Revka pick up Tali, Samara and Thane. She finish through Mordin's and Grunt's loyalty quests because she needed people who can destroy armored Collectors in the derelict ship (this probably my first playthrough where I use Mordin a lot). She went to Bekenstein with Kasumi and became Allison Gunn, a red-headed badass criminal from Ilium.. only to forget that she still have Reave instead of switching to Energy Drain and EVERYONE is shielded. Luckily, she's okay with Disruptor ammo, Widow and a missile launcher.

Since Revka didn't like Cerberus anyway so she's keeping the dress and Kelly obviously appreciates it. Not sure about the hair though. Should she go blonde?

You could also use software like Fraps, Bandicam or something else to take pictures.

Still editing. I have a few gameplay fail videos to edit and then I can get to actually playing the game. Bulletless Soldier is getting antsy being stuck on Rannoch; she wants to get moving and rescue Admiral Korris already.

In the meantime, here is the successful attempt of Bulletless Soldier versus clone.

Yesterday Sabrina Shepard went helped Mordin locate his "friend," who he ended up shooting.  The whole genophage is something that she wrestles with.  She loves Grunt, even when he runs in front of her and complains that she is hitting him.  Dude!  This is why I play on casual.

Sabrina also met Samara, learned about Morinth, and went back to Morinth's apartment.  Samara is super sexy, but Morinth is blech to Sabrina so no way was she going to get in Samara's way.

She also rescued Tali and went before the court system in the Migrant Fleet.  Alas, Tali's father was dead when she found him.    I had to pause my game to look up the dude who did Loghain's voice because I recognized that one Admiral had his voice.  Then I proceeded to ask him everything I could.

Sabrina had just gone to the Citadel to work on finding Thane's son, but she lost track of him and decided to reload and call it a night.  Going to try again today.  Probably is not as hard I make it, things usually aren't.

Just a quick post (will update later if I can get any further ) ...

Renegade Shepard is in Noveria and defeated the first Geth encounter. He then used the Mako to travel all the way to peak 15. The next battle was with a Geth Juggernaut and a couple of Krogan. Tali hacked the Geth and it was destroyed. The Krogan then killed Shepard and the reload is all the way back to the first Geth fight at Port Hanshan

The lesson here I guess is to manually save sometimes and not rely solely on autosave -_-

Edit: IT HAPPENED AGAIN!!!. This time Shepard beat the Krogan and got all the way to the Rachni reveal. The rachni killed Shepard and it went all the way back to the first Geth fight at Port Hanshan. (I was going to save after the Krogan fight but I got a little cocky ...)

I always always always drive to a point where I can save after defeating a wave of enemies in the Mako. This is just THE most annoying part in ME1 for me, I hate it. And like you said, when you die at some point during this it means you have to do it all over, ugh.

I just plow through the geth and jump over the shields to get to peak 15. I don't bother taking the time to kill each and every geth. Once I get to the building, I make a save.

I have just done it this way and it has saved a lot of time. It never even crossed my mind to do it like this before but it does mean that I have missed some experience.

I have just defeated the Krogans (again) and manually saved :)

I learned that lesson very early on in my first playthrough when the Geth Armature on Therum killed me. I now save after every combat encounter, because Mass Effect 1.

I just can't believe my stupidity luck today -_-

Shepard got to MIRA and started it up manually. Went to the different areas to start-up the systems. Access to Peak 15 opened up and Shepard only needed to get to the tram.

I genuinely thought an autosave occurred so I deleted the manual save -_-. Shepard purged the area to the tram with fire but a Rachni came through a vent from behind and killed him. THE RELOAD WAS AT PORT HANSHAN AT THE FIRST GETH FIGHT AGAIN!

I am taking a break

Man, I've been smashing F5 ever since TES: Morrowind. The first thing I do in all new games is find the quick save button.

Crucial save points for me:

* Immediately after every fight (for ME, I even use it as a sort of enemy radar... if the quick save doesn't go through, there's still an enemy hiding somewhere)

* Before initiating a conversation

* Before opening a door

* After traveling a certain distance on foot

Annnd... that's all I can think of.

Shepard had to deal with yet more rachni today. There were some soldiers out on some nasty blasted rock who were holding out against them. Shep hooked the Mako up to some gun turrets (which have a much better aim than him - go robot overlords, go!). The team worked together well to pick off the rachni, though at one point Shep was distracted by the gooey green colour polonium rounds create, and didn't notice a rachni sneaking up on him. Fortunately, Ashley shot it at point-blank range with her sniper rifle. It was then on to a tiny space station, which they had to blow up. We got the first quarian armour in the whole game. It wasn't as good as the turian shizz Tali already has on. If it wasn't for that glitch that lets you equip any armour, I wouldn't have taken Tali anywhere this PT!

Since he's a good commander, Shep did some favours for his chums - getting Wrex's armour back from Tonn Actus first. That felt good. We stumbled upon that arse shortly after Eden Prime and wow were we underlevelled for that encounter. This time we steamrollered him. Then Shep went to kill Dr Saleon for Garrus. Shep and Wrex had great fun playing biotic table tennis with zombies.  Lastly, he handed some geth data over to Tali, who seemed pretty pleased.

Things got a little weird when he went to talk to Ashley. "Scuttlebutt says you're interested in T'Soni." What? Why would anyone even think that...? Shep has only spoken to her once since they rescued her, and that was to ask about Benezia and boring Prothean ruins. He wasn't really in the mood for mind games with Ash, but fortunately she dropped the topic and told him a story about her family instead. Of course, then Shep went to talk to Liara, and she hit on him. "I feel like we have a connection, Shepard." Shep thinks something must have connected with your head pretty hard. Leave him alone, ladies, he's not a piece of meat!

I actually spent several hours doing trial and error with the RGB yesterday... The gray hair thing didn't grow on me (I like gray hair.. but she's a retrograde version of my avatar.. inconsistencies... ... needs....)... anyway, hair problem.

Its more pinkish salmonish (like those japanese pickled ginger thing)... which is really cool for undercover.. it made more sense why nobody recognize her as the infamous Shepard. But it clash with her blue tinted armor... but I'm thinking about going dark blue for Morinth...

NsOpNv7.jpg

I want her to have black hair but I only get darkest grey or this really FLAT black. Maybe I'll mess around with HL intensity and stuff..

JlIulcK.jpg

and here's some extra glowy white hair. I love it.. although its too bright for actual gaming... *my eyes*

Haha, yeah, I love getting the EXP, however, on Feros towards ExoGeni I just ploughed trough on my 2nd ME run as well, way more fun and so fast!

And I thought I was the only one saving that often! I'm so obsessed with it (it's been like that a long time, even for other games).

I usually also keep all my savefiles before major scenes, conversations with characters I love, or scenes with my LI so I can access them anytime I want... I guess obsessed is the right word ^_^

And undercover Shepard goes blue for the mission. She got harassed for Expel 10 ticket, punched a Turian who thinks she's easy, charmed people to dance with her and convinced the bartender to give everyone a round of a drink. And its 3am and I want to sleep but there's too much caffeine in me....

I have finally finished editing! (I think, I still have to watch the last video edit to see if I did not screw up first. But it should be good.) So I should be jumping back to Mass Effect 3 shortly and annoying everyone when I write about my Bulletless Soldier exploits.

Speaking of which, for your viewing pleasure, Bulletless Soldier meets her untimely demise on the Citadel (DLC). Repeatedly.

Also, about a week back, someone asked me about a melee Soldier. So I decided to see if I could play a melee-only Soldier on a mission. I wanted to do it on the Bomb Site mission first, but I first decided to test it out on the Turian Platoon missionn first. Yeeeeeah. Note to self: never go full melee Soldier when Harvesters can target you from anywhere, particularly if you are avoiding Brutes, Marauders and Cannibals all over the place. I ended up just shooting my way out of it. Yech.

On my Melee Infiltrator I managed to melee a Harvester a few times before it flew away. Of course I quickly died afterwards :D

It was the one Harvester that you face when going down the ladder after protecting the second escape pod. I think it stays there if you don't kill the Cannibals, that's what I did on that one try. Didn't manage to replicate it though :(

Cleared a monastery from a bunch of mutated and one "normal" asari :P

Also, am I the only one who thinks that leaving the detonator in the hands of an indoctrinated Ardat-Yakshi is not the best idea? :D
