Fired up the "Citadel" DLC again and played the main story arc straight through. Will explore the arcade/make party preparations/hang out with squadmates over the coming days.
(and you would think the 'goodbye' scene would get easier to get through with each playthrough. Nope. Harder, if anything. Knowing that it would be Shepard's last mission -- and the final story content of the trilogy -- always makes me sad.)

I want to have a really good set up for my PC for when Andromeda comes out so I can actually play it without it crashing every few minutes like Inquisition. Any ideas?

It's a bit too early to answer correctly. We don't know system requirements yet. I can assume that Direct X12 will be beneficial, so Windows 10. For hardware best would be to wait some more.

Still too early to make anything beyond guestimates. If you want something top of the line, I recommend slapping at GTX 980ti into your build. Certainly not a cheap graphics card, but it will future proof well. I would be shocked if ME:A came close to pushing it.

Morning Kelly, what´s up? Oh Garrus wants to talk with me? Yeah ok.
Went to Garrus, he told me that he wants to take revenge on a traitor who is responsible for the death of his crew on Omega. Garrus, we are on a important mission. What? Miranda´s sister? Yeah ok, but well we were on Ilium anyways and we saved her from evil dad, not killed her. As long as this dude is alive you can kill him any time. Yeah I look into it but something else. Has Tali answered your calls/messages? She didn´t answer mine. No? Perhaps we should fly to Haestrom then. It could be that she needs help. This is more urgent.
We set course to Haestrom. Nice little world deep in Geth territory. They have how many ships around the other planet?
Garrus, Grunt and I went down to the surface. Krogans like it rough. Eh yes that, too, 
but I meant the environment and he doesn´t rely on shields. I hope that combat against enemies he can brutally mutilate without everyone else vomiting on the floor will help him with his heightened aggressive urges. Garrus felt a little bit left out in the away business and turians are used to higher levels of solar radiation. That leaves me who will die from exposure if we stay longer. 
Yay.
So we landed. The only problem at first was the radiation frying our shields. The techarmor took some of the heat but it only slowed the process.
Then we found the quarians and a comlink. seems that these things are always found when convenient. Talked with the leader of the security detail, some dude named Khal´Reegar. The Geth found the and dropped quite lot of lampheads on their position.
We wanted to meet them but some Geth dropped by and shot down a column which blocked our way. Got some detonators met some geth, killed them. garrus said it´s just like the old times, he and me on a planet full of lampheads and a crazy krogan in front of us. Yeah the good old times. 
Blew up the column and continued on our way. Met some more Geth until we foundthe quarian base of operations. No one there, but Tali´s on the phone, trying to reach someone. She was rather surprised when we responded. After a nice little chat and some looting Tali opened the next door for us and we went on. Opened some windows to overlook the area in front of Tali´s hideout and we got greeted by a colossus and took cover. 
At least Grunt had fun. Met Khal´Reegar, told us he got wounded but he has a rocket launcher. And this Colossus has a repair protocol. Hm ok. keep up the good work soldier and keep firing. We went up some kind of sniper post and the Geth threw every one left alive at us. Seems the repair upgrade has a price though. Got hit by a blast but I was still standing. We took out the tin can but Reegar didn´t make it.
After the battle we met Tali. She told us that they were investigating something odd about the sun, I don´t think it´s particularly important. Seems tali wasn´t sure if the whole mission was worth it, too. She was rather upset but she agreed to join us. We left the planet to the robots and flew back to the Normandy.
Debriefing: Surprises foreveryone. Seems Tali thought that I was working undercover, not that I am really working for Cerberus. Told her, They are working for me or so. Girl, if I was an undercover agent I wouldn´t say this out loud on a Cerberus ship with an evil henchman in hearing distance. Sent her to medbay, perhaps she´s dehydrated or so.
Jacob recommended that she says hi to the new ship AI.
Jacob...dude... ...quarians and AI. Foot in mouth and so on.
Sent him to sickbay. Chakwas better checks him for head injury.
Some time later I went to engineering deck also informally known as Arkham Asylum, how everything works out. When lift doors opened i was greeted by grunt´s roaring... laughter.
Tali stood in the floor, asked her what´s going on. You found out that Grunt is very ticklish and your combat drone is tickling him with electroshocks? Ok...better than having firefights. We talked a bit more about this Shep-Cerberus relationship thingie. Told her that I am in charge of the ship but she thinks I am lying to myself or did I order the installation of spycams and bugs everywhere on the ship.
Well no... . She has a point.
before we left the system we flew to this heavily guarded planet with a thousand ships orbiting it and mined it dry. Just to add some insult to injury.

Dear Diary,
I met with the Krogan, Turian, and Salarian diplomats today. There was some yelling, some name-calling, and judging from the smell I think someone pooped their pants. But we managed to work out a compromise. The Krogans will help the Turians if we cure the genophage. The Salarians were bullied into the deal, and did not get much except a promise that the Krogans will not break the peace after the war. Not sure how that will work out, but one problem at a time.
To cure the genophage, we needed a Krogan female who is immune to the genophage. Turns out the Salarians had one on their homeworld, a survivor of Maelon's research. So we traveled to an STG facility on Sur'Kesh to get the female Krogan. Wrex nearly got into a fight with the welcome party because the Salarian Dalatrass was late in letting them know we were coming, but I managed to calm everyone down.
I saw the Salarians transporting a Yahg. Some things never change. I hope they know what they are doing, but considering their past experience with the Krogan that seems unlikely.
Ran into Mordin at the facility! So good to seem him again. Turns out he provided the intel to Wrex that told him the female Krogan was at that facility. Apparently someone else at the facility had provided that same intel to Cerberus, since they attacked the facility. To make sure the Krogan female survived, we fought off the Cerberus attackers.
Ran into a Yahg on the way out of the facility. It looked like he was going to hug me, but then it turned around and left. Awwww....
Cerberus tried dropping an Atlas mech on us. It missed, we blew it up.
Wrex ejected a thermal clip from a Claymore one-handed. Show-off. Then the female Krogan two-shotted the Claymore to kill two Cerberus troopers. Must have been a modded Claymore.
P.S. Taking the advice from one of the Salarians, I plan on getting my own feces analyzer. I am now trying to find a suitable spot on the Normandy where I can put it.

Dear Diary,
i had a busy day today.
First I landed on Tuchanka to investigate some Cerberus activity. Turns out they had commandeered an ancient ground-to-space cannon and were using it to fire on some ships. Cortez said we should use it to fire on a Cerberus Cruiser instead. It took a while; Cerberus had a sizable force around the facility. And when we managed to take control of the cannon, Cerberus cut the power, so we had to go kill a bunch more of them before we could turn it back on. And when we did turn the power back on, Cerberus had regained control of the cannon again. But we finally managed to take out the Cerberus troops and used the cannon to destroy the Cerberus cruiser.
Next, as a favor to Wrex, we traveled to some backwater planet to investigate why some Krogan scouts had gone missing. Turns out they had been investigated rumored Rachni activity. Met Grunt who was as cheerfully violent as ever. We traveled through some caves, killing a bunch of Reaper ground forces and modified Rachni. Reaper tech was all over the place.
We finally made it to the Rachni nest, where I met the Rachni Queen for the second time. Turns out she had been captured again by the Reapers. I figured it was a case of bad luck and helped her escape. Grunt was not happy with that decision, but he helped us escape, even staying behind to draw the Rachni away from us. I thought he had sacrificed his life to save ours, but he managed to survive and limp out of there, covered in blood. I doubt any of it was his.
After that mission, Mordin mentioned the cure was ready and we needed a way to disperse it to the Krogan population. He determined the best way to do that was by using the Shroud, an old Krogan tower built by the Salarians that was once used to disperse the genophage.
Traynor informed me of an urgent message that Cerberus was attacking and abducting colonists on a planet called Benning. So we traveled to the colony and attacked the Cerberus ground forces, giving the colonists time to escape.
After we all get some rest, we will travel back to Tuchanka and cure the genophage.
P.S. Liara somehow found out I keep a journal. She said that was so sweet and sensitive.

(NOTE: I end up switching tenses a few times throughout this post. I have no idea why and I do not really care. This is for fun and not my job.)
Brad Shepard (Sentinel) took Liara and Javik to sunny Tuchanka to go cure the genophage. They fought off some husks. Wrex showed up and said they would sing battle songs about it some day. Brad wondered: if Krogan would sing battle songs about fighting husks, what would they sing when they fought an actual enemy?
They rode in a Krogan Convoy to The Shroud until they stopped. Someone said the bridge was out. It did not look 'out' to Brad; it looked like the rest of the road, only with more rubble. Then the Turians attacked the Reaper, and one of the pilots was shot down and crashed into the convoy. The convoy then went on over the road (it was never a bridge) while Brad and his squad went spelunking through some tunnels. Brad took the time to appreciate some Krogan art.
They killed some Reaper ground forces, nearly ran into a Thresher Maw named Kalros, killed some more Reaper ground forces, then finally met up with Wrex, Eve, and Mordin. They made it to the Shroud where Eve explained the plan; Activate the giant Maw Hammers. Got it.
Brad jumped over a wall like a badass, then killed a bunch of Cannibals. Then dodged a Reaper laser. Then killed some Brutes. Then more Brutes. Then more Brutes. And then more Brutes. And then even more Brutes. And then more Brutes again. There were a lot of Brutes. Activated the Maw Hammers, cue cutscene, say goodbye to Mordin the Singing Salarian, explosion, falling fluff, conversation with Wrex and the female Krogan who revealed her real name but Brad was thinking about baseball, then Normandy.
Bad dream. Brad blames the bad Tuchankan food.
Talk to Normandy crew, pretend to listen. Interview with Allers, say nice things about Krogan.
Go fight Cerberus on Noveria, take over fighter base, destroy an Atlas Mech. Why can't the Normandy have an Atlas Mech? Brad makes mental note to purchase Atlas Mech after purchasing his feces analyzer (so many buttons to push...)
Salarian Councilor wants to meet with Brad to discuss Udina's dirty dealings, so Brad traveled to Citadel to find Cerberus waging a bloody coup. Having developed a real dislike for Cerberus, Brad took his gun and his biotic death squad and waged bloody war back. They saved Bailey from dying then made their way to find the Salarian Councilor.
They found the Salarian Councilor but so did a space ninja. Thane slided in and stopped the space ninja from assassinating the councilor, but the space ninja stabbed him with a very sharp pointy object called a sword. Shepard had no idea they still made those things because SPACE MAGIC! Brad chased after the ninja in a car. The ninja jumped on his car and stabbed it. The car crashed. Brad chased after him on foot and soon discovered he hates Phantoms because they exist.
Then they hopped into an elevator that stayed in one spot while the shaft moved around them. He only knows this because Liara's stasis never moved. He let Kaiden shoot the councilor because he figured it was time Kaiden stop pretending to be a Spectre and actually earn the title.

i am not looking forward to my next time playing the game since it will be about an 1 -2 hours of just running around talking to people and planet scanning and giving gifts to people.

Rather uneventful play session today. Brad Shepard (Sentinel) did all the usual post-Citadel Coup stuff:
1. Run around the Citadel to stay in shape and meddle in everyone's problem. Shepard is like that one annoying fly that buzzes around your head.
2. Go back to the Normandy, read email, talk to the crew. Then go up to the cabin and invite a bunch of people up. Lose to Traynor at chess and then complain that you lost because the game rules are terrible. (Really, Shepard? That is your excuse?)
3. Travel around the galaxy scanning planets.
4. Go back to the Citadel and do some more running and drop off some supplies.
5. Go back to the Normandy and talk to Chakwas so you can get a nice medi-gel upgrade and an extra +5% health.
At least i can start playing missions again the next time I play.
Brad Shepard is a biotic-focused Sentinel: Throw, Warp, and currently Dark Channel, with Tech Armor for just the sweet damage reduction. I am thinking of switching him to a Marksman Sentinel just to do something different: Tech Armor (for damage reduction), Marksman, and Lift Grenades. Not sure yet. I kind of hate biotics in this game for some reason; i prefer tech. I just happened to plan around Brad Shepard being like an almost-Adept throughout the trilogy. Ugh.
