Yup I just head cannoned that she looked over to him.
It's funny, but I've only ever taken Miranda on the final part of that mission, no matter who I'm romancing.

Funny, I found that if I don't take Miranda I take my Garrus as he comes in handy.
I think a lot of my reasoning is that I'd rather see Miranda as the new broker.

Same as me I rather see her as the new broker as she makes more sense than Liara
Lol, why?
Because Liara's been plowing through data all her adult life and Miranda killed people?
Miranda actually fits better as she also been data minding as well but ignore that little tidbit. She fits for the role as you kind of have to be ruthless to be with the shadow broker. She's a paragon and clashes with the organization, which needs ruthlessness to get by in this business type.Lol, why?

What?
What?
So tongiht, Samara or a loyalty mission.. or Overlord.. hmm.
Overlord is one of the few times Tali can really shine as a squad mate. So I would say do her LM before doing Overlord. I usually go with Team Dextro for Overlord.

Team Dextro ![]()
I tend to take Miranda and Garrus/Kasumi... or a loyal Tali. Thing is that nowadays I tend to get her loyalty after recruiting Legion.
Lets continue Elizabeth Nancy Shepard's murderous adventures
Lisa has Garrus and Kaidan with her when they enter the dreadnought to shutdown the signal. She has both G and K carry 5 gallon water tanks on their back and a water bottle attached to the second barrel of their weapons. Both gave her the what the look. When they encounter the first of many Geth, she told them to shoot water on the robots, then hit them with overload. It was a very shocking event. They both got a good laugh and for the rest of the mission all they did was fry the machines. She finds a Geth hooked up that calls Lisa by her name. She learns from this thing that the robots chose slavery over death. Stupid machines. I rather die then be a slave. What do you expect from a tin can.
After disabling the signal, Lisa takes Javik and Garrus to rescue Admiral Koris. Apparently Javik doesn't think bananas will do any harm to the machines. Boy was he ever wrong. Lisa ate a banana and threw the peel at a group of Geth and while they were slipping, one of them fired a rocket into a Prime blowing it up. Javik admitted that was funny and impressed. After Steve destroyed the jammer, Lisa was able to go find and rescue the Admiral.
Back on the ship the Geth finds the base from which the signal is coming from, so Lisa takes James and Garrus with her to destroy the base. Garrus instead of carry a water tank, he's carrying a tank full of oil and with James having incendiary ammo, the burning of the machines will commence. Lisa, with help, made short work of the tin cans. They confronted three Geth Primes. Withing a few second they were toast. Lisa, James and Garrus are having so much fun. Now lisa is face-to-face with a reaper. Come on punk make my day. Lisa watches as the creepy crawler fires its laser at her. She runs to one side avoiding the laser. Turns to the wimp and says ha ha ha ha you missed me. For something as advanced as you are, you suck when it comes to killing me.
Finally with the reaper down it speaks to Lisa. Ok. Why the heck do these things talk with a very deep voice? Are they trying to make up for something they're lacking? Why can't I talk to a reaper with a female voice? After a long pause, the reaper says its something that cannot be comprehended. At this point, Lisa deosn't really want to know. With a final blast from orbit the thing is dead. But it gets even funnier. The Geth wants to upload the reaper code. Lisa couldn't stop laughing and told Gerrel to wipe out the machines. Thats rich. What made the machine believe I would let it upload that crap? Stupid machine.
Back on the Normandy, she gets a message from the Asari Councillor with information that may help. Before Lisa sees the councillor, she wants to checkout something about some ex cerberus scientsts first.
With Kaidan and Garrus at her side, they fight through Cerberus soldiers again. At this point, Lisa wouldn't call them soldiers, but rather wannebe soldiers thinking they can do what they want with that reaper tech crap stuck in their head. She meets a former squadmate, Jacob Taylor, who helped her defeat the collectors. She also learns he will be a father. Back to fighting the keystone cops and throwing banana peels at them. After the war, Lisa will see if banana peels can be added as a weapon to be used.
Back on the ship, Lisa has Joker head to the Citadel to talk with the councilor.
So my "make the opposite decision" trilogy run is going pretty well so far....
My custom engineer femshep is pissing people off left and right as she kills her way across the galaxy. Killed nearly everyone on Feros (lol who needs knockout gas grenades?). Rachnni queen? Dead. Kept Wrex alive on Virmire so he can be killed in more spectacular fashion later. Kirrahe and his team made excellent cannon fodder. Kaiden died while bravely protecting the bomb by repeatedly shooting the water next to his feet.
What difference does a loyal/non-loyal tali make to overlord?
Tali is best with Energy Drain. It keeps her alive and does damage to the enemy and has a 12 second base cool down. Her Drone is horrible. It has a 30 second base cool down. Her hacking is OK. But Energy Drain is her star power.
What difference does a loyal/non-loyal tali make to overlord?
Loyal Tali can drain shields. It's all nice and fun that she can hack enemies and use drones, but I don't take anyone with me that cannot strip some form of protection.
With the exception of Legion on Tali's LM ![]()

I usually go with Legion and Tali for double hacking.
Ah so no dialogue changes; just combat.
Unfortunately, no. You think Legion would have lots of things to say.
I imported my Soldier into ME3 last night, and firstly I must say that I am very happy that the allocated points that transferred over to ME3 are in the exact place I would have put them myself. It always sucks whenever I have to import my Vanguard or Sentinel, since the way I assigned my points in ME2 was optimal for that game, but it's not the case in ME3, so I always need to wait until I get back on the Normandy to reset the point allocation. I probably could just re-allocate them the way I want in ME2 first before importing into ME3, in fact, why the hell did I just not do that? Oh ffs, why did I just realise this now? URRGGGHHHHH
Quickly moving on, I must say that the Soldier class is amazing in ME3, Concussive Shot is actually good now and the recharge time is so low, I'm pretty much just spamming Fire Explosions everywhere I go. Adrenaline Rush received a bit of a nerf, not as bad as the Tech Armour nerf mind you, but still significant. No more 140% extra damage ;_:
I don't mind though, I have the ability to create my own combos, bar Biotic ones, with the ammo powers + CS, which is a little OP tbh, since unlike the caster classes I'm able to carry all the big and powerful guns, and I'll still be able to spam the thing, but I ain't complaining, every class is OP in this game.
I stopped playing half way through Mars last night since I was tired from the long day I had had, but I'm looking forward to picking up the game again later on.

Before transferring I always visit Mordin's terminal and deinvest all my talent points. That way I can have the points ready to spend in ME3.

Yeah, I have no idea why I didn't think of this until 10 minutes. I've made myself suffer so much.

This.. is f'ing brilliant.
How I never thought of this is beyond me, it's so simple
