OK!  I'll give that a shot.

I always did everything and made sure everyone lived I found not having grunt tali and mordin around added some life to the game.  I  think mordins replacement and grunts replacement where better written characters.  It never made sense that grunt became the leader of arlak company in 6 months.  I am curious how the citadel dlc will play out since I have no one from ME2 that will be there.

Today I wondered what would Dragon Age have been like had the darkspawn been like husks.

I also wondered about Mr Alenko's lost years between brat camp and enlisting. The red sand reference. Eventually enlisting. Is there anything sort of lore-abiding about what happened with him?

I am, at the moment in the casino following brightly coloured wiring in the floor and walls. If that doesn't sound hallucinogenic I don't know what does. This is my first manShep pt and seems to be a better fit. I have always played as femShep and really enjoyed her, but once I'm finished here I think it will be manShep again to romance Tali.

It doesn't seem too far-fetched that Grunt advanced so far so quickly, does it?

In my current playthrough of ME2 and ME3 (which I will consider my "canon"), Wrex is head of clan Urdnot and is very, very welcoming of Grunt (considering Grunt is "tank-bred").  Grunt being escorted to Tuchanka by Shepard probably influences Wrex to some degree, I think.  Of course, Shepard goes on to impress the Shaman by headbutting Uvenk, so Grunt got off to a pretty good start on Tuchanka.

Wrex's relative open mind + Shaman's open mind coupled with Grunt and Shepard (an an additional companion) taking down the Thresher Maw, and Grunt is off to a really REALLY good start on Tuchanka.  Remember when the Krogan guard warns Shepard about something but then tells Grunt, "Urdnot Grunt, you can go wherever you want." ?

The circumstances above, plus Grunt being created to be the "perfect" Krogan.... - it isn't too surprising that Grunt became a company leader in 6 months.  Krogan society, although steeped in tradition, seems to be one of extreme meritocracy on the battlefield.  Not only do the strong survive, they apparently advance quickly up the military hierarchy, too.  haha!

I know it's probably mean - but I can't help poking the husk head in Bryson's lab. I want one for a doorbell.

Today Tyson went to top travel destination known as Tuchanka.  He observed the wildlife, experienced local culture, and even toured one of their fine medical facilities.

She looks amazing. I like the Shepards that I can believe to be in the role of Shepard - not just looking great in themselves (but not appropriate for the role in my eyes).

Thanks! :) I used ChandlerL's gorgeous Shepard as basis and made some modifications to jaw and chin width and height, skin tone, complexion, eye color, hairstyle and color.

Zaed died saving a volus.  Why couldn't I use my spectre statues to kill that stupid volus??? Shepard killed Balok on the citadel so the batarians are screwed.  Then Ben Shepard headed out to Haestrom to meet the Tali less Quarians.

Well if I remember right (I cannot remember the krogan guys name) took several natorious krogan's DNA (in a conversation Grunt actually gives the list of names) and put it in Grunt on top of the Collecter DNA to create "The perfect krogan". After doing a full playthrough or two of taking Grunt 80% of the game I can defenetly see why he goes from newbie to squad leader in such a short period of time. By my eyes he earned his place and knows how to lead.

Btw.....I still have some unfinished Shepards to do for ME 3 (Vayhura, Jadoria, Drek D., Rasheena) as well as ME 2 (Makio Y., and a vanguard) but I am currently playing DAI atm. I'm doing some really crappy game juggling atm. I barely touched COD AW and started playing ALIEN ISOLATION but had to return that rental since i've been on DAI a-lot more. I am sticking to a game apparently and not playing several. I kind of blame my work schedule too. I tend to get off late and can't play on some days.

Today Tyson blew up an old Cerberus facility of Pragia and then broke up a catfight, then he hopped into the hammerhead and collected some artifacts while blowing up some Geth, then he went to the citadel and confronted Anderson about Kaidan being on Horizon, and then back in Zakera Ward called out a racist Volus and racist C-Sec officer on their BS for harassing a Quarian.  Next stop for Tyson is the flotilla.

Your FemShep is very pretty! And I have respect for people who play this on PC, must be so frigging hard with the keyboard :o

Today my MShep had a busy day!

Went to see Udina for the first time, explored the Citadel a bit, met with the Council.

Searched for evidence against Saren and recruited Wrex and Garrus, fought Fist and helped Tali.

Shoved the evidence Tali had down the Council's throat. And became the first Human Spectre.

Anderson stepped down from commanding the Normandy. Talked to my Crew, flew out to land on Edolus and took down a Thrasher Maw.

Went to Therum, yelled at the game a lot (I hate the Mako ), rescued Liara, died 3 times facing the Krogan Battlemaster, whoops.

Received a call from the Council back on the Normandy and hung up on them. Talked more to my Crew and flew back to the Citadel.

Btw I'm pretty fond of the abilities AI Hacking, Neural Shock and Sabotage so far (I play an Engineer right now).

Saved the Citadel from cerberus and was there for Thane in his final moments.

Then went up to the Presidium to rekindle romance with Liara. Boy that girl is forgiving.

I can't imagine playing with a controller myself. Accessing powers without pausing the game is much more smooth ;) Been playing on PC all my life :D

Maybe she is a bit cunning, being the Broker and all.

Liara: "So, yeah, you had a fling with Thane. That's OK. He's got an incurable disease, if the Reapers don't get him before that. And if the Reapers don't kill me I still got some 1000 years to live. Just gonna wait here 'til you come crawling back to me, Shepard."

I've played a lot of Mass Effect on 360 and PC and to be honest neither are better. I prefer the smoothness of motion the analogue sticks give but I couldn't live without having all my powers in easy reach on my keyboard.

That does make a kind of devious sense.

Maybe that's the thing, what you've played your whole life with :D Always been a console player, plus I love my couch way too much.

I like pausing with the Power Wheel and selecting stuff there to hit enemies with, hahaha.

I went back and started ME2 all over again just to see what it was like to start out at Level 27 (or whatever I was at).  Come to find out, it feels as though the "Casual" setting has taken into account my sheer awesomeness (relative to starting at Level 1), and has decided to make things a little harder.  Or, maybe I was more careless?  Haha!  Whatever, it wasn't the mindless cake walk I was hoping for from a combat perspective.  I actually do need to take cover and not run around going hyper-Vanguard on everyone with no regard to taking damage.

Back on the Citadel I punched that reporter Al-Jilani, she had it coming :D

Met Conrad Verner for the second time, did some stuff, then flew out to Noveria.

B*tches at the gate were reluctant to let me pass with weapons, good thing I'm a Spectre!

Met with Gianna, Anoleis and Qui'in. Searched Qui'in's office to recover some data. Convinced Qui'in to testify against Anoleis and got him arrested.

Got my pass and made my way to Peak 15. Killed some Geth and Rachni and got the power system back running.

Used the tram to get to Rift Station, made a cure, killed a crazy Asari, dealt with the Matriarch, killed the Rachni Queen (and felt bad about it, but I try to be a bit renegade) and purged the remaining Rachni in the Hot Labs.

Back on the Normandy I told Ashley to shut it for being mean to Liara. Talked to the Council and to my Crew.

Didn't do much, upgraded the Normandy's shields, drove the hammerhead around in the snow, boarded a ship shot some Geth and saved the ship.  Oh and Mordin sang.
