If you played Multiplayer a little more, this would blow your mind. The top picture, the entire dark aura around him is called Annihilation FIeld and any enemy caught in it is primed for a Biotic Explosion, also it does damage over time. It's one of the best powers out there!

I tried some solo MP yesterday. I died pretty fast, heh.

I had a computer crash a while back while playing the game. It seems alt+tab disagrees with ME3 sometimes, at least on my computer it does. Anyway it wiped out that I had acquired all the bonus powers and I had to re-acquire them. Maybe it did the same for my achievements. I've got them all now though except for the 'mech and the MP specific ones... and the armax arsenal arena ones. I'm missing some of those.

Maybe a Dragoon Krogan Warlord can cheer you up!

Well, if your framerate is like 60fps...your enemies are harder than a person who's running at 30fps or lower.

Dragoon Krogan Warlords always cheer me up, even if I dunno exactly what they are. Is that your dragoon krogan warlord?

On Armax Arsenal Arena, they're the guys with the Yellow whips when you fight Elite or higher Cerberus. They are characters in MP that are called Ex-Cerberus Phoenix Projects

I remember playing Quake 2 deathmatches against my older brother back in the day. He was on broadband, I was on dial-up. I'd see some health or ammo and head toward it, no sign of my brother. Just as I got to the health, I'd see him zip by me, there'd be a pause, and then I'd be respawning. I cursed my brother alot in those days... I know it's not the same as what you're talking about, but I just thought I'd share another of my MP experiences.

When I started up the game last night, I set it up for 'unknown enemies' and 'unknown location' for the xp bonuses, thinking I'd level up a few times and start unlocking things. I got reapers both times, and the "N7: Cerberus Attack" (on Tuchanka) map the first time, and the Benning map the second. They flanked me within seconds on both maps.

Ah okay, they look frakkin' deadly. I never fought elite cerberus at Armax Arena. Did elite reapers instead, for Javik's sake.

Heh, why not? Kai Leng didn't need it anymore after I stabbed him. I guess this guy had it reforged.

You have to know how to use your character, and also, a lot of other stuff that comes with soloing or just fighting in-general...this is my scrub bronze solo with the Human Male Sentinel! It could help you understand some of the things I did. This is on PC, obviously, and I am terrible on PC.

Fight Elite or the hardest difficulty for Cerberus on Armax and you'll see them. This is the only time where they will ever appear on Story Mode.

Thanks for the video. Were you at level 1 with that sentinel? I was playing a level 1 soldier last night. I didn't have any ammo mods or much in the way of powers. Maybe I should switch classes.

Ah okay, I'll have to try that next time I get to the citadel dlc.

No wonder he's at the top of the leaderboard at armax. Are those like homing grenades?

1) No, I was like Level 14....

3) Lol, yes they are! No Volus characters possess them, but I thought they looked cool on Voluses! :) Barla Von is definitely using OP grenades!

I noticed that when you took a hit after your shields went down your health didn't go down anywhere near as quickly as mine did, lol. And your cooldowns were pretty quick too.

Those grenades definitely look cool.

I had a light weapon with incendiary rounds II. That helped me make fire explosions, and the lower cooldowns helped me with Biotic Explosions. Tech Armor was for damage reduction.

Looked like you were doing a pretty good job with the explosions to me. My poor level 1 soldier would have soiled his armor when he saw those brutes.

You may want to level him up to level 20 if you're trying to do some Bronze solos. I've done a lot of Bronze solos, more than 11 Gold solos, not a lot of Silvers, and one Platinum solo....on the PS3. I'm well experienced on how to take care of Bronze situations. Brutes are very easy if you kill them from far away. Armor piercing and Warp ammo are your friends against Armored enemies along with Incendiary ammo! :D

Watching that video, I was getting flashbacks of my engineershep insanity run. So many explosions, although most of mine were of the sabotage+overload variety. I definitely don't think a level one character is ready for that. I know in SP I don't let the brutes get too close... well try not to anyway.

Lol, 'cause Brutes can pick you up and insta-kill you. But Brutes are the least of my worries. It's Banshees, Ravagers, and Marauders that will be a pain in the end.

Yeah I definitely remember those insanity banshees. On Horizon there's one that drops right on your head when the machinery starts running.

That one is a bit harder to face with all of those Marauders around and the confined space to fight in.

Take like Liara. Liara has Warp amd Warp ammo. She can deal heavy damage to Barrier'd and Armored enemies. Of course, Warp ammo in Multiplayer is far better than the Single Player one.

Except for Thessia and Eden Prime, Liara spent that entire game watching TV in her room, lol. Garrus and James (and Grunt, so to speak) went just about everywhere with me. I mixed it up a bit and brought EDI or Javik once awhile. But I made it through Horizon after I finally got Garrus into a good firing position. Sent my drones to zap the marauders out of cover, then Garrus shot them, while James and I took down the banshee.

On Insanity within the mission of the Ardat-Yakshi monastery, Garrus was like getting impaled by two Banshees repeatedly when we were going to set off the bomb. I didn't think that would happen, but I had to use that to my advantage to kill the Banshees.... :S
