PEACE :)

Strangely enough, Geth Primes became my best buddies when I was trying to Gold Solo with my Krogan Vanguard. The thing about Primes is they make a big, big target that you almost never fail with when smashing the Charge button. I had a ton of wave 8 wipe outs because there were no Primes on wave 8 meaning I could not reliably target someone for Charge. Odd as it may seem, I ended up wishing there were MORE Primes, not fewer.

Is any one else bummed that we never got a Geth Prime as a squadmate. How cool would that have been?

I liked to of had the Prime for a squadmate only to get the Pulse Cannon for a weapon

Actually, they are carrying a Geth Spitfire, not a Pulse Cannon. I'm just happy they use Siege Pulse instead of the Spitfire. That would be murder! In MP the Siege Pulse is a power and not tied to a weapon.

As to a Prime for a squadmate: based on just how sloooooow they are, I think I could live without it just fine. (Really, I don't like the Juggernaut because it is just so slow.)

According to this, they use a pulse cannon

We begin the career of Lt. Commander Darya Shepard. Born Mindoir. Her squad killed on Akuze.

Today I 'cheated' to renegade save Reegar. I just couldn't do it on insanity, so I set it to casual for that battle :P Paragon is hard enough as it is. No Geth Pulse rifle though, but I rarely use it anyway. It could've been great on Zaeed, but meh.

I did that mission on hardcore once, just to get the geth pulse rifle. For a guy who usually plays on casual or normal, hardcore was tough enough... and I used the geth rifle once

It's good for squadmates like Zaeed and Garrus though, who have acces to sniper rifles aswell. It sucks on Shepard :P

Just like the Tempest is awesome on them, but the Locust is much better for Shepard because of superior aim.

If I remember right, I took Grunt and Garrus with me on most missions after that, and Garrus always had the sniper rifle.

I finally got around to loading this game on the PC. I've had it on the 360 for years. I'm getting used to PC controls, and loaded the texmod so ME1 would look decent. My avatar is my ME1 Shepard from the last picture in the sequence with dramatic lighting effects added. It's amazing how much time you can spend in the character creation screen tweaking the appearance. FYI, texmod IMO, looks better without film grain.

I just started the second leg of my trilogy run, and I'm finding it difficult to get used to the controls after ME1. I keep wanting to hit the spacebar when combat starts and nothing happens and before I know it I've got no shields.

And that's why I'm playing it on casual. I don't know where any of the controls are. I just figured out how to hot key stuff.

I usually use it when I'm wearing the Blood Dragon armor because they go together.

Yeah, it's kinda the same in reverse too, going from ME2-3 to ME1. Left-shift did nothing, and it took a bit to stop expecting shep to dive-roll somewhere when I brought up the HUD.

What would have been funny is if I thought about that, aimed, used throw and took the screenshot.

Got as far as the Cerberus base as my plucky engineer shepard in ME3 while doing a completionist all dlc run on Insanity. Decided I did not feel like finishing the game...

Just realised I'm going to have to if I want that achievement.

Also left General Petrovsky speechless after fixing the omega reactor problem with a wave of my omni tool. Sent him off to Jail to work on his chess game. I'm sure he'll land on his feet, the Emprie is looking for star destroyer captains.

Not sure if I'll be ashamed or impressed at being part of the 4% that did insanity

Tianshi took Mordin and Grunt to Tuchanka. Grunt was pacing in the cargo hold and well.. we can't have that. Mordin had alread spoken to me about  his assistant earlier.

We met Wreave. Typical Krogan. I asked him about Grunt and it was some puberty issue :P we did the Rite, killed the Tresher Maw and took down some Krogans after.

Then it was time to get Mordin's assistant. Turned out he wasn't held there, but try'd curing the Genophage voluntarily. Mordin shot him, and I made sure he destroyed the data. The Genophage is there for a a good reason.

Then I did some talking on the Normandy, as I do after every mission.

That would be cool. I guess you don't have a save right before that scene so you could get a screenshot?

Speaking of throw.... it's complete BS how effective.

1320 Newtons of force, the most powerful you can get in ME3, is less than that of a fastball.

I guess the most likely reason is that no one cared or they figured no one else would notice.

Although perhaps they used Newton as a shorthand for a kila-Newton, or something like that, similar to how a Calorie on nutritional information labels is actually a kila-Calorie.
