Boy, Phantoms are not my friend. I have some trouble taking them down with Soldier. I still managed in this mission and didn't die, but it was damn close They're such slippery bastards, haha. Shooting them is not a good idea as I miss a lot of times, but... no one had Overload. Oh well.
It was interesting to see this mission without Jacob, and I even found some more Vega dialogue when talking to Dr. Archer, since I didn't do Overlord this time. Woohoo.

 

Not sure what your build is, but Concussive Shot is useful. They either try to dodge, or stop and put up that bubble thing which makes shooting them easier.

 

Oh yeah, stasis bubble + sniper rifle ftw against phantoms. Gotta time it just right though, or you get bubble full of nothing.  Not that that ever happens to me....

What an exhausting day. I spent the entire day running all around the Citadel doing errands for people. First it was Aria who want me to handle some mercs for her to get them on her side. Then it was helping Jordam Bau track down a rogue Hanar. We managed to stop a Hanar from releasing a virus that would cripple the Hanar homeworld's defenses, but Jordam died during the excursion.

 

At least Kaidan was awake, having recovered from surgery. Udina was offering a Spectre position, but Kaidan was reluctant to accept. 

 

And I ran into Kelly! I offered her the opportunity to join the Normandy again, but she refused. Too many nightmares about her abduction by the Collectors. And she saved my fish! I made sure i bought an Aquarium VI to handle them. I also convinced Kelly to change her name and appearance so Cerberus would not track her down. She thought there was no way Cerberus would be after her, but she agreed to do it for me. Frankly i agree with her, but best not to take any chances with them. The Illusive Man can be a bit nuts.

 

Then it was off to another meeting with Aria where she went over her plan to take back Omega. Not sure i like the plan, but we both agree that Cerberus holding Omega is bad for the galaxy.

 

And then it was off to see Dr. Bryson. He told me about the Leviathan of Dis and how it was destroyed by a Reaper killer and that he wanted it found. And then his assistant, who appeared to be indoctrinated, killed him. What a day. At least EDI helped me track down the location of another assistant, Dr. Garneau.

 

And if that wasn't enough, Hackett wanted us to go check out a Cerberus Lab. Turns out they were studying Reaper technology. We got some samples, but then things got hot and Cortez had to bug out while he fought Cerberus until Cortez could return and get us out of there. I think we got lucky.

 

And then someone switched all my music to Krogan Opera Rap. I did not even know that was a genre. Now I have a headache.

I've done that too. Also flipped into the lava on Therum. I just headcanon that it's Kaidan driving.

Were you at least throwing Armatures and Colossi off the cliff? I love doing that. I do it on Therum too.

*thumb up* Wonderful combo. It's probably the best way to take down Cerberus forces before they even reach the ground. You know, just use Stasis right under shuttle doors...

*cough* Sorry, got distracted. That works as well, though it's funny to watch them jump out of the shuttle just to get stuck in Stasis bubble.

I like to use Singularity durning tram fight in Mars Archives. When the car with Cerberus approaches, I just order Liara to drop Singularity and watch all of them get thrown under the car. They have looooooong way down

I just finished ME2. Its the first time since before ME3 was released that I had all 12 squadmates loyal. Here's the result of that playthrough.

Jannisara went to Thessia to find an old artifact that the Asari thought could be of help in the reaper war. Thessia however was under heavy reaper attack. She took Liara and Javik as ground team. The situation on Thessia was desperate.

This mission rocked Liaras world in more ways than one.

Of course Cerberus was there. Jannisara faced a major setback and together with Liara witnessed the demise of Thessia.

TIM turned out delusional.

In the end TIM was beyond reason but the bastard Kai Leng got away with the protean VI.

Jannisara was saved from a potentially deadly fall by a dear friend.

Thessia...

 

Back on the Normandy doubt did take it's toll for a while so Jannisara decided it could be a time as good as any for some shore leave.

Ended as renegade with occasional paragon moments (only while talking).

I also discovered that ME1 doesn't like gambling. Tried to finish Citadel: Schells the Gambler by actually collecting the data (normally I give device to Doran - I like to imagine it means free drinks). This is what happened every single time I exited Quasar and tried to move.

That actually happened to me too when I tried gambling with Schells' device. It kept happening even after reloading a couple times, so I gave up and ended up giving the device to Doran. I then went back to Schells who was understandably upset about losing years of research, and said " What am I supposed to do now?". Kaidan told him to get a job. Ha XD

For me, it's Wrex. The Mako always ends up upside down in a hole when he drives.  I've also gone too far out in the water on Virmire and drowned. Seriously, with those tires, why can't the darn thing float?!
