That's the unfortunate part about the mission.
You would think at least Legion would have a ton of lines.
I took both Tali and Miranda along hoping for some good dialogue, oh well, it was still one of the better DLCs I have played. Also puts the ME3 meeting in Grissom into context.
"What about me? No-one's asked me if I want to be King!"
"Er.. Alistair.. that armour you are wearing.."
"What?! Coincidence!"

Aah, those texture mods. So, pretty.

I just finished the sacred ashes quest and killed the high dragon with my level 15 warrior. I will be talking with Eamon shortly.
Cailan's armor is actually in pretty good shape after being squeezed by an ogre and worn -- and probably defiled -- by various darkspawn.

I would like to have the strength of the Ogre. Also Callians body looks to be in pretty good condition when you see his body in the dlc.
Started back on my "kill all male squadmate"playthrough.
Alright. Honey Shepard has started her ME3 run. She was happy to see the committee get killed by the reaper for asking stupid questions. As said in another thread, what does she need a pistol for when she uses her biotics? Whatever. She sees some kid who doesn't want me to help him. I wonder if his parents taught him to say "you can't help me". So I fight a few cannibals, help a guy whose leg is injured and then wait for the Normandy. I love this part. In order for the Normandy to show up, I have to use the pistol and assault weapon. If I use my biotics, I'd be there all day wasting time. Get on the Normandy and watch 2 shuttles go boom. Better them then me I guess.
Talk with Hackett who says go to Mars to get possible plans to stop the reapers. Interesting its apparently found on the day of the reaper invasion. Why can't we find a cure for old age like that? Whatever. So with Ashley and James as my squad, I realized that now I don't care about stopping the reapers, My job now is to kill James. He''s a male squadmate and he has to die. When the burnt robot injured Ashley I was hoping it rather be James. Oh well. Honey Shepard will find a way. She will be talking to the coucil to get assistance in stopping the reapers.
For now, she will take James on every mission hoping he will die without having to do it herself

That's how they kept the price down: don't pay as many actors, don't have as many lines.
In LotSB, the only time your other squadmates speak is reacting to the bombing at that office building, and that re-uses a line from elsewhere.
Heck, even in ME3, if you side with the Quarians and Tali was dead, Raan just repeats her "The Liveships are safe, commander" line when you speak to her at the FOB before the beam run.

Even without the broker dlc, if you have Tali and Garrus with you, they don't even say "hello" to T'soni at all on Illium, but yet if you have Garrus with you on Horizon, he will recognize Ashley and Kaidan.
Gonna do a bit of plot-flag analysis on Samara's loyalty mission... see what happens in ME3 if Shepard doesn't quite convince Morinth to take him back to her apartment.
Given the lack of significant dialogue changes at the monastery when you choose Morinth instead, I'm guessing the only difference will be a named Banshee in Priority: Earth.
EDIT: Plot flag analysis complete. 5808 is the flag indicating Samara's loyalty mission was completed (set to true). Setting 191 and 3814 to false signals that Morinth escaped. I'll be curious how that plays out when I edit the values into ME3.
Thanks much to whoever wrote this guide to ME2 plot flags.

That's disappointing. The Geth Prime gets a way better line.
It sucks that you can't have the Prime there regardless. It can stand just about anywhere in the London base without having to be a substitute.
I've yet to do a single playthrough where Jacob's father was arrested as opposed to shooting himself or being left to the tender ministrations of his crew. Does Jacob's dialogue in his mission in ME3 change at all if Ronald Taylor gets off that rock alive?

Admit it, you checked YouTube first. Cheater.

Honestly, though, no idea - but leaning towards no acknowledgement. Despite four plot flags associated with the varying outcomes.
I was surprised how little changed in the monastery mission if you killed Samara in favor of Morinth. I was expecting the whole "you murdered my mother" issue to come up at some point, but it never did. If I'm lucky, perhaps a single line of dialogue will change as a result of Morinth getting away and Samara surviving. We'll see.

Like one line for Shepard and Jacob get changed. She asks if Jacob visited his father and he says that's behind him, he also might say he died because his prison was destroyed by the Reapers. Can't remember for sure, the last playthrough with that option was the Jacob romance one so the conversation took a quick turn after that.
I don't recall him changing dialogue at all, but I usually just skip through that dialogue
@Imaginary
Well, at least it was acknowledged. I still have no plans to let the guy survive any future ME2 runs (though I thought I'd do an adept femshep who romances him for the lulz). Still, good to know.
Ahh, poor Jacob.
I actually find his romance to be satisfying. At the very least his romance is easily the most mechanically complex romance in the entire series.
