Well, for several of the women you have multiple options. There is always the SM, of course. But you can also have both Tali and Samara commit suicide. Jack can be killed on Cronos Station. Miranda can be killed by Kai Leng. Might be a few other possibilities that escape me at the moment.

True. I have had the characters die the way you mentioned. I even had Kasumi die on the side quest in ME3.

I just never had all female squadmates dead in ME2 and I never chose Morinth over Samara, which I'm still debating about doing.

After a night of passion with Liara, Jim Shep saved the Citadel in ME1, and chose Udina to join the multi-race council.

And then he died when he was transplanted to mass effect 2.

Those textures look amazing. Poor Jenkins. We hardly knew ye.

Today, EDI ran a diagnostic and found a virus somewhere in the Normandy's runtimes, requiring a hard reset of all our systems (read format c: + re-install). Crap. My insanity run is indefinitely on-hold while I take care of it. At least the old laptop still enables me to be here.

Arwen Shepard found the prototype ground vehicle Cerberus had lost and was quite pleased with it. Its called the Hammerhead. Its not as robust as the Mako, but it handles well. She then followed the bread crumbs left by the scientists who had been on the ship with the Hammerhead to the site of a Prothean ruin. The scientists were dead, but the artifact she recovered helped her buff her already prodigious biotic abilities.

Next, Shepard headed to Beckenstein to help out a new crew member, a woman named Kasumi Goto who had agreed to join our mission in exchange for help getting back a "grey box" that had been taken from her old lover. We found the grey box and, more importantly from Shepard's point of view, a very nice submachine gun.

Then we headed back to Omega to track down this "Archangel" guy. But first we were asked to help Aria out by getting an old acquaintance of hers to safety. His name was Patriarch and he used to run Omega before Aria defeated him and kept him on as a trophy (and a warning to others). Shepard offered to help Patriarch out by killing the folk sent to assassinate him while leaving the impression that we were Patriarch's Krannt.

Aria was a tad bit put out by our initiative, but told us how to get to Archangel. Apparently, the dude had gone to war with all the major criminal organizations in the Terminus Systems and now they were determined to destroy him. We signed on with the mercs who were going after him as a ruse to get to Archangel. Once we did get to him, Archangel turned out to be our old friend Garrus Vakarian. This is getting spooky. Hundreds of billions of stars in this galaxy, with trillions of planets, and we keep running into old acquaintances!

Well, getting to Archangel was pretty easy, getting out was not. Eclipse wasn't too much of a problem, especially considering we had hacked one of their YMIR mechs to fight for us. But the Blood Pack proved to be a tougher nut. Shepard got to the point where she was about ready to give up on Garrus altogether. Did he really think that because he had helped track down Saren he was such a badass he could take on all the major merc bands in the Terminus without first working out an exit strategy? Shepard, at least, saw an exit strategy, although it meant leaving Garrus behind: simply leave the way the Blood Pack had entered. She was sorely tempted to do just that, especially with Garrus complaining over the radio about how the big, mean men were getting to be too much for him, but she persevered and shutdown the sub-basement access to Garrus's redoubt. After that things went better, though Miranda was knocked unconscious twice during the fight against the Blue Suns. We are beginning to question whether Miranda is all talk and no walk. Although Garrus took a rocket to the face during the fight he is back on his feet now and ready to join our crew.

Our next mission brought to the fore all of Shepard's doubts about this Cerberus cheerleader Miranda. We traveled to the Fathar system where a Cerberus operative had been taken captive by a group of Eclipse mercs. Once we landed Miranda ended up getting knocked unconscious twice, again! Is she some kind of magnet for enemy aggression? Maybe its that white outfit she wears. Even though Shepard was very careful in where she told her squad to take cover, and made sure she took point, it was Miranda who seemed to soak up enemy fire. Somehow we need to get her out of that outfit and into something that doesn't draw as much attention.

After some additional exploration and a few more encounters with rouge mechs, we landed on the planet Korlus to find a Krogan warlord who might have information on the Collectors. We fought through a huge number of Blue Suns mercs and berserk Krogan to get to him, but he proved to be disinclined to help us. Only when Shepard threatened to hand him over to Cerberus for interrogation did he start to become more cooperative. Unfortunately, our negotiation was cut short when the leader of the merc group, a woman named Jedore, started venting poison gas into the room we were in. The Krogan told us if we wanted his help we needed to kill Jedore to stop her from destroying his "super soldier." So we did. Shepard was especially pleased to deliver the coup de gras with an uppercut to Jedore's jaw. While we were fighting her, however, the gas she had released killed the Krogan warlord and all we had left was his "super soldier" floating in the tank in which he had been bred. So Korlus turned out to be a waste of time: after her experience with Wrex, Shepard doesn't want anymore Krogan on board her ship. At least Miranda stayed on her feet throughout the battle, even during the fight with Jedore which was especially nasty.

Let's hope our next mission is more productive. We are supposed to pick up some "super biotic" from a prison ship.

Let's continue the adventures of Elizabeth Nancy Shepard(LIsa) and her quest to kill all female squadmates

Lisa arrives at Feros and is greeted by the flashlight heads. She could make a lot of credits selling their heads for people to use in the dark. After killing the robots, she helps the colony by turning the water back on, killing the large varren for food and gather some power cells that is needed. As she is headed to Exogeni, she runs into these giant looking crawling Geth thingys. They make for easy destruction when Lisa runs them over. She hears chatter on the radio and ignores it wanting to stop the Geth at Exogeni.

With Kaidan and Garrus at her side the 3 of them fight through a bunch of robots and eventually run into a girl named Lizbeth. She mentions something called the Thorian that control the colonists. But first Lisa needed to unhook the Geth ship from the building. Once that was done, she headed back and ended up talking with some representative of Exogeni, Ethan Jeong. He wouldn't stand down so Lisa added another hole in his head. Lizbeth's mother provided some gas grenade that will help knock out the colonists without having to kill them.

We fight through some more machines and then run into these green looking human plant spore things. The pieces of crap were barfing what looked like pea soup all over my armor. That's messed up. You know hpw long it will take to wash that crap out of her armor? Once the colonists were safe, she headed down to where the Thorian was. She see's a giant looking plant. Next thing you know it spits out an Asari. I wonder if that's where Asari come from? Who cares? Lisa fights through numerous green slimeballs and finally the giant plant falls to its death.

An Asari, Shiala, tells her that Saren knows that Lisa is seeking the conduit and says she can give Lisa a cipher like she did for Saren to help find the conduit. What the heck is this "Embrace Eternity" crap? The Asari passed on the cipher to her, but still didn't make any sense. Shiala tod her it will take time to understand the images.

Back on the ship she talks with the council. The Turian councilor seemed to be upset Lisa saved a human colony. You know what Turian, that is strike two. When Lisa has the opportunity to kill the coucil, she will. That's the last time she will talk with dumb, dumber and dumbest.

Lisa is currently on her way to the Citadel.

Spent all day formatting my c: drive and re-installing windows. Cripes I hope I don't have to do that again anytime soon. Finally ready to start installing programs and games again. Steam first for ME1, then Origin for ME3. As Kaidan says, "can't wait to get back out there."

Do you know that you can put the CD key from Steam Mass Effect 1 into Origin (Origin/Redeem Product Code) and you'll have the game in Origin as well.

Are you saying that when I launch the game I don't have to launch it through steam?

If you install ME1 from Origin, sure.

Um... btw, the fully patched Origin and disc versions of ME1 can be launched from the desktop without Origin or the disc. Not sure about the Steam version.

Doing, a Me2 run through getting my butt kicked over shields...." I liked the shield system in ME1 I could run around things forever my shield would barely go down to at least 3 bars. I could feel like my Armor was state of the art armor tech.

Hmm. I don't see any blue hand pressed against a blue bubble. Either that quest is not complete, or Shepard was surprisingly paragon.

Not complete yet.. :P i have plans for this Shepard, going for a different playthrough (for me) than normal. So if I can resist, no Liara as a LI for a start.

Since the first pic in the sequence is... from the rear... I'm guessing shep's not too paragon. :P

My bad if I'm wrong.

That's just a standard Bioware cutscene, they were getting some early practice in for Miranda.

That's actually the Med Bay. I tried one from Chora's Den but the distances were too great. I actually had to hunt around to try and find Tali, she had disapeared..

Ohh, right! Should've guessed from the door's location. It'd be in the wrong spot for Chora's Den.

Back to Elizabeth Nancy Shepard(Lisa)

Just as Lisa leaves the Normandy, she runs into Rear Admiral Mikhailovich. He wants to inspect the ship. Good luck with that. Lisa told him to stuff it where the sun don't shine and then proceeded to the elevator.

Next she runs into a reporter named Khalisah al-jilani.Lisa tells her that it was a Turain that was respnosible for the attack on Eden Prime. Lisa also told her that she puts humanity first which the reporter was happy to hear. The interview ended with Khalisah thanking the Commander for her time.

Lisa did some shopping. Buying new gear and selling gear that wasn't being used. She runs into Conrad Verner again and lets him take her picture. He seems like a nice guy. She walks over to Emily Wong and hands over Fist's files to her and in returngives a small reward. Lisa walks over to the medbay to see Dr. Michel and find out she is being blackmailed. Lisa ends up scaring away the Krogan and findout that someone named Banes is blackmailing Dr. Michel. She approachs Anderson about the name and he gets in a hissy fit. Damn Anderson, don't get your panties in a ball. He tells Lisa to talk with Admiral Kahoku.

Up to the Citadel Tower where the Admiral can be found and learn Banes is dead and the Admiral is worried about his missing marines. Lisa decides to check it out when in the area.

Lisa goes to Flux to get a drink when she learns Rita, a worker at Flux, is worried about her sister's safety working undercover for C-Sec. Lisa heads to Chora's Den to talk some sense into Jenna who refuses leading Lisa to leave only to bump into some Turian telling her to meet him at C-Sec. Come to find out the Turain is a detective named Chellick who explains that Jenna is gathering information about illegal weapon mods. Lisa goes to the market and kills the dealer and his clowns making Chellick very unhappy. Get over it Turian.

Back on the ship Lisa  gets a message from Hackett saying the council wasn't happy about her mentioning Saren. Well Lisa deosn't give a flying crap what they think and doesn't care if it upsets Hackett.

The Normandy heads to Luna to disable a rogue VI. After the Mako lands, Lisa steps out and admires the view of Earth. She loves the sight of seeing her homeworld. She wonders what she will be doing when she leaves the military. She like to find someone and settle down. Of course she feels that no one would want to be with a sadistic b*t*h like herself. Time will tell.

With Kaidan and Garrus at her side they enter each bunker and encounter numerous drones. In the end the VI was shutdown. Just before Lisa went back to the Normandy, she took one last look at Earth and wondered when she would set foot back on Earth. Once back on the ship, she tells Joker to set a course for Noveria.
