Oh well, I had done 2 tiny missions (non-combat ones, after the action on Horizon ;)), then it occurred to me there's this 5 missions limit once you have 8 squad mates that triggers the Collector ship, and that I already have the 8 squad mates! I hope I'm not wrong about this, because I then restarted completely from after Horizon and I'm now going for Thane first, then probably Samara, or maybe Jack's Loyalty (I'm still thinking about if my Shepard would do stuff like that, leave Illium to do Jack her favour, then return to proceed with recruting Samara :D So it might be the other way around in the end, but let's see). That would make 3 missions, then I thought about squeezing in either Tali, or Jacob's Loyalty, then off to Tuchanka to do both Grunt's and Mordin's Loyalty. I guess that's more or less the plan. I wonder if I even get this far in the next few days (Christmas is a horrible time, hehe :D).

You many know this already, but you can do 6 missions after Horizon if you do a mission on a hub world that ends on the hub world. So, for instance, you could do Miranda's loyalty mission as your fifth mission. This mission ends with you back in the Eternity Lounge and from there you could go do any of the Thane, Samara, or LotSB missions. Similarly, both Mordin's and Grunt's loyalty missions end with you still on Tuchanka so that you could do those missions as your fifth and sixth missions.

If I may put forth a suggestion:

Unless you want the Scimitar or Viper (or possibly the Tempest) for your character immediately, I recommend playing five small side missions to unlock the Disabled Collector Ship as soon as possible. This way, you can get your bonus weapon as soon as possible so you can use it for more than half the game.

She may wish to level up a bit before hitting the Collector Ship, in which case she should do missions where the weapon she eventually goes with (I believe Fraggle is going to choose the Widow) would not factor in as much. For instance, Samara's mission is a very good mission for sniping, so I would save that for after the DCS. Tali's mission is also good for sniping, so there is another candidate for after the DCS. Same goes for Jacob's mission. OTOH, Grunt's mission is not a big sniping mission and will give you a discount at Fortak's store.

Definitely she should do Anomalous Weather on Canalus, Dirada System, Pylos Nebula (must purchase star chart) for the hard shield upgrade. This should be the first mission after Horizon.

Thanks for this post. I played the crap out of Jade Empire back when it was only on consoles (before the PC Special Edition). I hardly ever log in to Origin so I would totally have missed out on downloading it for free on my PC.

And yes, Black Whirlwind does remind me of someone: Recycled BioWare character #2, The Aggressive Psychotic.

Recycled characters you see in every BioWare game by GamesRadar.

You are most welcome Mr Caesar. :D

Aaand now I'm back to 0 with my planning :P

@cap: Yeah, I read about that hub world trick before, that's why I wanted to do the Tuchanka part at the end. The thing with Miranda's Loyalty is, I'm not sure I'd have enough Paragon points by then to break off the fight between her and Jack (which I want to do this time), and Jack will come forward with her Loyalty mission after one more mission (it was like that when I played the mini missions before), and my Shep will definitely want to do this for her rather right away (because... you know, he has a thing for her ;)).

@Caesar: I never thought about it this way and it's true what you say, but yes, cap is right in that I wanted to level up a bit before I reach the Collector ship (not sure it's actually really needed, but I felt like I wanted to do some more progress with my Powers; I'm Level 15 currently).

And I likely am going to choose the Widow, but that's another thing I don't really know yet, because I liked the Vindicator so much during Horizon and was about to use it a bit more (also re-speccing and use it under Hardened instead of Heightened AR). So there's a bit more trying out things first before I fully decide.

I want to thank you both, those are great suggestions :) I never would've thought the Soldier's setup would give me so much trouble, but there's a lot different possibilities, starting with the weapon choice alone, then which kind of AR,... I still have trouble deciding a lot of things and have to try them out first, so... I guess I could do it like this:

1st Thane since I am on Illium now anyway, here I get the Viper and can then try it out on the next mission and experiment a bit more with it under different AR's, as well as comparing the other weapons (I'm sure there are enough tests around on YT, some of which I watched already, but it's different for me if I play it myself instead of just watching it).

2nd maybe Anomalous Weather then (I hate that mission though :D); I will see if I can delay talking to Jack until after that, I guess it will be no problem.

3rd Jack's Loyalty

4th no idea yet :D

5th and 6th Mordin's and Grunt's Loyalty? In the end I might just say screw that and do another small mission instead of these two.

Damn, this game... I guess I will replay the trilogy loads of times in the future too because of its incredible diversity, not only with the characters but also classes and weapon choices there. There's way too much to discover :P

I was planning on getting back to my ME2 run tonight. However when I woke up this morning it looks like someone had got to my PC first and done this to my wireless dongle:

I'm not sure who the culprit was, but I have my suspicions:

My experience with using the Viper on Thane's mission using Hardened Adrenaline Rush was that I could get 3 shots off with Viper before the power wore off. I am pretty sure you would only get 2 shots off with Heightened AR. At any rate, I decided I didn't like the results and went back to using the Mantis until I got the Widow. I also settled on Heightened AR once I had the Widow.

I tried to complete Kasumi's loyalty mission with Bruno Shepard. I gave up after about an hour.

I am playing on Insanity and recording my gameplay. And this just shows why I hate recording myself play a lot of the time. When recording, I try to push everything to the limit to try to make it look good. If I am "off" at all -- which is happening with much greater frequency as time goes on -- I start dying a lot, mostly for really stupid reasons as you can imagine. And when I start dying a lot on the same 1-3 spots, I stop enjoying myself and start yelling at myself, the game, the TV, whatever. Then it comes down to which comes first: I get better or I quit. Lately I just quit.

So tonight I quit. If I am not having fun, I just stop playing the game. And this is why I will probably stop recording this playthrough (luckily I never started posting any of the playthrough on YouTube) and just relax a bit more and have fun and try not to make myself look like a better player than I actually am.

Also, squad commands failed to work a lot until I mapped Kasumi's Shadow Strike to the D-Pad. And even then a few times she just failed to do what she was told. Very frustrating tonight. No fun. Angry RedCaesar.

I AM A BIG BAG OF SUCK!!!

(Now that I have gotten that out of the way...)

Okay, so I attempted Kasumi's loyalty mission again with Bruno Shepard. For about another hour I failed miserably. I felt like I was playing better but was still getting killed in the same spots. Then I decided, after getting out of that first room, to switch out the Locust for the Shuriken. I then beat it first try with the Shuriken.

Go figure.

Also discovered a few spots where Kasumi will absolutely refuse to use Shadow Strike. A bunch of times it got me killed because I was relying on her being at least somewhat reliable.

After beating the mission (I let her keep the greybox), I went to the stores and bought some +health armor. Hopefully it will keep me alive more often in the future.

Bruno Shepard went to the prison ship Purgatory to go pick up Jack. Purgatory was run by the Blue Suns mercenary group. Well, if you are going to run a private military corporation, might as run a private prison corporation too, right?

Bruno Shepard was still a bit wary of the Blue Suns since his run-in with the gang on Omega, so he was not happy when the warden told him they would confiscate his firearms for his duration aboard the ship. Shepard refused and the warden relented. Shepard was not at all pleased to learn that the prison was run like an extortion racket, forcing governments to pay them to keep their prisoners on board the ship or the Blue Suns would release them back on the planet. Of course, that is if the Blue Suns did not sell the prisoners to outside interest groups first, like slavers. Shepard was wondering how Cerberus managed to convince the Blue Suns to give them Jack, and now he knew: lots of credits.

But not enough credits, as the warden figured Shepard would fetch a higher price than Jack, and he tried to convince Shepard to stand down and get into a cell. Bruno Shepard refused and the warden sent his men and mechs to take Shepard down. But Shepard escaped, and broke every prisoner out of their cell, causing a huge riot. Shepard fought his way through the ship as it was getting trashed, took the time to kill the warden (serves him right), then convinced Jack -- who really hates Cerberus for some reason -- to come on board the Normandy, a Cerberus vessel.

* * *

For whatever reason, I had a hard time with that first room and hallway, dying several times. Then it was pretty much smooth sailing from there; only died once at the end.

Bruno Shepard went to Korlus, the junk yard of the galaxy, to recruit Warlord Okeer. As soon as they landed, some crazy woman was shouting threats over a loud speaker. Great.

The squad was quickly accosted by the Blue Suns. The Blue Suns are now officially off Shepard's Christmas card list. One of the whiny babies was crying about a lot of blood even though he was more than fine. A quick interrogation told them Okeer was breeding a Krogan army for Jedore, but the Krogan were insane and were being used as live ammo training for the mercs. Jedore was the leader of the Blue Suns gang currently on Korlus; she was the crazy woman on the loud speaker. Shepard wished she would just shut up.

After killing a bunch more mercs, they came across a Krogan shooting back at the mercs. He helped them through an area blocked by a big gate. They ran into some more rampaging Krogan, then a bunch more mercs before making it to Okeer's lab. Shepard ran into Rana Thanoptis, an  Asari scientist he met back in Saren's lab on Virmire. She made it out in one piece, and had turned her life around... somewhat. Looks like she had traded one mad scientific endeavor for another mad scientific endeavor. She quickly left before trouble started.

Okeer was happy to see Shepard. He showed Shepard his prized creation: a perfect tank-bred Krogan. Between Okeer and Mordin, the Normandy should have no problem coming up with a way to counteract the Collector seeker swarms. Jedore was not happy with Okeer however, and she tried to poison the lab. Okeer agreed to help Shepard if he stopped Jedore. So Shepard ran out and killed Jedore, some Krogan, and big YMIR mech. When they went back to the lab however, Okeer had died, but not before he managed to save his tank-bred Krogan.

Back on board the Normandy, Shepard decided to keep the Krogan in the tank for the time being. Too many unknowns.

* * *

The Illusive Man called Shepard and told him that a colony called Horizon just went silent. It was either under attack by the Collectors or soon would be. The Illusive Man also told Shepard that Kaidan was on the colony. Interesting...

And just in time, Mordin delivered a countermeasure for the seeker swarms.

Shepard landed on the colony far back of the large Collector Vessel that had landed on Horizon. It did not look like they were detected, until they got closer and Collectors flew in. (They have wings!) They rook care of them and then made their way through the colony. The noticed Collectors moving some colonists away in pods. They also encountered some husks, but did not see any Dragon's Teeth, the giant spikes that the Geth used to turn humans into husks. The Geth got that technology from Sovereign; they had found their link between the Collectors and the Reapers.

They soon came across some colonists trapped in a stasis field. That was good news: the Collectors had not finished abducting the colony yet. But some other thing, a Collector General calling itself Harbinger, was able to take control of Collectors on the battlefield, making any threat an even bigger threat. But some more good news: they found a worker who managed to hide before being put into stasis by seeker swarms. He was obviously scared, and blamed the Alliance for the trouble. He did not think much of Kaidan or his 'help', defense towers that did not work properly.

After killing more husks, Collectors (including a Harbinger thrawl), and some abominations called Scions, Bruno Shepard and his squad finally made it to the defense towers where they activated the terminal so EDI could fix the targeting software. Shepard held off some waves of Collectors and husks, and finally a large flying. laser-shooting beast called a Praetorian, before EDI finally fixed the towers and started shooting at the Collector Ship. The Collectors soon took off.

Kaidan showed up, happy to see Shepard had arrived to help, but also mad that Shepard never told him he was alive. When Shepard told him that he had been in a coma while Cerberus patch him back together, Kaidan became openly hostile that Shepard was now working for Cerberus, a known terrorist organization. He left, still mad at Shepard.

* * *

Shepard then went to Illium where he helped Liara, Shiala, and Conrad Verner. Then he saved a crashing ship, opened the tank (hello Grunt), and shut down a Geth-made weather device.

I hope you all enjoyed your Christmas :) I did and it was full of food and family stuff, but now I'm back to playing ME again, I already missed it! A lot today was trying out some stuff, but I got Thane's recruitment and the Anomalous Weather mission done.

Thane's contact Seryna brought Jack, Miranda and me to the Dantius Towers and we had to fight some mechs. We found a wounded salarian and learned that Nassana kills her own workers due to sending her mercs and mechs all over the place. Cold-hearted b*tch.

We proceeded through the tower and rescued more salarians on the way, and eventually we crossed the bridge that would lead us to Nassana. She thought I was the one sent to kill her. Someone had a surprise for her though... the assassin dropped from the ceiling and took care of her guards, then he shot her.

I could win Thane for our mission, but I also learned he's dying and that Nassana was supposed to be his last job... sh*t, poor bastard. At least he seems to be taking solace in doing some good before he goes.

Back on the Normandy, Jacob was hostile towards Thane, but I told him to play nice. I went to see our new addition to make sure he's settled in and I learned a few things about him and his illness in the process.

Jack was restless and wanted to go to Pragia, blowing up the Cerberus facility she was kept in as a kid. It's horrible what happened to her and I can't help it wanting to be there for her, to help her, so we set course. But first we took a little detour to deal with a few geth, been some time since I shot a couple of these bastards. Before arriving there though, I read my e-mails, and I had gotten one from Ash... her apology for what happened on Horizon. I do miss her, but... maybe it's for the best. She looked for more in me, which I just can't give her. And anyway, who knows if I'll ever see her again. This mission might be the last for some of us...

Picturrre time!

Spoiler

Died once during Thane's mission and it was the stupidest death again, haha. I hadn't noticed one of these annoying doggies came from behind until it was too late.

It was also a funny moment when I got hit by one Vanguard's Warp in the same way a few times in one section...

And sometimes I still keep hitting the wrong hotkeys, using Miri's Warp first instead of Jack's Pull. Oh well.

Then I tried out a few things today with the Anomalous Weather mission, had settled for Shock Trooper for my Heightened AR, and regretted it pretty much right away :D What can I say, I just love the Vindicator apparently and I really liked using the Viper too, and from my tryouts they work great under Hardened AR. I will respec into hardened then, but I will still choose Shock Trooper because I want the Paragon/Renegade bonus (and the longer Power duration); more health also isn't too bad :)

Another huge plus using the Vindicator and Hardened AR is that I can strip multiple shields with only 1 AR and get a nice biotic combo afterwards when having Jack and Miranda along. I also already checked Jack's Loyalty a bit because there are a lot of armored enemies, and even there the Vindicator was really great... and now I am not sure I'll actually pick the Widow, but then I might just do and try it out a bit with Heightened AR again. Damn Soldier class, I just can't get over the many possibilities, haha. I should just really get the Mattock to settle this once and for all :P

I'm right in the middle of the Citadel Dlc, actually, throwing the party. Every time I play this dlc I realize how much I love this game.
Also this time I had passed the solo parts quiet easily without even using the bonus power -died just once. (I started to use melee attacks. I should have used them before. It turns out that was what I needed, not just the powers or the weapon :) )

I headed out to Pragia with Jack today. I wanted Miranda to come, too. If it's really as Jack says, which I don't doubt, then Miranda should see this. Cerberus does have its dark secrets, huh.

In the shuttle Jack got cold feet, but we will do this now. I think it'll do her some good.

The inside of the facility was cold, dark, empty and it felt kinda depressive to be in there. What I learned from Jack was hard to stomach. Cerberus pitting Jack against other kids, drugging her to do so... unbelievable. Miranda thought it was a rogue facility, but we'll see.

We listened to various log entries and Jack became aware that this wasn't what she remembered and that things were a bit different than she had thought. It's a gruesome past either way and I hope what we're about to do here helps her deal with it.

We soon found out we're not alone in this place and we had to deal with a few Blood Pack mercs, hired by a guy called Aresh. He was in Jack's old room and wanted to restart the facility. Jack was ready to hurt him, but he's trapped in the past just as she is. She let him go after I talked to her, and I hope both can let go now. I walked a bit with Jack and learned more about her room, who she was, how she became who she is now... and then it was time to blow this place up.

When we returned to the Normandy, more of the crew came forward with pleas from their side, and I had another talk with Jack, to see how she was doing. Seems that it helped her. She thanked me for what I did for her, it was really sweet. I saw a different side of her yet again, which made me really happy.

Pictures from today:

I don't know which mission to do next. I was thinking Tali's mission, because there would be 2 neat upgrades waiting, Assault Rifle and Heavy Pistol damage. But on the other hand I could also do the MSV Broken Arrow mission, and then head off to Tuchanka, later going to Haestrom when I have Squad Cryo Ammo :) I'll have to think about it.

No big write-up in this post. I just completed the Disabled Collector Ship with Bruno Shepard. Took me over an hour I sucked so bad. I had been recording this playthrough but I got so frustrated with myself I just stopped recording. I am going to delete all the files of the previous missions.

This playthrough has just gotten me so frustrated with myself. I was never any good -- average at best -- but this playthrough has been a whole different exercise in anger management. Just... AAAAAAAAH! I have been playing just so terribly and I am caring way too much about a video game for some reason. Ugh. Time for me to dial it back a bit and just take it a little more slowly so I get a little more enjoyment out of my favorite game in the series (and possibly all time).

It's too bad you don't have fun currently, and it's also a pity you stop recording (was hoping to see some footage of your current run as I really like your videos), but of course, if it's no fun for you anymore stopping might be for the best.

I get what you say I think. Games can start to be not that much fun anymore when trying to push yourself too hard. I'm not yet at that point because I'm still a damn noob, but I reckon it might come with more playthroughs, and well, also with my recordings I'm even more nervous than when I play without recording and then I start to do even more stupid stuff than usual.

I actually have no ambition when it comes to videogames, I just play them for fun and as many of them as possible, and never care about the harder difficulties because I also don't have a lot of free time to play everything multiple times (I only can play this much because I pretty much always stay up longer than I should ). ME is a weird case and the first time this ever happens to me, that I want to continue to play on Insanity, that I want to try and get better and play the sh*t out of these games and challenge myself. But if I see it's not fun anymore I would also quit. It should never ruin your fun that much, especially not if it's one of your fav games. Maybe you can just enjoy it now without pushing yourself too much and then one day return to this build if you feel like it :)

Today we took another small detour to deal with a crashing ship that was overrun by geth. Jack, Garrus and I saved the day and then set course for Tuchanka. In the meantime I talked to Garrus because he found out who betrayed him and he wants revenge for it, I learned that Thane relives memories pretty much perfectly, oh, and Jack was quite blunt with me today. Asked if I have feelings for her. It caught me by surprise a bit, no one's been asking me stuff like this so openly, but... yeah, I guess she's important to me and I care about her. I don't want to hurt her, and I think for the first time, I really do feel... more than usual. It's not about sex.

Jack kept me at a distance so far, but I started to see that she also cares more about me than she leads on. She just needs a bit more time, and I'm more than happy to wait.

We soon touched down on Tuchanka to deal with Grunt's problem. He's dangerous and I want to take care of this right away. Tuchanka is a sh*thole... wow. Much worse than I thought.

I checked out the camp, felt a lot hostility, but I knew I could intimidate these damn krogan if they tried anything. At least I got to know a few of them. I talked to a shop keeper, petted his varren, shot some pyjaks, talked to the chief scout and found out more about Mordin's student, talked to a mechanic, a researcher and... Wrex! Mixed feelings seeing him, we didn't leave on the best terms after Virmire, but he greeted me as a friend, so that's a good sign. He knew what was wrong with Grunt too and we went to see the shaman, so we could do this rite they have.

I picked up Mordin and together we passed the rite. Including killing a Thrasher Maw. We also took down Gatatog Uvenk who was hostile towards Grunt earlier on and interfered with the rite. Well, now that that's done... Grunt is all grown up now, good.

We can catch our breaths for a bit before we go look for Maelon.

Some pics from today:

Spoiler

So, in the end I decided to do a smaller mission (Jack and Garrus were really fun there!) before the two Loyalties on Tuchanka. Which was hilarious this time, being Renegade-y to various krogan, hahaha. I even was quite distanced and cold to Wrex, because of what I plan in ME3, so I can't have Idan be best buddies with Wrex

Grunt's LM was so panicky and I felt overrun constantly, haha. Damn Varren, damn Klixen. At least I was forced to melee a bit. The Thrasher Maw was okay, only hit me with its acid a couple times ;)

For Grunt's LM I left Jack on the Normandy for the first time since I got her, and took Mordin with me. I figured Jack's powers are sh*tty against the Maw, but on the other hand Mordin's Incineration Blast also wasn't that big a difference, even though he was the one killing off the Maw. And in the end, Cryo Blast was a way better choice than Pull :D

I'm also pretty far with Jack's romance already I guess, maybe I talk to her too often and will get a silent treatment at some point soon, but I'm scared I miss anything that locks me out of the romance if I don't constantly talk to her. Her romance seemed not that easy from what I read.

And now I'm really in some ME3 mood (tomorrow maybe)! Last time I played I didn't get Vega's mail about the N7 talk even after finishing Rannoch... I think I missed the talk with him on the Citadel the first time, and in Purgatory. That sucked. I'm not sure if that's truly the reason he doesn't send that mail. But whatever, I'll just replay Tuchanka and Citadel Coup for the 100th time with a different character :P And if he doesn't send it then, I will kick his virtual balls.

I'm seriously considering getting the ME Trilogy on Origin since my 360 broke down and who knows when the 2nd and 3rd games will become backwards compatible on Xbox One. I want to do another playthrough of the Trilogy because I miss it and so I can get excited for Andromeda, but my options are limited at the moment.  :pinched:

Went to recruit Tali with Bruno Shepard. Landed on Haestrom, and:

  • shot a bunch of Geth
  • hacked a bunch of Geth
  • froze a bunch of Geth with Cryo Blast
  • distracted a bunch of Geth with the Combat Drone

Got the Tempest, my favorite SMG. Finally.

Died a few times trying to get the explosives because of some stupid mistakes and a little of my own hubris. (Just because I hacked a Geth unit does not mean I can stand around in the open like an idiot. I only have rank 2 of AI Hacking, not Improved AI Hacking yet.)

Died a couple of times trying to reach the Colossus. When I did reach the Colossus, I had made the mistake of running up the right side which meant Geth followed me up from behind and knocked out Zaeed and Garrus and I did not feel like reviving them. Somehow managed to finally distract the Colossus long enough to nuke it with the Cain.

I wanted to do a Kaidan romance run but ended up getting ninja-manced in ME1 by Liara. Fortunately I had a Kaidan romance save (among my many) and imported that into ME2.

The odd thing for me is that most of my runs follow pretty much the same path, there might be a few minor changes, but on the whole I do pretty much the same thing each time.

Kind of like how I can read a book again and enjoy it as much as I did the first time. Heck I still shed a tear at the death of Druss the Legend.

Haven't been playing Mass Effect 3 since I upgraded to 10 from 8.1. Somehow it does improve the performance a bit even if I can't use ENB with texmod anymore. Using a preset from nexus and kinda pleased that it tone down the blue-tinge and it improve everyone's skintone especially in the dark. Now my Shepard look more like me..... haha.. only when I bother to wear makeup that is.

I haven't done much in the way of an ME run for awhile but have been having some Mako madness over the last few days. It actually reminded me of the first time I played. Went to get this Liara chick and got to the end of the road. Thought hmmm. Tried every which way to get the Mako over that ridge. Finally occurred to me to get out and walk. This day and age . . . getting out and walking? Pfft right? Am I right?

Well, today I didn't continue ME2, but progressed a bit for Vega's N7 dialogue... with a Vanguard test character I've tried out recently. Boy, did I die a lot :D I did the rachni mission and two Cerberus missions... Benning is an absolute $%&%/ Hehe. But it's quite tough anyway with a non-import. So that got me into thinking which character I wanna play after Soldier. I wanted to post it here, because I have some ideas what they should be like, and maybe you guys can help me decide ;) I really hope they can work how I imagine because I like the general ideas. I think I mentioned it before that I don't really know what I should play first, Infiltrator or Vanguard. I'm not sure, but I guess Infiltrator could be a first step into practicing getting closer to enemies by cloaking (if I pick up shotgun training), as I'm sh*t-scared of Vanguard. I will probably play a very cowardy Vanguard anyway

Here are my ideas for these two characters and classes, if interested:

Infiltrator - Maxine Shepard, Spacer/War Hero

She's cheeky, sassy, flirty, open to pretty much everything, likes the bad/fun boys. Kaidan's flirting attempts bore her in ME1, but she eventually falls for Garrus in ME2.

She's Paragon due to her kind and playful nature, and she finds good sides in almost everything and everyone. She'll be more Renegade by ME3 however because she will see that being nice and trying to solve things peacefully will not always get things done. One crucial point is that I will let Ash kill Wrex in ME1, so with Wreav in charge there'll be no curing the genophage. And that dialogue about confessing not curing the genophage with Garrus will be great I bet. Not sure about Rannoch yet.

Vanguard - Neva Shepard, Earthborn/War Hero

She's an "ice queen" (Neva means Snow), a person who takes pride in her command, takes what she wants and will make life miserable for most of her crew, the sassy ones especially.

I want to keep her single in ME1, in ME2 I'll let her pressure Jacob so he agrees to the relationship because she finds him interesting enough to play with him (hey, he has the good stuff after all :P). In ME3, after Jacob ditches her, it hurts her, as for the first time in her life she's the one who gets ditched, and she wants to fool around with Traynor out of frustration. But guess what, of course it'll turn into love ;)

She only always got what she wanted by manipulating people, because that is the one thing she's really good at. She's bad at building natural relationships with people and she always thinks of herself first. She's proud she left her street life behind, proud of what she accomplished, and she knows she did it by herself and that she doesn't need anybody to get through life. She loves playing the hero and thus to make people look up to and admire her.

So, she'll show the crew she's the boss, but is Paragon to outsiders, showing her generous and heroic side to keep up that image she finds so important. I plan to cure the genophage and make peace between geth and quarians.

Of course at some point (ME3...) she has to be either nicer to the crew or not talk to a lot of people at all, which would be a shame. But I also think the tough b*tch attitude is hard to do in this game.

Sorry if this was boring, but I'm actually quite excited for these two ^_^
