Oops.
My advice would be to play with a controller from the start, when you actually get to play that is. The keyboard and mouse controls have improved a little but they are still frustrating if you've played Origins.

Aha. I'm on 347.52. Well it managed to work in the end.

Yes, the controls really suck don't they. The tank steering and lack of auto move (especially auto move to loot) is a real step backwards, especially when compared to things like Divinity Original Sin.
Still, it looks pretty:

The hair is usual Bioware standard, barley an improvement on ME2. Well let's see how it goes, I also want to finish this Amy playthrough.
It work out with other difficulty and it was alright for the first two mechs... then the last two didn't come. Then the crates began to drop one by one. Its pretty annoying too. Of course, if you're into that perfectionist stuff. At last, I got fed up and ran straight up to them and missile them to death. Mwahahaaha die die
Have you downloaded a coalesced file at any point? I know that many of them are set up to give higher values to assets.
Personally no, but my friend might've done it when I left my PC for him for a weekend. And I never noticed! Sneaky SOB! ![]()
On topic, I got a little time between the visit of my 7 month-old nephew and weekly football match, so I stuck an omni blade in Kai Leng
That was for Miranda, you SOB! ![]()
Also, YouTube processes the video very slowly. Will post soon... hopefully... ![]()
Edit: Here is the video. Took about 8 hours to process ![]()
Finally made it to the derelict Reaper!
Mordin, Miranda and I boarded the Reaper and find first video logs about the Cerberus team that investigated here. It doesn't look good for them, indoctrination and all.
We proceeded, killing our first husks on the way. At some point we noticed another person must be around, but he's not shooting at us, but at husks.
We saw Dragon's Teeth, still creeps me out.
We headed to the Reaper exterior and someone shot husks coming from behind. It's a geth that just saved our lives, and he recognises me and wears a piece of N7 armor. Interesting.
This is where the fun started. Had to rely on a lot of tactical retreating (yes, that means running away
) to fight the hordes of husks, and the scions that came at us. We eventually made it through, got the Reaper IFF and approached the Reaper core. The geth is here again and helps yet more by getting rid of a barrier in front of us. Husks surrounded him though and he collapsed on the floor. We dealt with the husks and I shot the core. Joker got us out of there and we bring the geth.
I went to talk to it, taking precautions of course, but it's very clear he's actually on our side.
He, EDI suggested the name Legion, provided interesting insight into the geth, and told me the geth we fought before have been heretics, and that there are normal geth with other desires.
I learned that the heretics have found a way to bring the normal geth on their side by using a virus. Of course we go immediately to stop it.
Legion, Garrus and I entered the Heretic Station and Legion tells us there's another option besides destroying the station, and that's rewriting the heretics to join their "normal" buddies. Doesn't really sit to well with me, even though it's only machines. But let's see.
We proceeded and took out geth along the way until we found the console to deal with the virus. In the end the geth favour rewriting, so we go along with it. While the virus is being altered we hold our position and defeat more geth.
As soon as the alteration process is completed we ran for our lives, killing more geth and a geth prime on the way out.
Back on the Normandy Tali pointed a gun at Legion and accused him of having tried to send classified data on the quarians to the geth. Legion mentions the weapon tests on his race. Yeah, well he's got a point.
I was able to calm them both down and I can't help but smile at Tali offering Legion some non-classified data.
What a nightmare the Reaper IFF mission was. It was so easy at first, then as soon as I was in the section with HORDES of husks and the scions it didn't go so smooth anymore
Died a lot by swarming husks again and saved after every wave.
The last fight was loads of running around, wasting lots of medi-gel for my teammates and shattering husks with Cryo Blast. At least that was fun to watch ![]()
Finally finished my MShep playthrough. Gotta say I love that shep, He romanced Liara though I was not entirely impressed she totally fit his personalty and I was happy in the end (they are raising little blue babies and no one can tell me different) No off to replay my femshep engineer!!
Had a massive headache... ear infection suck..
Did a quick run with Rev today. Went to Sur'Kesh and being a complete renegade to Eve is still impossible for me. Fail...

and more badass Eve.

But I thought about romancing Liara so I went to youtube. Found some Liara and Ashley romance vids. Switched to Mass Effect 1. Tried a custom Sentinel BroShep.... didn't work out. Went back and used ShepardLoo. Meh.. I'll learn to tolerate his face. So, ShepardLoo became Rico Shepard, an Earthborn/Ruthless/Soldier on Insanity. Weirdly enough... it didn't feel like Insanity... Maybe because its a new character in single digit level. Manage to breeze through the prologue and found myself at Citadel.
Found some interesting stuff too.. like I can't speak to Kaidan after the med bay scene. Lulz... Is this why all the hate for Kaidan? Gender-gated dialogues?
and I skipped most Mark Meer's dialogues. One thing for certain, the guy is consistent with his monotone from ME1 to ME3 including his love scenes. But he does help making me feel drowsy and my head is killing me...
I have now found 5 ME saves that I do not remember playing........UM looks like im gonna be fishing through these saves until I figure it out. O the plus side thats alot of games to replay I wont be bored for awhile

I have the same card and was getting the same error message. I have fixed it , but can't recall how. It's in the game's graphics settings... Does it happen mostly in cutscenes/war table? The solution is somewhere in the help boards, wish I could recall exactly what it was.
Renegade
Shepard on insanity ...
Shepard began by doing some more side-missions and first up was to recover data from a ship. Sounds simple enough but this ship was in a precarious location because it was teetering on the edge of a cliff. Shepard continued with reckless abandon though and ran across the beams to get to the data. He was a split second from death and the shuttle made a timely rescue. The next mission was to destroy the virus mech facility production line. Once inside, the crew made a slow (a very slow) progress though the facility and the mechs inside were putting up quite a resistance. Shepard would blow up a mech and three others turn up right round the corner
. Shepard would retreat down the hall and after these mechs were dealt with, three others turned up round the corner again! Eventually, the production line was stopped and the infected mechs autodestructed.
Shepard went with Kasumi to recover a Graybox. They both completed the perfect heist and got into the vault but they were caught. Shepard wasn't bothered by this though as he broke an art piece and 'appropriated' some guns. The actual fight that ensued went smoothly mainly due to Shepard's dominate ability and Kasumi's cloak ability. Kasumi outshone Shepard in the final showdown with Hock as she jumped on the gunship to take out the shields. Hock died and Shepard told Kasumi to get rid of her box.
Travelled to Zoya next with Zaeed to a refinery. Shepard kept his main goal in mind and stayed in pursuit of Vido. He came across a flamethrower and became more maniacal than usual as flames were going everywhere. Zaeed wasn't to be outdone though as he made sure Vido went out in a blaze of glory.
Shepard then went back on the recruitment drive and was looking was Archangel. The team for this was Mordin and Zaeed. Shepard talked with the merc leaders and had an electrifying conversation with Cathka
. Shepard was reunited with an ME1 face as he met with Garrus. The mission was complete and Garrus was recruited.
Back on the Normandy and everyone is recruited (apart from the Krogan who is still in the tank). Spoke with everyone on the Normandy and got advice on upgrades. The Illusive Man now wants a chat.

Yes - happened again! It's starting to get annoying, it's a shame because the game looks good and scrolls like butter.
Literally just happened 5 seconds after this screenshot.

Phew, guys, guys! I did it! I'm done with ME2 Insanity run
Well mostly, anyway. I have left Arrival DLC for tomorrow or the day after, and the crates mission is also still open. Couldn't be arsed doing the Firewalker missions... Maybe at some point. But let's see how it went, shall we!
As soon as the Reaper IFF was installed, the Normandy got a visit by the Collectors. Of course something had to go wrong, but my squad and I have been off the ship! Joker and EDI worked as a team to get rid of the Collectors while the whole crew got abducted in the meantime.
Immediately after my return we went through the Omega 4 Relay and headed towards the Collector Base. After a bit of trouble we crash-landed at the base.
I sent Legion through the vents and had Garrus lead the diversion team. Soon after we cleared a way through killing Collectors, we all met up again. So far, so good.
We saw lots of tubes and then our crew in pods. We quickly got them out and Dr. Chakwas explained how all the colonists were processed and sent through the tubes, it simply disgusts me. Then I started making bad choices. I sent Zaeed to escort the crew back to the Normandy, but he wasn't loyal. I chose Samara to create the barrier that got Miranda, Mordin and me through the seeker swarms to follow the tubes, and I had Grunt lead the next diversion team.
After more fighting, husks and scions included, we met up with the rest of the team again. Samara held up well until the end, but Zaeed and Grunt died.
After that, Miranda, Mordin and I proceeded to take care of the Collector Base, while the rest of the team stayed back to cover us.
We fought more Collectors on platforms, and once all were defeated I activated one of the platforms to take us to... a gigantic human Reaper currently being built. What the hell...
EDI said it's being made of the processed humans. Didn't need to think twice, this thing has to go down. We shot at the feeding tubes while taking care of more Collectors in-between and the human Reaper eventually fell. The Illusive Man pops in and wants me to preserve the base. Nope, TIM, what the hell are you thinking? That I play it right into your hands? No, I planted the explosives and we have a few minutes to get out of there.
But of course our escape wasn't granted right away. Reaper baby returned.
Fired my whole heavy weapon ammo into this thing, while Miranda and Mordin used Warp and Incinerate frequently. Fought a few Collectors in-between again, but with patience and staying in cover we took it down for good. The whole place went down and we landed on another platform, buried under debris. I helped up Mordin, then got out Miranda, but she died on me. (I could never re-gain her loyalty after siding with Jack during their fight...)
Joker got us out in time, and we escaped the Collector Base for good. A tiny miracle.
But Tali had died as well ![]()
So then I cheated and replayed the Long Walk section to get everyone out alive
I couldn't let Tali die, no way. (In my next playthrough I will let it all play out however it does, but not this time.)
Aaaand that was ME2 for my Shep. A few friendships have been built and some have been deepened even further.
Here's a screen of my Engineer Shep's final abilities:

Now I look forward to Arrival, as I've never played it before, and then finally ME3, can't wait!
Well someone's had a little graphics upgrade, haven't they!

It's amazing to see how far she's come. I never would have believed the first DA looked so cartoon-like.

Yes indeed. What impresses me most is that bioware appear to have bothered to actually ship decent hi res textures with the game. If only they had done the same for mass effect (and not left it to the modders).
I think they tried with 3, but there was not enough development time. 3 was where their faces changed dramatically from their 2 faces. They looked less cartoon-like, in my opinion, and it was because of this transition that may have destroyed other people's face codes. Some Shepards took a turn downhill.
No points in Tech Mastery?
Not only that, but a maxed out Overload?

Although I am as puzzled by your build as RedCeasar and Vazgen, I will say that is a good looking Shepard.

Try disabling 'Origin in-game' in the options, that should do it. It wasn't a gfx setting in my case I recall now. It fixed it for me. Or, changing the ambient occlusion setting has worked for others.
