2 days ago, I started a Renegade playthrough.

Actually, Renegon would be a better word because I'll do a few Paragon decisions sometimes. (Very few)

It's the first time I use Renegade options.

My Shep is:
-Sheploo
-Earthborn
-Ruthless
-Vanguard

Finished Eden Prime
Did most of the available Citadel side-missions (those Keepers tho.. only one left to find)
Became a Specter
Now I'll continue looking around in the Citadel and get new side-missions.

I thought I would share a few moments of Derp from my current playthrough.

 

In the first segment of this clip Shepard tosses a drone at an explosive container which an Eclipse Heavy then shoots with a rocket, knocking herself on her back.

In the next segment, Kasumi knocks a Vanguard on her back and the Vanguard is almost instantly shot by a rocket from a fellow Eclipse trooper. You can briefly see her fly up out of the screen. When Shepard checks his radar to give Kasumi a positioning order, you can see that the Vanguard is almost on top of Kasumi, and Kasumi is pointing her gun in the sky at her.

Trying to decide whether to finish my latest Femshep playthrough, which I put on the back burner a few months ago, or to start a BroShep run, which would be my first ever with ME3. If I do that though then I may go back and restart a whole BroShep trilogy playthrough. Hmmmm........

Shepard finally made it past the elevator! Took forever and a re-install of Mass Effect 3, but he finally did it.

 

After speaking to the council, he went to the "Beyond the 4th Wall" Store and purchased some very special upgrades known as Deluxe Digital which he quickly used and boom, it gave him not only a soundtrack to listen to when flying on the Normandy, but also a photo of the ship to look at, a new pet, some weapons, a comic book to read, and information on some dig site on the famous Eden Prime colony he once visited many moons ago.

 

After playing around with this new toys, he went to Eden Prime to check out the information and it turns out, there is a living, breathing Prothean in a stasis pod!

BroShep is officially GO!

Opted against a trilogy run though. Fired up ME3 and zipped through Genesis 2, although I'm not sure why I bothered. First thing I did when I got to the first save point was Gibb it anyway!

Decided against mods for this one so playing through on the 360 with Shep rocking the default look

After about a week of not touching Mass Effect 3, I decided to pick it back up and try to make some more progress with my Shockwave/Claymore Adept.

 

1. I mingled at a casino. The owner got shot.

2. I took my library card to the Citadel archives. Apparently I was too loud because they tried to kick me out. I also discovered I had a clone. Kicking me out did not work, so they tried to lock me in instead.

3. The clone tried to steal the Normandy, but I was able to sneak on board with Traynor's help.

 

4. I fought the clone. It was... a little rough. (I suck, okay?)

 

5. Visited T-GES mineral works, an archeological dig site, and an ancient shipwreck to track down Leviathan. Spoke to Leviathan and recruited it for the war effort. 

 

 

Hopefully I will be able to finish this playthrough by the end of the week. I do not particularly like the Adept class in ME3.

OTOH, I find it difficult to move beyond biotic in ME3!

Anyway, solid progress made by James Shepard - escaped Earth, picked up T'Soni and the Crucible schematics on Mars, defrosted Prothy, stopped off at Menae to grab Garrus and Victus, then hooked up with Jack at Grissom.

Back to the Citadel now to check on Ashley.

I just met Liara in ME 1

I finished ME1. I didnt really talk about my playthrough here, but here are the big choices I made:

-Saved the Rachni Queen ( I might be Renegade but killing a whole species is way too evil for me ).
-Calmed down Wrex.
-Saved Kaidan (Can't let that guy go).
-Sacrificed the Council to kill Sovereign.
-Chose Anderson as Councilor.

Also, I somehow romanced Liara... I have no idea how that happened and I hate it. I didn't say anything that would suggest any interest in her. I made her leave during the romance scene. No way I'm doing this. I really don't feel like starting over just for this, so I'll just break off the romance as soon as possible in ME2 and say it never happened. I'm already sick thinking about her kissing me the first time I see her on Illium. (I don't mean to hate on the romance or Liara herself, I like Liara as a character, but I don't like the romance at all.)

I like Liara - I did a romance run with her a while back, but she wouldn't be my canon LI for either FemShep or BroShep.

I just finished talking with Miranda and now I kinda wonder if I should try a romance with her. My initial plan was to romance no one, except maybe Kaidan depending on how it goes, but now I don't know.

A Renegade romance with Miranda seems nice and appropriate.

I also wanna try a Renegade romance with Kaidan. I've always romanced Kaidan and was always a Paragon.

If Kaidan's in ME2 then he's already used his 'get out of jail free' card on Virmire. No way he's taking Miri out as well. Go after Miranda, forget Kaidan. Besides, he's a bit of a dick in ME2, and at the start of ME3 with his incessant digs about you and Cerberus.

Started a new run on Friday for the first time in ages. I had been reading the Grayson novel in the bathroom and got the ME bug again. I lost all my ME1 and ME2 saves since I switched computers so I got myself a decent one from masseffect2saves.com and tooled her up to suit my run. Wanted to play mostly a paragon, so she's a War Hero/Spacer who took mostly paragon outcomes, except for destroying the heretic Geth in ME2. Ash survived, romanced Kelly for a smooth move to Traynor and of course she's a Vanguard. Started off with Menae, then Javik recruitment and I started the 'Aria' arc. Did the 3 merc band recruitments and blasted off to Omega. Got the ending I like, a spared Petrovsky and a confused, troubled Aria. Cured the 'phage with Wrex and Bakara on top then saved Ash from Udina's plotting ways. Took a shower with Traynor and had fun with some of the squadmates on our mini-leave. It's funny how Liara seems offended you're not with her even when that character never romanced her at all. Finished up with Ardok-Yakshi (saved Samara) and Cerberus Scientists. (after a long DA hiatus from ME, I'm struck by all the familiar voices. FemHawke as Dr. Brynn, Varric as the Blue Suns leader)

 

Tonight I start Leviathan, then meet up with Tali. Planning on peacing out the GQ war. I think I'll get it that far tonight, then will finish up Levi, clean the map, rescue Miranda and then do Citadel DLC. Might quit then, or might go for the ending. Either destroy or paragon control, we'll see.

Yeah I'm gonna romance Miranda. Thanks everyone. Now that I think about it, a Renegade romance doesnt really fit with Kaidan.

Kaidan's actions are completely justified IMO.

Tried to recover an artifact on Thessia, but failed. Was beaten by Kai Leng.

 

I would say Kai Leng cheated, but it was three against one, so I suppose him bringing in his airship made it even.

 

 

Also, I think this was the fastest I ever took out the two Harvesters, and then another Harvester showed up. Never had that happen before.
