I stopped to talk with Ash. She still thinks I made the wrong call on the Rachni.
I said, drop it Ash, I don't want this to come between us. She thought I should go and talk with Liara.
I'd been so caught up in my own affairs I had almost forgotten she had just watched her mother die.
When I spoke with Liara, she seemed apathetic to her mothers demise. I'm not sure if she was just putting on a brave face.
Trying to block it out and not face it. I think I'm pretty good at reading people, but have little experience with aliens.
Maybe Asari just don't share the strong maternal bonds that we do.
She seems to get on well with Dr Chakwas though, so I asked Karin to keep an eye on her for me.
Spoiler

Joker informed me that finally the Council had seen the threat, and were massing a fleet.
I told him to get us to the Citadel. I want the Normandy to be at the head of that fleet.
The bloody Council still doesn't get it, and won't go after the conduit.
Spoiler

Humanity's own Ambassador is too stupid to see that the Reapers are the only thing we should be concerned about.
Not only that, he's put the Normandy in lock-down and I can't even go after Saren myself.
I think maybe I can get Barla Von, or Helena Blake to finance me for a ship to take us to Ilos. I'll promise them anything they want.
My other ideas are even less likely, and I sink into despair.
The one person I know will never desert me in all this, is Ash, and my soldier girl is there to pull me up.
She's not sure what we can do, but she knows we'll do it together. I couldn't go on without her.
Spoiler

The other thing I can always count on, is that Joker will always have poor timing.
Spoiler

But he has news from Captain Anderson, he wants me to meet him at Flux nightclub in the wards. I hope his plan is better than my Barla Von one.
Before meeting with Anderson, I felt I owed it to Garoth to tell him of his brothers fate.
I think he was expecting the worse, but maybe this would bring him closure.
Captain Anderson's plan was better, and bolder than mine. Steal the Normandy.
He would access Udina's console and lift the lock-down long enough for us to get out.
I said, I'm all for it, but I can't expect my whole crew to mutiny. He said we both know that your crew would follow you anywhere.
I got a lump in my throat, and Ashley a tear in her eye when we realized he was probably right.
Captain Anderson said, Tell Joker he has to steal the Normandy again, and grinned. It must be an inside joke. Maybe I'll get to hear it one day.
I took the time to have what might be my last dance with my best girl, and then went to meet destiny.
Spoiler

Back on-board I did the rounds of the ship as Joker waited for Anderson. I wanted them to know I would not hold it against anyone who wanted out.
Pressly said, "I can't believe we're stealing the Normandy. I know we'll all be court-martialed if this doesn't work out, but part of me loves this."
Karin said, this crew is sacrificing everything for you Shepard, don't let us down. I said, are you trying to make me cry Doc.
Dr T'Soni didn't have to worry about court-martial, but this could be a suicide run.
She said I'm with you Shepard, this will all be over soon, one way or another.
Spoiler

Wrex thought stealing a Alliance ship was risky, but his only real concern was that they would catch us before we got to Saren.
I said, do you think we're crazy Wrex? He put his big hand on my shoulder and said, sometimes crazy is the best way to go.
Ashley is lifelong military, but if she had any doubts about the mutiny, she wasn't sharing them with me.
Spoiler

Engineer Adams is Alliance through and through. I thought if anyone would have reservations, it would be him,
but he said, don't worry Commander, the Normandy is the best ship in the fleet and it won't let you down.
I said I don't think I can be called Commander, call me Rosanne. He said, I can't do that Commander, and saluted me.
Spoiler

Tali is just a young girl with her whole life ahead of her, but she wants to come.
She said stealing a ship is a capital offense on the flotilla. I said, your fathers an Admiral, surely he'd get his little girl off.
She said, you obviously don't know my father Shepard, he'd want to execute us himself.

Meanwhile: Back on the Citadel.
Spoiler

Bolstered by the support of my crew, I go to the bridge and await the green light from Anderson.

I said get us to the MU Relay Joker, and hope to God Benezia hasn't made fools of us.
He said, did you have to say that. If these coordinates are right, it will still be several hours Commander. You should get some sleep.
I walk around the ship before turning in, the place is buzzing. I've never seen it like this. Everyone feels, we're on the verge of something big.
We're not just a team, we're one. Human and Krogan, Asari and Quarian, all with one purpose.
Huh, Quarian, how wrong I was about that little suit-rat.
She's proved herself more than a match for any with twice her years. Adams sure knows how to pick em.
In my room, I write in my journal that I have tricked the crew into thinking the Council released the Normandy and sanctioned this mission.
Maybe it will do them some good, if I stuff this up. There's a knock on the door and then Ashley enters without being asked.
Me: What's wrong Ash?
Ashley: The Williams women always know what they want.
With that, she winked, pulled me toward her and kissed me long and hard.
Spoiler

Me: What about the Reg's Chief?
Ashley: Sleeping with your Commanding Officer, is well down the list from stealing an Alliance warship skipper.
Me: Sleeping!
Ashley: Like you didn't want it.
Me: I Knew you'd come around.
Ashley: Shut-up and kiss me.
Without breaking the kiss, she backs me over to the bed.
And then she stops, and goes all serious.
Spoiler

Ashley: Oh Captain, my Captain...
Me: Walt Whitman, wow this must be serious.
Ashley: Alright, from the heart. I don't know if we'll get to Saren in time. I don't know if we'll even survive the mission, but I know that I love you Ros.
And I'll always have your back, and you'll always, be my skipper.
Me: Skipper... I shouldn't even be wearing this uniform.
Ashley: Well we can soon fix that.
And with that she started pulling off my top, I tickle her and we fall back onto the bed laughing.
Her face is radiant, the most beautiful women I have ever seen.
And I, I'm the happiest, I've ever been. And if the world ends tomorrow, and it may. I will have had this time.
Spoiler

In the morning, she is sleeping, so peaceful, like she is having a wonderful dream. Or maybe I am. I don't want to wake her.
I just sit and gaze upon her.
Spoiler

Then she's awake, and smiling at me. Lying there, she is just so beautiful.
Spoiler

I show her a picture I have of her, I say, I'm going to get a nice frame and keep this on my desk.
She walks around behind me, still naked and puts her arms around my waist, looking over my shoulder at the photo.
She says, oh Ros, that's a terrible photo, it makes my nose look big. I said, I love your nose.
She said I'll find you a nice photo if you want one.
Spoiler

And then Joker spoils my perfect morning, saying we are approaching Ilos.

Half the crew is on the bridge and there's tension in the air.
We've located Saren, but Navigator Pressly can't find a drop zone close enough, for us to get to him in time.
Then Joker shows us why he, got to the pilot of the best ship in the fleet, and drops us right on top of the bastard.
Spoiler

But not before he disappears behind a huge door. The Mako's mass accelerator canon barely makes an impression on it.
We have to find a way to open it, but he hasn't made it easy on us. There are Geth everywhere.
Spoiler

I'm wishing I had left Ashley back on the Normandy, where she would be safe.
We're fighting like we are joint at the hip.
Wrex looks over at us and says, hey I wish someone had my back like that, but I guess I don't kiss as good as Ashley does, and laughs out loud.
Ash punches him hard on the arm, and he laughs again, and then throws a Geth against a wall, without even turning his head.
We come to an Elevator and it still has power, so we take it down. The Geth seem to be getting bigger. I smile back at Ash, and she gives me a wink.
But nothing gets past the Krogan and he laughs again. With the area cleared we find a console that looks like the main power controls.
We are able to open the door to the bunker, just then a badly distorted hologram appears and speaks.
The others can't understand it, but it seems to be a warning about the reapers. It must have come too late. Then the message gets too scrambled to understand.
We take a second elevator back up and make for the bunker. Much fewer Geth on the return run. Ashley thinks we should take the Mako into the bunker.
I said, if your legs are getting tired Ash, I can rub them for you. She said, hold that thought skipper, and we clamber into the Mako.
Inside the ancient walls are lined, with what Wrex assumes are stasis pods.
Saren has left many Geth to block our way, those I don't shoot, Wrex runs over with the Mako. Then we come to an impenetrable force field.
A trap! Wrex doesn't think this is Sarens doing. We get out the Mako. Our only option is to take the elevator.
It brings us to a short walkway, and at the end a console. A badly damaged VI hologram informs us that we are not Prothean. Ash says, no flies on him.
It then says we are not indoctrinated, unlike the one who passed recently. It introduces itself as Vigil, a Prothean VI.
Spoiler

Suffice to say, it tells us lots of stuff, I'm just glad Liara wasn't with us, or we'd still be there.
The conduit is a back door into the Citadel. Vigil claims Saren has not yet reached the conduit, so we're still in this.
Back into the Mako and the race is on in earnest. We can't worry about the Geth, just straight line it to the conduit.
It's a wild ride, and we come crashing down inside the Citadel.
I rush to see if Ashley's' alright. She says, that was fun. I just shake my head, then see Wrex getting to his feet.
We take out a few husks and then access a mostly working Avina VI. It tells us that Saren has gone to the Council Chambers.
So we head for the elevator and take it to the top, that is until it shudders to a halt. We have to suit up and go outside.
I said, you might want to stand back Wrex, I'm gonna use the big gun. He said, hey, don't let me stop you.
Spoiler

A Geth Destroyer got me a good one and I went down. Ash was right on hand with the medigel. She said you can't die here Shepard, I haven't told you that secret yet.
Wrex rides shotgun, while I catch my breath, and get back to my feet.
Spoiler

We make it to the Council Chambers, only a few Geth between us, and Saren. He's up on a platform, using a console.
When he sees us, he jumps down, only to reappear again on a hover board and lop a grenade at us.
We dive for cover, and from our cover position, I strike up a conversation with him. He is obviously indoctrinated, and I tell him so.
Then in a moment of clarity, he knows I'm telling the truth, and he shoots himself.
Spoiler

I go to the console and upload Vigil's data, then open a comms channel. The Destiny Ascension is in deep sh*t, and they have the Council on-board.
Then Joker cuts in and says if we open the relays, he'll send in the cavalry and save the Destiny Ascension. Wrex warns against this.
But to my surprise, Ashley wants to save them. I said, do what you can for the Destiny Ascension Joker, try and save the Council.
Spoiler

I tell Wrex to go down and make sure Sarens dead. He gives him a shotgun blast to the head, just to confirm it.
Then some crazy red lightening sh!t happens and I'm dropped on my a$s. Then Sarens remains get back up for another round.
Spoiler

I don't know what the Alliance was doing outside, but a large part of Sovereign came flying through the Council Chambers and knocked the wind out of me.
Spoiler

The Council was saved, and Captain David Anderson became Humanity's first Councilor.
Spoiler

Ashley: So why did you choose the save the Council, Ros?
Me: You asked me to, precious.
Ashley: No, I'm serious.
Me: Have you seen that Councilor Tevos?
Ashley: Don't get into my bed after being with one of those blue sl**s.
Me: So what's this secret you were going to tell me?
Ashley: I'm not telling you now......

Hilarious and absolutely true :D

I really like when you can tell her that there's no time for further investigation, haha.

So tonight Emma did this:

Spoiler

  • I really like the advertisements on the Citadel. Sorely missed in ME3, like a lot of things
  • First time through as completely paragon and I'm conflicted. The renegade interrupts especially are quite amusing and the interrogation of Harkin lends it a bit of a darker feel, like playing a cop on the borderline
  • The resolution with Sidonis where he talks some rubbish about having bad dreams and Garrus goes 'oh, ok, fine, off you go' seems completely ridiculous to me. In my opinion a better outcome would be Garrus tries to take the shot anyway, and a Paragon attempt at resolution has you not gain his loyalty. In fact I would have more loyalty missions like this, where dependant on which way you go you can gain or lose loyalty, it should not be a given that you automatically get it
  • The fact that Garrus' gets over this burning hatred so easily is very disappointing. I much prefer the renegade outcome for this loyalty mission, actually seems inkeeping with the mood of Shepard as an almost outlaw. in fact I think the whole of ME2 plays much better as a renegade character, wiht ME1 playing better in some respects as a paragon
  • The mission itself is fairly dull, just a straightforward shooting gallery. The factory district is singularly uninspired, just a load of shipping containers. It's certainly nowhere near as interesting as the Ilium environments
  • Meer's volus however is great, and the advert with the volus who does the salvage operations is just brilliant
  • Oh, and entering each shop to have 'this is my favourite shop on the citadel' is very amusing
  • I also forgot to change Emma's armour colour from the Zaeed mission, most annoying

I'm going to respond about Garrus' loyalty first because it's the most important. While you might be right from a gameplay perspective, allowing for the loss of loyalty, you could not be more wrong from a writing and character perspective. Very few of the "loyalty missions" are actually about loyalty, instead really being about resolving a personal issue that supposedly could be distracting. This one is more about what you teach Garrus. You are helping him get over his hatred, either through Vengeance or simply letting go. I am reminded of Batman Begins when Ducard tells Bruce Wayne that vengeance saved him from despair or this line from The Count of Monte Cristo.

A bit more of that scene is here.

I see where you're coming from that the dialogue isn't the best, but this is one of the few times we see a character grow or change due to Shepard's influence. Here, Shepard can be both friend and mentor. It's just like the paragon version of the encounter with Dr. Saleon.

Unfortunately, they didn't really do much with either of these, but they are two of the series' best moments conceptually, even if they lack a bit in execution.

(As far as him letting go too easy, that happens in stories sometimes. Time gets compressed for a lot of things or we'd wait forever. Also, remember that the only indication that this bothers him, outside of talking to him about it, is that a door magically jams, a gut shot is now lethal, or a fall is now lethal. Well, he also holds the line slightly worse.)

The Citadel advertisements are a mix of cool and creepy. They are flashy and personalized, but know sensitive information about you based on some chip or ID on you and then shout that info over a speaker.

As for the Interrupts, I have always found Garrus headbutting Harkin to be far more satisfying than shooting him, so I stop Garrus either way.

I see your point, it's not that I am adverse to sending Garrus down the paragon route it is just that it is far too trite and easy.
Here you have someone clearly traumatised by why has happened and yet all it takes is for the guy to go 'I can't sleep and food has no taste'.
That's just poor. This is a guy who effectively caused the death of Garrus' squad and tried to have him killed, and Garrus just goes 'meh whatevs'.
Really bad writing and again feels shoehorned in to not make the player lose if they choose blue.

So Bruno Shepard finally met with the Quarians. Unfortunately, the Quarians had begun another war with the Geth to retake their homeworld, and it was going badly since the Reapers had recently upgraded the Geth. The Quarians were asking for Shepard's help in the war. First step: take down a Geth Dreadnaught from the inside.

EDI accessed the Geth docking protocols so Shepard could get inside. Once inside, Shepard let in Kaiden, Liara, and Admiral Xen so they could take it down. Xen handled hacking duties while Shepard and his squad handled combat. The goal was to disable the Dreadnaught's drive core. They battled their way to the drive core, but once there, they discovered the Reapers were using a unique Geth platform as a broadcasting antenna. This Geth VI thing looked a lot like the Geth platform Bruno Shepard gave to Cerberus.

The Geth VI promised to help them in exchange for its freedom, so they cut it loose and it disabled the Geth's drive core. Admiral Han Gerrel then took the opportunity to fire on the Dreadnaught... while the Xen, Bruno and his team were still on board. The Geth VI helped them escape on a Geth fighter before the Dreadnaught was destroyed.

Second step: Shut down a Geth server. The Geth VI took Shepard down to a Geth server where Shepard interfaced with the Geth concensus to shut the server down. He managed to shut it down, but the Geth VI also took the opportunity to free some Geth programs and upload them into Geth Prime platforms. At least they were on Shepard's side... for now anyway.

In ME1, nowadays I usually take the paragon route but renegade responses and give him some dressing down. In ME2, I stop the assassination attempt but ignored his attempt at explaining himself. Didn't really affect anything really, so why bother.

I have Mass Effect Homeworlds. It wasn't like Sidonis went behind Garrus' back, he was captured. Garrus expect him to shut up, get tortured and die for everyone? And the crime bosses have the rights to retaliate, his people attack them for no reason other than Garrus believe he is doing good when all he did was creating a power vacuum and destabilize Omega which allow Cerberus to infiltrate. What make him so different than another gullible terrorist in real life? This is part of the reason why I don't like the bro thing. So I have to be his moral compass/guardian so that he won't go around the galaxy murdering people because "you failed this galaxy!" ....fine

On another matter, trying to commission a Mass Effect art from a local starving artist. Will update once I know more.

Yeah, it is a bit easy, but again, that's a limitation of the format. As far as that last sentence, that's bias from other things in the game. Try to look at it without thinking in terms of paragon or renegade. This is one instance where I am glad that you win either way.

Although, it's not uncommon in fiction for someone to not be able to pull the trigger in that situation.

I'll point again to this amazing movie. Watch about 2 minutes.

That's another good point. Using the books is cheating but Sidonus mentions it if you let him talk. Garrus could decide to forgive when he hears that Sidonus was acting out of fear and coercion rather than literally selling them out.  Though, yes, there may be some expectation when you join a group like theirs that you accept the consequences and not give up everyone else.

Garrus isn't a terrorist though. He's fighting criminal gangs.

Mass Effect 3 itself took a lot of references from the comics. Liara's presence at Mars, James' father and his uncle, the talk with Tali about the turian clerk who ignored her are within Mass Effect Homeworlds. Mass Effect Retribution was referred by Anderson and explained Kahlee's and Kai Leng's presence in the base game. Mass Effect Evolution was slightly inferred with Eva Core. Mass Effect Invasion and Foundation was in DLCs. It wasn't exactly cheating considering it was written by the lead writer himself and simplified in the game for narrative's sake.

Aria will tell you very clearly that "There is no innocent people in Omega.". While Garrus spent months 'cleaning house' and lowering crime rate by striking the heart of the criminal elements, he was a stranger and only there for his personal self-righteous vendetta to kill people who he thinks as 'bad people' and that he's the 'good guy'. Omega is the hub of criminal operations. Kill one and many will come to replace them. His space Batman stunt did nothing but to sooth his egoistical and existential need that he have to be the one who get things done... without even thinking it through. He help no one. Nobody even remember who Archangel was in ME3 except for romanced Garrus who constantly serenade FemShep about how awesome he is. And funnily, Shepard did what he completely fail to do. Walk around the Citadel and Shepard managed several coup within the management and gaining them as allies so they could use their resources against the actual bad guys (Cerberus and the Reapers). Its okay to like a character but its sad that he's still inconsequential.

The game is not perfectly written and even the narrative and pacing was limited as it is (1-3 minutes scenes at best). Maybe they will do better in MEA but I'm not holding my breath or anything.

The games are what I call Primary Media. Everything else is Secondary Media. Anything important to the Primary needs to be in the Primary, while it is fair for a creator of secondary media to assume consumers are familiar with the primary. It's fine that the games reference the books, but it's stuff that really doesn't matter, like the Quarians talking about the Cerberus attack or Anderson mentioning his experience with Kai Leng. If I need to know something from a book or comic to understand something in the game, they have done something wrong.

The gangs were basically Space Cartels, they were smuggling drugs, murdering civilians, involved in kidnappings, thefts, extortions, were operating protection rackets etc, Garrus had every right and was completely justified in trying to wipe them out, the galaxy would have been a a much better place without them. So what if they joined in the Reaper war in ME3, the Mexican cartels would probably join in a war to save Earth too if it was ever under threat, that doesn't absolve them of any of the hideous crimes that they have committed. And if I hear someone try to make the stupid argument, that killing people who murder, steal, cheat, ruin lifes and wreak havoc on society somehow makes you as bad as them, I'm going to flip.

The whole thing with Sidonis was a clusterfuck of epic proportions, dude betrayed his men to save his own skin, it was a selfish decision and had massive consequences since it ended up getting all of his team but Garrus killed. When you engage in this sort of warfare it's meant to be all for one and one for all, everyone should have each others backs and everyone should be willing to die to save the others, otherwise you'll all end up swimming with the fishes. Sidonis knew what he had done was wrong which was why he was wrecked with quilt, and regardless of whether his decision was understandable  in some "Save yourself and let the rest die" way he betrayed his team and got them all killed and his execution at the hands of Garrus was therefore justified and I didn't stand in the way.

Garrus fighting the mercs on Omega after the SR1 was destroyed. I guess that was more important than finding a way to stop the reapers. He, and his group only make a difference for that part of Omega. Once he leaves, I wouldn't be surprised if that area goes back to the way it was in a short time.

The impact he made wasn't significant enough to worry Aria.

I think he stayed with C-Sec for a couple of years and disappeared a few months before Shepard woke up at Lazarus station and emerged as Archangel on Omega.

Was vigilantism ever justified? Was it justice when he choose to exile himself from a very comfortable life to sink deep into a space station of scum and villainy filled with people he see in very low denominator because they made his life hard when he was a cop. He made himself the judge, jury and executioner without accountability to his actions because he deeply believe that what he did was the right thing. He started a small war because he was bored and didn't have the foresight to see how it would end badly for him... then again, mental acuity isn't something I associate him with.

Personally I think the mix of understandable and questionable is what makes it good. There are arguments on both sides as to if Garrus was doing a good thing or if Sidonus was justified or understandable given the circumstances he found himself in, which is a sign of some good writing. I'd like to think I'd be able to protect my friends but I don't have the threat of violence in my face right now. I like all of it.

The Normandy was fired Upon by an unknown vessel. Multiple hull breaches.
Ashley was trying to put out the fires, but when it became obvious the ship was lost, I ordered her to get the crew into the E-Vac shuttles.
I told her I would get Joker, and just get herself into a shuttle. This was the last I saw of my love.
Spoiler

Joker didn't want to abandon ship, but I said you can't save the Normandy Joker, it's lost.
I pulled him from his seat and helped him to the shuttles

Spoiler

Then I must have been knocked unconscious by debris or something.
The next thing I see, is a beautiful women leaning over me, we're about to kiss.
My head feels like it's about to explode, it's all a commotion.
Spoiler

I try to sit up, but it feels like my whole body has been crushed.
I call out for Ashley, No-one else is in the room.
Over the sound of battle, a women is yelling at me to get my armour on. Is it the women from the dream?
There's N7 armour in the locker, it must be mine. Where am I? The womens' voice, ever pushing me on-wards.
Spoiler

I find an unloaded pistol, and then a thermal clip. The voice, warning me of dangers ahead.
Instinct kicks in, and I take out a hostile mech.
I recognize that uniform, we're under attack from Cerberus. I have to find Ashley.
Spoiler

More mechs, and then...That's her, the women from my dream. She's a doctor. Everything in this room is about me. Was I the only survivor?
Spoiler

She tells me to grab the grenade launcher, there are more mechs coming.
Spoiler

There's a Cerberus operative, I quickly reload my weapon, but then I realize he is attacking the hostile mechs. Is he undercover?
I can't make sence of any of this. He's friendly and he knows who I am, so that's something. We take out the remaining mechs.
I demand to know where I am, and where's my crew. He says something about Miranda (the women from my dream?)
He says, we have to get somewhere safe and then he'll answer all my questions.

He's talking to Wilson, why do I know that name?
We find Wilson. I don't know why I know him, but I do. He's been shot, I find medigel and administer it.
We take out a couple of mechs and then the Cerberus guy admits he's working for Cerberus, but that it was Cerberus that saved me.
Why would they do that?
Spoiler

The place is full of mechs. Am I the only one who knows how to shoot.
Logs from Miranda suggest Wilson is on my side.
Then Miranda shot him in the head, so maybe not. I know she doesn't want me dead, so I'll have to trust her for now.
Spoiler

We take a shuttle to another Cerberus base to meet with her boss.
I'm quizzed on past events, and then she tells me it's been two years since the attack on the Normandy.
No-one remains comatosed for two years and then just wakes up. What are they trying to pull?
Spoiler

I met their boss, the illusive man, or rather, I spoke with a holograph.
He said, whole Human colonies where being abducted and the Alliance was doing nothing.
Spoiler

Miranda has a chip on her shoulder, or feels threatened by me. Jacob is a Cerberus yes man.
For now, I will go to Freedoms Progress, but something is amiss. I feel this has all been staged.
As we move through Freedoms Progress, the place is deserted except for hostile mechs.
And then we enter a room full of Quarians, tensions rise close to flash point until I'm recognized by Tali'Zorah nar Rayya.
I feel sure it is her, and after asking about her pilgrimage data, she knows it's me.
They are here to retrieve a Quarian, here on his pilgrimage. I suggest we work together.
They have no more love for Cerberus than I do, but Tali is in charge and we agree to cooperate.
Spoiler

A heavy mech took out most of Tali's squad. We found Veetor, he was a few sandwiches short of the picnic, but he gave us valuable information.
Spoiler

An alien race called Collectors, had immobilized the humans from the colony, with what he called seeker swarms, and them loaded them onto their ship.
Like I said, he wasn't the full quid, so I doubt we could have got more from him, so we copied the data from his omnitool, and let Tali take him back to the flotilla.
I asked Tali to join me. She said, as much as she wanted to, she was on an important mission and had to see it through.
The illusive man, didn't seem surprised by what we found. He thinks the Collectors are working for the Reapers.
I asked about Ashley. She is alive and still with the Alliance, but he claimed to have no more information on her.
Joker, or his clone is working with them. I find it hard to believe that the Alliance would ground their best pilot.
I'm in command of a new Normandy, bigger and supposedly faster than the original.
If I am truly in charge, I'll take the ship to the Citadel and hand it over to Councilor Anderson.

<3

Update on Mass Effect fanart, the 'manager' said they've begun working on my commission. That was quick. Then again, I asked her to paint a screenshot so it should be fun to see what she could come up with it. Thank goodness her rates are reasonable for now... since I'm going to make her famous for this. Mwahaha

Now future ideas.... FemShep portraits. Portraits of my Sith Warrior and Jedi Knight. FemHawke... *gasp*

Right, just started a bit of another loyalty mission but I just had to get this off my chest (longer rant to follow).

Wrex in ME2 has a plan, he knows what he is doing and is intelligent enough to see and recognise the flaws in Krogan society and what to do to try to change it.

Wrex in ME3 is a ****** idiot. It's like a doppelganger of FEELZ has replaced him - and you can say exactly the same for Legion.

So disappointing.
