Daemul: Well, when you first leave the citadel you will be able to reset shepard´s powers in the infirmary at no cost. So even if you forgot to reset in me2, you just need to complete Earth and Mars prior to being able to reset.

Dude, you should know better than to buy any fish until after dinner with Kelly (or purchasing the aquarium VI).

Last night I continued my casual return to MP by getting my Quarian Infiltrator to level 17. The number of people I've pissed off by Widow headshotting a mob they were going up to melee? Priceless.

Any MP vets want to advise me which packs are the best to buy? I don't have many gun attachments, and I'm starting to have enough race/classes unlocked for my next trip to level 20. Guns I'm doing okay on, but then I don't know the best MP guns.

Something is wrong with the mod drop rate. I guess my best success was with Arsenal Packs, but its really chancy. It sucks having all my rare weapons maxed out, but still only having level one power amp mods. Currently I am going to focus on Veteran packs to try to max out the mods, but if you haven't maxed out your rare guns, I would go with the Arsenal Packs.

Kelly never asked me for dinner :'(

Maybe because after Horizon I told her I still love Ashley. And maybe it's a good thing, I've heard she has diseases :P

Hmm. This reminds me, I need to pick up Thane since I believe that is when you can ask her for dinner.

It´s either Thane or Samara. Kelly gets really happy if you say you find her even more attractive than the Justicar.

One piece of advice, for those who like to buy the fish earlier. Do not play overlord or lair of the shadow broker. You will be gone for too long without visiting your quarters to feed the fish. These 2 dlcs count as several separate missions.

Or at least delay these missions until Kelly can take care of them.

Just got caught up reading the last several pages of this thread. Really enjoyed all the story updates.

I haven't continued my ME1 playthrough in the last two days, but I've been thinking about Yosef Shepard's last conversations with his squadmates and what he thinks of them. The most shocking change from my previous playthroughs with him is still his interactions with Ashley. After her comment about aliens on the ship (which came poorly timed when Yosef just finished his talk with Tali, who mentioned not feeling at home on the Normandy) got shut down fast, they had a long conversation about her family. It was amusing to watch the way Yosef called her life boring and she said not everyone lived through all the crap he did (background-specific line or not?), but it was all good-natured. They ended things with the religious talk - basically, he doesn't have a problem with her religion if she doesn't have a problem with his lack of religion. He doesn't have a problem with her this time around. How did that happen? I think it was a different perspective on the early events around Eden Prime that helped shape his opinion of her through the rest of the game.

Everything else pretty much played out as expected. There was a great talk with Garrus about his father, where Garrus said he wouldn't like Shep and Yosef joked that his views were just like a C-sec officer. It's cool to replay the scenes where they become friends, the former gang member and the former cop.

John was headed to the citadel when he remembered that Thane had asked for his help. Guess there is no time like the present right?

ME2Game2014-05-2218-56-01-61_zps3b1e4c27

John nearly fell on the floor laughing when Thane showed up looking like a "bad boy" those piercings on the side of his head looked ridiculous.

ME2Game2014-05-2219-09-01-90_zps8625205a

When they got back to the Normandy John spent a lot of time convincing Thane to please please change back into a decent outfit. Thane finally agreed.

Some Extra photos from our little adventure tonight. We have much more to post later John was on a roll tonight!!

All those screenshots are really slowing my browser down :(

Anyways, I FINALLY did it! I got the Insanity Achievement in Mass Effect 2 on the Xbox 360. That means I've done the following:

~All Achievements in Mass Effect 2 on Xbox 360

~All Achievements in Mass Effect 3 on Xbox 360

~All Trophies in Mass Effect 2 on PS3

Now I shall get back to work on my last two trophies in Mass Effect 3 on PS3 tomorrow. All I lack is Unwavering and Insanity, and I have done all but 4 side missions (I started playing insanity on PS3 halfway into my last playthrough, so obviously, I didn't get either trophy). So I will be getting Unwavering well before Insanity. I am almost to Tuchanka on my current insanity playthrough (New Game Plus), so once I do those four side missions, I will only be doing Priority Missions (and NO DLC missions, since Omega and Citadel on Insanity are too hard for me). Unless of course I don't unlock Unwavering then for whatever reason, in which case I will continue doing Side Missions

An invisible Wrex. And then everything played out exactly my way! He jumped on the Shuttle first as he is scripted to. But then he does help me up as well. <3 <3

I remember in Baldur's Gate, when there was a scripted sequence to happen and the character meant to say the lines was either dead or absent, they had a guy called "Biff the Understudy" step in and deliver the lines.

Was it liked improved?

You could still hear Wrex and everything, you just won't see him because he's ducking down with Shepard....
