Sakura Shepard just got done with the second part of her story with Jacob. As they get near the drop off point she waits to jump out with Garus and Jacob. She has noticed he can come in handy even though she would choose Miranda over him in any mission. Since this was his request she is forced to bring him along, so she brought a old friend Garus with her. She meets a woman that talks about a star and something called Hunters. However, she soon realized that, they weren't alone and sees men getting behind stuff for cover. She sees them and is able to push the woman out of the way of the guys bullets. They come upon a small settlement, which they later come to realization that these people are the crew members of the Hugo gernsback. However, as she fought her way through some mechs to Jacob father whom is getting arrested by the Alliance military. As such Jacob's, issues are resolved and now heads off too find Moridin student.

More murderous fun with Elizabeth Nancy Shepard(Lisa) in acheiving her goal to kill all female squadmate

Lisa lamds on the planet Therum and right away runs into a lot of the giant crawly machines. Lisa runs them over. I mean why not? Lisa is really enjoying herself. Garrus and Kaidan are worried about her and her love for death. They leave the vehicle and set out on foot and of course more machines attack. They finally make it inside and find the Asari trapped in the ruins. Lisa couldn't help herself laughing at the situation. The asari's name is Liara and claims to of hit the wrong button that got her trapped in the bubble. So much for her being an expert of the Protheans.

Liara is finally freed and isn't sure there is an elevator or not to get them out. Either it is or it isn't. Lisa is beginning to think this was a waste of time coming here. Back on the Normandy everyone learns Liara is over 100 years old and has been studying the Protheans for 50 years. Once Lisa mentions the  beacons and the cipher, the Asari gets into a hissy fit about the items falling into Lisa's lap. Lisa tells her to shut up or she will throw her back in the volcano.

The Asari suggests joining her mind with Lisa to help with the images. And here we go again with the Embrace Eternity crap thing. Lisa really hates that and would add her own brand and say Embrace hot lead. She learns the conduit is on the planet Ilos. Out of nowhere, Liara is telling Lisa to tell the Council to get their fleets heading to Ilos. Wait a minute. I'm in charge and you don't tell me what to do. Lisa already regrets bringing her on the ship.

Back at the Citadel, the Coucil refuses to send the fleets to Ilos after Saren and Udina grounds the Normandy. Yes she will enjoy killing the council and she's seriously thinking about killing Udina. She was happy that Anderson was able to release the Normandy and she headed to Ilos. She has a big problem. Ashley died on Virmire for which she is happy for, but has another female squadmate that has tto be killed. Lisa thinks about how she will kill the Asari and Quarian.

On Ilos, Lisa and her squad face some Geth and open a big door that will lead them to the conduit. Hopping in the Mako, she heads forward. All of a sudden they get trapped in force field of some kind. Lisa gets out and takes the elevator down. She ends up talking with a VI calling itself Vigil. It says the conduit is a backdoor to the Citadel and talks about the reapers in its cycle. The Citadel is a mass relay the reapers use for their surprise attacks every 50 000 years. Lisa grabs the data and heads back to the Mako. Again running over more robots. She rather run over a Quarian and the Asari. Lisa finally sees the mini-me relay that leads to the Citadel.

A few moments later she's crawling out of the Mako and heading for the elevator. The elevator is shutdown, so Lisa, Garrus and Kaidan hike it to the where Saren is while killing countless machines. Lisa encounters Saren and kills the moron. Once communication is established, she learns the Destiny Ascension is under hearvy fire with the Council onboard. So what. They never cared about her so why should she. Joker says he and the Alliance fleets can save the DA. Oh no he isn't. Lisa wants them dead. Never ever sacrifice humans for aliens. She tells Joker to forget about the council and concentrate on Sovereign.

Next thing she see's is Saren has turned into a grasshopper. A robot one at that. Whatever. She eventually kills the thing.

Lisa talks with Anderson and Udina that when she saw the opportunity to get rid of the council, she took it. Anderson wasn't happy. What a baby. Like I care how he feels. I made Udina councillor since Anderson doesn't have the backbone for the job. I headed back to the Normandy knowing I still had 2 female squadmates that still need to die.

Elizabeth Nancy Shepard will next star in ME2

Reinstalling ME1. It keeps crashing after Therum during the Normandy conversation... something about missing files. How the &*(^#&(*^@!# does that even happen when you're replacing files by installing a mod?

Luckily I could find my manual, else no registration key -_-

Simple reinstall of the game and mod fixed everything. Awesome

Does anybody know how to fix the glitch where bright lights shine through parts of Shepard's face? I'll try to take a screen of it when it happens

I decided that instead of calling on Dr. Bryson, we better go to the perseus veil next and investigate the quarian situation, but as soon as I stepped onto the CIC, Grunt started a biotiball chant in my head, "Cer-Ber-US. Cer-Ber-US. Cer-Ber-US!" Crap. I knew he wasn't going to shut up anytime soon, so I had Joker lay in a course for Arrae instead. Good thing it was only just down the block, galactically speaking.

As we set out, I toured the ship. Liara didn't have too much to say, as usual, but Glyph helped me increase the cooldown efficiency of my omnitool a bit, thanks to some intel Kaidan fainted on down at the monastery. Nice. I went to the medbay next, thinking it was a good time to lower my defense drone's power a bit, so I could snag a copy of Kaidan's sweet cryo mod for myself. I remembered Cortez mocking the cerberus (Cer-Ber-US!) engineers who designed the SR2 for putting the armory down the hall from the CIC. Next time we talked I was going to mention the alliance engineers who put the omnitool modifier in the med-bay, and made it coin-operated. Welcome back, indeed.

In the medbay, Kaidan and James were pestering the Doc for something to help them not have nightmares about the banshees. She ignored them when she saw me and asked about those new medical supplies. Damn. I turned around and left without a word. The cryo mod could wait. In the starboard lounge, Garrus and I listened in while Javik scared the bejesus out of one of my ensigns with stories of the reaper war in his cycle. During a pause, Garrus wondered what the reapers might be doing to the drell, hanar and vorcha. "Foolish primitive," Javik countered, "you can't possibly have seen the horrors I have seen with only two eyes." He really needed to get off the ship more often.

I took James and Garrus with me and we landed on Arrae to the sounds of a nearby firefight and screaming. We beat feet toward the battle, in time to see some cerberus troops killing all their own guys. As we sighted on our first targets, I wondered what the hell Jacob Taylor was doing there. Turns out he was getting shot. Just like old times. So we saved him without too much trouble and got inside the bunker.

We had to get to the rooftop to fix the AA guns so the scientists could evacuate their shuttles. Jacob tried to be the big man in front of his new girlfriend and make the repairs himself, but Garrus sneered at him, "I bet you told her you led the second assault team on the collector base, didn't you?" I've never seen Jacob move that fast as he escaped to the medbay.

Our only real difficulty was actually getting to the AA Guns. I was almost killed by a grenade, but my super special somersalt-out-of-danger maneuver saved me, and I was only wounded. I told James he'd learn to do that in the N7 program. If it's possible for a turian to roll his eyes, Garrus did. James and I took care of business while Garrus calibrated the guns. I made a note to tell Chakwas to talk to him about that compulsion of his. Without any further real trouble we evacuated everyone safely. Number of reloads: 0.

We arranged for the evacuees to be picked up on the citadel, where I did a little running around. Chatted with Liara on the presidium, had an awkward dinner with Kaidan at Apollo's, and helped Zaeed rescue the volus ambassador. I remembered him from my first visit to the citadel three years ago or so. His disposition hasn't improved a bit.

Down on the docks I made the trade for Doc's medical supplies and found James getting an N7 tattoo. I called Zaeed over to watch while I reminded James I hadn't forwarded his paperwork to the alliance brass yet. Zaeed told him he first had to scan all the keepers he could find in the next two hours. I snorted laughter and told him my record was twenty-one and he better get started.

A little more running around and I was ready to leave. On the way to the Normandy dock I met up with Garrus, who invited me to do some target shooting on the presidium. As we were getting into the skycar, James ran up and told us he'd found twelve keepers. "Jeez," I said doubtfully. "I just don't know if that's good enough for the N7 program, recruit." Garrus could barely contain himself. "If he wants to be a real soldier, he should take a dive in the pool and retrieve all the bottles we're going to shoot."

It was a fun pit-stop, but we really needed to check out the quarian situation. Perseus Veil up next.

When I returned to the Citadel after picking up Liara from Therum, some guy named Mikhailovic was waiting for me. He wanted to inspect my ship. At first I told him no, but after telling him the legal situation here is a little edgy, so it couldn't be an official investigation, I let him on the ship. He was not happy. He had many things to whine about, but I had replies for everything.

Took the elevator down to C-Sec and some reporter was waiting for me. Told her I was honered to be a spectre and a rather nasty interview started. Now I'm not really fond of Turians, but I understand humanity needs friends, so I stressed the co-operation with the Turians but made sure it was clear I commanded the ship. As a bonus I told her Saren was behind Eden Prime.

Then I went to see Dr Michel to unload some gear. That fine piece of tail offers me ridiculous amounts of credits for the things I sell.

Went to C-Sec and bought myself a Spectre class AR and a Pistol for Kaidan. I'll see the Req officer later at the Normandy for Ash's AR. Also picked up level VI Scorpion armors for me and Ashley. Kaidan can wear my level IV. I bet he loves how it smells.

Then I got up to the Financial District to go see the Hanar, might have something for sale. Ran into some family quarrel first though, in which I just had to meddle. Told the women to get gene therapy for the kid, stupid woman. The Hanar had no interesting stuff for sale, what a shame.

Got myself a ride to Chora's Den for quick acces to the Lower Markets. Morlan had nothing interesting for sale, he rarely ever does. Bah. After going up the stairs I ran into Conrad for the third time. Nicely told him to stay home. Don't want idiots like that in my precious Alliance. The Volus didn't have anything interesting for sale, too bad.

Then, just because I felt like it, I decided to stroll around the Citadel Tower. Ran into Emily Wong again. I like myself an Asian woman, but this one's getting a bit too needy. Told her I'd do the job, then came back to her and lied it was done. Hope she stops bothering me now.

I wasn't ready to go out after Saren again, and I remember a message I got from some Nassana Dantius, figured I'd go talk to her. Don't really trust her, but I'll go check it.

One final detour before heading out: decided to go check out the Wards Access. Cause you know, there might be something going on there. Ran into some ex military guy named Zabaleta claiming he knew my mom. Wouldn't give him money though, I think he's going to buy booze for it.

I figured I'd go back to my ship to call my mom. She doesn't have a mobile phone, she's a bit old fashioned, will only use starship connections. Moms :D We had a chat about Zabaleta, the guy saw some crazy ****. She wanted me to tell him to go to the VAO. I did so, the guy needs help. It was nice to talk to my mom.

So what's this Shepard like?

Given some more thought to this. So far:

In keeping with her background, she is ruthless in dealing with those who stand in her way and will do anything t see that the mission is accomplished. However, that doesn't mean being evil for the sake of it; cross her or do something which goes against the mission or her own personal sense of morality then you're in trouble.

She has a distinct dislike of a.i and has sympthay for the Quarians. She also secretly has an unrequited crush on Ash but does her best to maintain a professional attitude.

Nice von uber!

I am also replaying Mass Effect, though with the console, I'll spare you the cell phone shots :P

Just dealt with the Geth on the third planet of the Armstrong nebula.  It reminded me of enemies like an Armature and Colossus.  Like the wall leaping geth, I miss those enemies though I understand you simply can't include everything from game to game.

Arwen Shepard returned to Illium to recruit the assassin that was on her list of potential team members. Turned out the guy was targeting Nassana Dantius, the Asari diplomat who had a pirate sister that we killed two years ago. We had to fight our way through a butt-ton of Eclipse mercs to reach Nassana. When we finally got there the assassin, a Drell named Thane Krios, made quite the entrance, dropping from the ceiling and killing three mercs in the blink of an eye before killing Nassana. Let's hope the cool down on whatever powers he was using is not as bad as the cool down on the powers Jack used when escaping from Purgatory. Shepard doesn't need another squad member that puts on a good audition, then can't deliver when it comes time to go planet-side.

Following Thane's recruitment TIM called to let us know he had located a disabled Collector vessel. He wanted us to board it and search its data banks for information on the Omega 4 relay. Shepard took our new recruit Thane and Kasumi with her when she boarded the vessel.

We made a huge discovery almost right away: the Collectors are actually Protheans! I wonder what Liara will think about that? Of course, the Reapers had extensively modified them and they were basically just husks now. So destroying them will hardly amount to genocide; the Reapers had already committed that atrocity long ago.

It seemed unlikely that we would be able to simply waltz in, get the information we wanted, and leave. And sure enough, the Collectors had laid a trap for us. Not only that, but EDI let us know that TIM had to have been aware it was a trap and didn't warn us. That SOB! Shepard is beginning to wonder if the dude is actually working for the Reapers.

Well we fought our way off the vessel without too many problems. Thane proved as good in this fight as his audition tape had promised, and Kasumi's flashbang turned out to have magical properties, rendering Harbinger completely powerless. Shepard enjoyed walking up to Harby and punching him to death while he stood there helpless, hurling insults at us. This bacteria just smacked your limitless butt into the next dimension Harby!

Once back on the Normandy, Shepard cussed out TIM. He admitted he knew it was a trap but claimed that he couldn't reveal that to Shepard lest she give away the fact that she knew to the Collectors. Fair enough, I guess. Shepard herself is not above sacrificing people under her command if it meant accomplishing the mission. Kaidan Alenko found that out the hard way. Anyway, TIM told us that EDI had confirmed that the Collectors use a special IFF that causes the Omega 4 relay to behave differently when they use it than when non-Collector vessels use it. So we needed to get one of those IFF's. And, somewhat naturally I suppose, TIM knew just where to find one: a derelict Reaper that had died in a battle 37 million years ago. Great, another set up. Although this time TIM did warn us in advance that we should expect trouble since he had already sent one team to investigate and they had stopped reporting in.

Rather than going after that IFF right away, however, Shepard decided to continue building her team. Our next task was to recruit an Asari Justicar currently located on Illium. We found the woman, but she would only agree to help us if we could find out how a fugitive she was seeking got off Illium. So we fought through a bunch more Eclipse mercs to get the name of the ship the fugitive had left on. The Justicar was pleased and agreed to join our mission.

Even though we had recruited just about everyone we needed to, there were still "family issues" that needed to be dealt with to get Shepard's team focused. Shepard may start charging $60 an hour every time her crew wants to talk to her in the future. Family counseling doesn't come cheap and by this time Shepard is an expert at it. In this case, Thane let us know that his son had taken a job as a hitman on the Citadel and he wanted to stop him. Garrus the former law enforcement officer goes to the Citadel to put a hit on someone, Thane the assassin goes to the Citadel to stop his son from putting a hit on someone. Its a messed up, topsy-turvy galaxy we live in. Whatever. We put a stop to the assassination and Thane's son will now serve a few years in prison.

Next up, Samara wants our help to kill her daughter. Do opposites really attract? Maybe Thane and Samara should get together.

Elizabeth Nanacy Shepard is doing routine checks when all of sudden the Normandy is under attack from an unknown enemy. As she puts her helmet on, T'soni tells that Joker is still in the cockpit and refuses to leave. Let me get get this straight. Liara came all the way from the cockpit to tell me Joker won't leave and didn't make any effort to get him to an escape pod. Boy oh boy. Asari are really pathetic. Lisa, wishing she left the idiot on Therum, tells her to leave and she will get the clown.

Joker is convinced he can save the ship. This guy is an idiot. Lisa wanted to leave him, but to her better judgement grabbed him and got him into a escape pod. All of sudden Lisa is tossed away from the ship and realizes she has an airleak in her suit. Lisa realized she will never see Earth again. Everything went dark.

Lisa wakes up hearing a female voice telling her to leave since the facility she's in is under attack. The voice leads her to where she needs to go and eventually see's a guy named Jacob Taylor. He tells her that she's been dead for 2 years and was brought back to life. He mentioned most of the Normandy crew survived and have gone their separate ways.

The two of them end up helping a guy named Wilson who was part of the project that rebuilt Lisa. She also learns that it's Cerberus that brought her back to life and was told that any question she wanted answered should be directed to TIM who is in charge. Till that time she fought through some more robots and got to a door when a woman puts a hole in Wilson. This is Miranda Lawson, the big cheese for project Lazarus.

I confront TIM who tells me I was brought back to stop the reapers. That was nice and all, but ususally when someone is dead they want to stay dead. Since Lisa is alive she will make the most of it by killing any female squadmates she encounters. She doesn't give a crap. If someone gives her a problem, she will kill them. TIM mentions going to Freedom's Progress to gather anything in the abduction of the colony and find a way to prevent anymore abductions. She talks with Miranda who cops an attitude with her. Lisa will play along. She likes to play b*t*h too. This will be fun.

On freedoms progress she runs into Tali, a former squadmate. Lisa regrets not killing her when chasing Saren and hopes she will never see her again. The Quarians were there looking for another Quarian. Lisa along with Jacob, Miranda and their cat suits destroy more robots and find Veetor only to discover its the Collectors taking the colonists.

Back talking with TIM who complies a list of possible squadmates for Lisa to help takedown the collectors, she runs into Joker. Lisa isn't happy to see the moron. She should've let him die with the SR1. Joker shows Lisa her new ship who calls it the Normandy SR2. Lisa likes the new ship. She will spend a short time in her cabin before talking with the crew.
