"Again I am pleased with how Amy has turned out in me2, you can never tell how they will look. "
You know what I do? I go to the site http://www.masseffec...torial=me2tome1
Create your character on me2 first. Take a note of the facial code, copy it to the site, it will generate the set of options for you to retroactively use on ME1. And then you´re good to go, knowing exactly how he or she will look on 2.
That means that Capek is next. Ugh. Hardest mission in all of ME2. Maybe hardest mission in the entire series.
Unless you're an infiltrator. Or if you're not playing on Insanity. Then it's cake.
I think every class has a method for breezing through, since the mechs only have to be distracted for a few seconds as the winding path through the boxes quickly eliminates line of sight (and Soldier can just sprint through). The only class where I struggled with it was, ironically, the Sentinel.
Although, I do like shooting my way through; but the right team needs to be brought in or else it's downright miserable.

Oh, good to know. What a relief. I was starting to wonder if her gun was bigger than mine.

Today we start a new trilogy run. No insanity this time. I mean, depending on the mission I may ramp the difficulty up just for fun... but some of 'em? nah. Once was enough. Geth primes, I'm looking right at ya, heh. Anyway...
I'm second-in-command on a new prototype frigate. That we needed the turians to be involved in its design is tough to accept. Politics, bah. Our mission is to take the Normandy on a shakedown cruise out to the human colony on Eden Prime. As I head for the cockpit, I have to admit to being impressed. I can't help but dream that someday I'll have a ship like this. I didn't become known as the Butcher of Torfan just to play second fiddle to an aging warhorse for the rest of my career. I do have some respect for Anderson, though. Those old vids of the First Contact War are the reason I joined the Alliance in the first place and he was there. He survived.
Our pilot and staff lieutenant are yakking it up as we come out of the Relay. I remind them who they are and to be professional. That's what I like; people doing their jobs. Alenko's not bad-looking. I'm intrigued to find out what kind of soldier he is. Ah, I'm being paged. As I head back to the briefing room, I have to grit my teeth and keep repeating to myself that I'll be the one giving orders one day. Our navigator starts to whine at me about aliens on a human vessel, and I tell him to shut up and do his job. I don't need someone echoing my own thoughts. Just outside the briefing room I bump into the doctor and Cpl. Jenkins. Good kid. He's from Eden Prime. Eager to prove himself. I know what that's like and I agree with him that the mission seems like a waste of time. The doc tries to keep him from getting too excited, but I think it's a losing proposition. She doesn't care for my feelings about soldiers getting wounded. I want to ask her why she joined the navy then, but I bite my tongue. She may have to patch me up someday.
In the briefing room, Anderson hasn't arrived yet. The spectre is there, though. Nihlus. Turian. Freaky-looking. I don't trust him, and I ignore his veiled insinuations that humanity isn't ready to be a part of the galactic community yet. He gives me a gun, I'll give him a five-second headstart, then we'll see who's ready. Anderson arrives and tells me they've uncovered a prothean beacon on Eden Prime and that's one reason we're going. We're supposed to take it to the citadel so they can study it. I don't agree but who am I to argue? Politics again. Nihlus then tells me he's there to evaluate me as a spectre candidate. I act disdainful but inside I'm jumping for joy. That's the kind of job I can really sink my teeth into.
As we approach Eden Prime we get a distress call. Looks like someone else wants the beacon. Biggest ship I've ever seen is there and whatever it dropped off is wreaking havoc on the colony. I tell Jenkins and Alenko to grab their gear and be ready. Nihlus wants to scout things out on his own. Lone wolf. I can respect that, but it's better he doesn't get in my way anyway. This mission is mine.
Planetside, Jenkins proves to be a little too eager and doesn't stay in cover as we advance to the beacon co-ordinates. Flying drones attack and fill him full of holes. Dumb kid. Had the makings of a good soldier. Nothing to be done about it now, so we keep moving and kill a few more drones. On our way we rescue another Alliance soldier from from robots with flashlights for heads. Gunnery chief Ashley Williams. I saw that transmission of the attack before we arrived. She'd done well to survive this long, and she knew her way around. Except for a few cryptic messages from the spectre, Alenko and I were flying blind. She was happy to lead us to the beacon, and hopefully get some revenge. I like her.
We encounter a couple scientists hiding out in one of the prefab labs, and I have to knock one of them out before his crazy ravings gave us away. Clearly the attack has him unhinged, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't enjoy the punch. Felt good to hit something just then. The dig site is empty and the beacon has been moved. What the hell is going on on this planet? We kill a few more toasters flashlights -- Williams says they're geth -- and find some farmers hiding out in another prefab. They can't tell us much, except that the beacon had been moved to the spaceport up ahead. One mystery solved at least. We find out they've been stealing military goods, and Williams tears them a new one. I do like her. I don't have time for their blubbering denials so I just tell them to hand everything over and we continue on our way.
We hear a gunshot and pick up the pace, rounding a corner just in time to see that giant ship taking off. If the geth are back and this is what they're flying around in we are in deep ****. At the spaceport we find a newly-ventilated Nihlus and a scared-to-death dockworker cowering behind some crates. Another smuggler. He saves himself from being being punched in the jaw too by telling us about a second turian who killed Nihlus. This mission is really starting to go way off the rails, and I wonder if maybe I should have talked to that crazy Manuel a little bit before silencing him. We kill a few more geth and board the tram for the other spaceport. The dockworker told us that's where the beacon had been moved. Maybe we'd get some answers there.
Nope, we just find bombs and more geth. Crap. Though no sign of the other turian -- Saren, according to the dockworker. He must have been on that ship. We do find the beacon, so Jenkins didn't die for nothing at least. Alenko gets a little too close to it and activates it somehow. Good-looking but dumb as a post. I pull him away from the beacon and get caught in its glow instead. It fills my mind full of death and destruction and a whole lot that I can't make any sense of, and then it blows up and there is only darkness...
Why is Amy using the men´s restroom?
I doubt Shepard had the wherewithal to tell whether or not a bathroom was for men or women after getting falling-down drunk on ryncol.
What has Amy done today? She's gone hi-res:

Played Leviathan DLC, pretty awesome. Don't see why the Leviathans can't just end this war since they have the power to do so. It would make Elizabeth's job much easier..but at least I have them as help....
Elizabeth Shepard traveled to Sanctuary but found it in bad shape. Sanctuary was attacked by Reapers..guess this ends the relationship with Cerberus. Liz fought with some Cerberus fellows and killed them all. Liz found out Miranda is here looking for her sister Oriana, Liz must catch up with Miranda. Liz then finds out that Sanctuary is just another Cerberus facility doing tests on people and turning them into husks, Liz swears when she finds the Illusive man she is going to grab him by the neck and squeeze as hard as she can. Liz meets up with Miranda who was just in a fight with Kai Leng who once again left with valuable information. Miranda's father has Oriana help hostage, but Liz tells him if he lets Oriana go she wont kill him. He lets her go..and Miranda kills him. Before Liz leaves Miranda tells her that she put a tracking device on Kai Leng..now Liz is going to take the fight to Cerberus's front door!
I feel as though I am almost done with ME3..been an awesome ride so far.
Elizabeth Shepard travels to Cerberus base to put a stop to Cerberus once and for all. Alliance helps out. Liz and her squad fight some Cerberus troops. Liz find a Vid Com about the Lazerus project, the Illusive man is a very sneaky guy. Little more fighting, then Liz finds another Vid Com about EDI, third Vid com about Kai Leng..and then the final one about Illusive man and controlling the Reapers. Liz reaches Illusive mans "Office", a hologram of the Illusive man shows up annoying as ever. Illusive man talks his Reaper control nonsense, Liz disagrees with it. Liz talks with the Prothean VI who reveals what the Catalyst is. So of course the Illusive man knows as well and has informed the Reapers so now they have taken it and are protecting it thus making Liz's job that much more difficult. Kai Leng decides to fight with Liz, she defeats him. Though he gets back up and comes after Liz who is unaware, Liz puts an end to Kai leng. (Only time I used the Renegade quick time option, not sure if something happens if I don't.)
Now it is time, Elizabeth Heads to Earth. (Awesome Cut scene) Liz just does some crazy fighting against a lot of Reapers. Liz and her squad end up on a rooftop with no pick up..yet..she must survive until help arrives..more crazy fighting. A shuttle arrives and Liz and her squad get on, to be greeted by Anderson. Liz has a brief conversation with him. (Another cool Cut Scene) Liz talks with some old and new friends. From here on it is just crazy fighting. Liz and Alliance run toward the lift to the Citadel..everyone dies on the way there..and Liz almost dies as well. She makes it into the lift and into Citadel, Anderson contacts her who is also on the Citadel. Liz makes it to the main area where Anderson is also at. But the Illusive man shows up this time int he flesh..well what is left. Liz can tell the Illusive man has lost it and is obviously being controlled by the Reapers. Liz tries to talk the Illusive man down but no good. Illusive man shoots Anderson (didn't think I had to press Right trigger) Almost shoots Liz but she shoots him first. Liz activates the Crucible but nothing is happening..Liz passes out and is lifted to the top of the Citadel. She meets the Catalyst who goes on about how the Reapers are good and needed and what have you. Then he gives Liz three options, she can destroy all synthetic life including the reapers..but that she may be hurt as well since she is part synthetic, she can control the Reapers but she basically dies but remains aware, or she can Synthesis which connects both Organics and Synthetics. This is a hard choice for Liz. She chooses Synthesis.
From here it is just awesome Cut Scenes and some tears in my eyes as I watch what happens to Liz. And the ending Cut Scenes were great as well..Sad also.
ME3 was a great game I am glad I played it such and awesome ride! Going to play it again this time as an Engineer (Multiplayer got me kind of hooked on Engineer).
What happens if I start a new game with ME3 import? Can I still choose name and customize? I will say I was upset that for the verylast conversation with the Illusive man I couldn't get any Moral choices, My paragon was very high.
Bioware makes some really good RPGs love Dragon age and Mass Effect!

Synthesis? Blimey.
Take it you didn't do that option? I would just feel bad for Joker to be without EDI. Though next time I am going to kill the reapers. I also hear there is a secret ending for that choice also..one that will make me very happy.
Today I finished work early due to a hospital appoinemt, so afterwards I squeezed in this:

Poor Amy, she going to be pissed when ME3 comes around.
She's staying miles away from that particular prize.

I grew to love the engineer class in my last playthrough. I wish my drone could have a personality like Glyph. I'd model him after HK-47 so he could call everyone he zapped a meatbag.

Never picked synthesis nor will I ever.
For me its destroy all the time
