Today in the 'verse...
Utukku. James. EDI. Grunt. Luck Ammo. Rachni.
Was gonna put up screenies, but turns out I forgot to startup due to technical difficulties FRAPS wasn't running. ![]()
In a tenderhearted moment, and against my better judgment, I let the rachni queen go back on Noveria all those years ago. Today I corrected that mistake and finished what the krogan started after the salarian uplift. In previous playthroughs I did the same to the rachni breeder clone, and, well, suffice to say it disagreed. The queen, however, had a totally different reaction. When I decided to leave her shackled to the reaper chains and get outta there, all she said was. "Leave, then. We... embrace the silence." ![]()
Too bad I haven't picked up Javik yet. Missed what he has to say about exterminating the rachni once and for all.
Since that showdown with Wrex on the shuttle to Sur'Kesh, he and shep have had a rather strained working relationship. It's interesting to play it through this way. I don't much care for it, since I'm all too familiar with how it plays out when they're friends. But I've chosen my path, and I'm gonna walk it.
Padok Wiks has proposed using the shroud to disperse the genophage cure, but first we have a few more side missions to do. The primarch's kid has gotten himself into trouble on Tuchanka, and cerberus is up to something on two fronts. Also, Ash wants to talk to me again on the citadel about her decision to accept Udina's offer and become a spectre.

That goes for a lot of other characters like Nihlus. They may have been an ass or a *****, but they knew how to hold their ground... well, at least for most of a mission. Jedore is usually obliterated by the Cain unless I forget to bring it.

Funny, she also uses the same weapon. I use the Cain to destroy her while clearing out some enemies within the Cain's AOE. I don't remember how many YMIR mechs there are when you fight her, but it's usually my primary target if I don't have a weapon that can obliterate or destroy synthetics within a short amount of time.

That's one time where I really try and headshot the 'mech. If I'm lucky it'll take out Jedore too.

Does the mech have like postmortem explosion like in Garrus's loyalty mission?

Is it me, or the first picture looks like something that can replace mass relays? Also, its design looks like the one in the 5th picture, don't you think?

It probably is a Mass Relay. If they are taking the Destroy ending along with BioWare's own opinion on what was canon'd, we may be looking at the new relays.

Today Scott did the Firewalker missions, mostly to pass the time while waiting for people coming to cry to him about their personal problems. I may have waited a bit too long anyway, because now my Galaxy Map is full of "Help XXX" tags. I swear, I feel like a ****** therapist.
Anyway, before doing the Firewalker's, I went to recruit Samara, and then to Tuchanka, where I saluted Wrex and bought some things from there (Assault Rifle Upgrade 5/7). Then as soon as I received the mission, I went on killing that Morinth b**** (6/7). From there I did Garrus' loyalty mission (AP ammo for my Shep), then recruited Thane so he could also annoy me with his problems, and finally did Tali's loyalty, for no special reason other than to anhiliate Geth with 6/7 Upgraded Mattock, Heavy Disruptor rounds, Commando Shepard, Heightened Adrenaline Rush and +16% Weapon Damage from armor. To say they hadn't the slightest chance is an understatement.
Next it'll be Thane's loyalty, then some other easy mission for quick XP so I can upgrade to Tungsten rounds. Probably Kasumi's loyalty.
P.D: Those ME4 screens look wickedly cool ![]()

I stopped liking it after the third film. The death of an autobot makes such an emotional impact.

I've only seen the first one.
I have all of them on Blu-Ray, but the second one will be my favorite.
