was Liara's shadow-broker hidey-hole instead of having few vidscreens set up in my old cabin. She could've had the forcefield keeping everyone out unless they were invited, and she could've had a couple of her own people guarding it. Could have made the vid-com room separate from the war room and accessible from the old armory doorway. Oh well, if only I'd been in charge of the retrofits instead of cooling my heels at Alliance HQ.
Met the rest of the crew. They seem like a good bunch. Must remember to find that creepy ensign Copeland guy something to do instead of wandering the crew deck, staring at me every time I walk by.
Arrived at the citadel and got Ash to Huerta memorial straight away. Met doc Chakwas there, and said the Normandy wouldn't be the same without her. Then on up to the embassies where I bumped into Khalisah Al-Jilani. She'd gotten herself a new 'do but she was still the same old Khalisah. Could tell she was just scared though. Seen a lot of that lately, so I told her we were doing everything we could to stop the reapers. When she left she said she was glad I was on humanity's side. Six months under house arrest and I still got the ol' Shepard charm. ![]()
Met the new council. Thought it kinda typical that although humanity tried to get someone on the alien council for years and failed, it only took the asari, salarians, and turians six months to get their people on the human council. Hmmph. Also thought Tevos was hotter than the new one, but oh well, maybe in another life. They said they couldn't help Earth and blah blah blah. Some things never change. They did give me back my spectrehood, though, so not a totally lost day.
Before going to Menae to rescue the turian Primarch for the war summit to figure out what to do about the reapers -- *sigh* politics -- Vega, Liara and I busted up a cerberus lab and stole all their reaper tech. Dunno why we wanted it exactly, but at least cerberus doesn't have it. Then we went to Menae and caught up with Garrus. Invited him back on to the Normandy and had a good chat about the old days and the war harvest. If this new primarch is an a**hole we'll throw him out the airlock and put Garrus in charge, whether he can hold a hammer or not.
Got an e-mail from Ash, and one from Aria T'Loak of all people. So it looked like we were headed back to the Citadel before the war summit. Oh, but first we pulled a bunch of biotic students off Grissom Academy. Went all gunnery sergeant hartman on them to get their butts in gear. Bet they're glad to see the last of me, heh.
So that's where I'm at. Time to pick up the first round of fetch quests from the Citadel and have a good talk with Ash while I'm there.
EDIT: Thinking I might just do up the Omega DLC before the summit as well and build up my renegadiness. Want to save Javik and Leviathan until after Ash rejoins us.
