Was it liked improved?

You could still hear Wrex and everything, you just won't see him because he's ducking down with Shepard....

Well back in the Baldur's Gate days, there wasn't much voice work in the games. Biff just stood in someone else's place so the lines of floating text would have someone's head to appear over. No difference really, except Biff just had a generic apperarance instead of looking like the character he was replacing.

Lol, he replaces missing characters? How do they go missing?

You kill 'em.

One of those RPGs in which you can kill every NPC

Sometimes you have conversations with more than one person, and sometimes on of the people you were supposed to be talking to could be killed. Some of your possible party members didn't like eachother -- that's nothing new -- but sometimes they would leave the party or even attack.

EDIT: There you go, Psychevore said it better lol.

That means it was poor game designing. The game was scripted to follow a linear path while the story and characters itself was completely malleable.

Hey man, we're talking about a time when I was still in elementary school, or just went to high school (can't remember exactly). Being able to kill NPC's at all was a big deal.

Well, it's not like Biff joined your party or anything. He just stepped in and delivered a couple lines here and there, if needed.

Lol, because NPCs weren't acknowledged as kill'able objects when I still had my Windows 95 back in 2006.

That reminds me of that one guy that pops out of the side of the TV in Mortal Kombat that goes "Whoopsie!"

You know, at one point in ME3 Javik can say that quarians were considered attractive even back in his time. It makes me wonder about Tali's -- or any quarian's -- appearance and what a prothean might find attractive.

Quarians are quite the mystery. Only Shepard has ever seen her face. But that's not true, there's always a spare mask.... :-/

All those screenshots are really slowing my browser down :(

Anyways, I FINALLY did it! I got the Insanity Achievement in Mass Effect 2 on the Xbox 360. That means I've done the following:

~All Achievements in Mass Effect 2 on Xbox 360

~All Achievements in Mass Effect 3 on Xbox 360

~All Trophies in Mass Effect 2 on PS3

Now I shall get back to work on my last two trophies in Mass Effect 3 on PS3 tomorrow. All I lack is Unwavering and Insanity, and I have done all but 4 side missions (I started playing insanity on PS3 halfway into my last playthrough, so obviously, I didn't get either trophy). So I will be getting Unwavering well before Insanity. I am almost to Tuchanka on my current insanity playthrough (New Game Plus), so once I do those four side missions, I will only be doing Priority Missions (and NO DLC missions, since Omega and Citadel on Insanity are too hard for me). Unless of course I don't unlock Unwavering then for whatever reason, in which case I will continue doing Side Missions

To get unwavering you have to do all the N7 missions on insanity. Fortunately, you don't have to do all of them in one game. First time I got the Insanity achievement I did not get the Unwavering one because I skipped the Ontorom mission (firebase dagger). Next time I played was on hardcore, but I switched to insanity before landing on Ontorom and that was enough to ulock the achievement.

Right now, somewhere, Kaidan is jealous because Liara taught biotic Grunt that asari floaty maneuver and not him.

That's another thing, how come Wrex or Aethyta or maybe Aria -- any matriarch really -- can't describe what quarians looked like before the suits? They're old enough to remember. Or how come there's no record in the citadel archives?

I have a feeling that anyone other than Liara at that argument would have tossed James over the balcony.

Well, we do see their faces if Synthesis is picked! :)

Kaidan was always jealous of James or felt a bit competitive with James. And certainly, Biotics do triumph muscles, but if you want Kasumo to be up in the balcony too you need to side with James. :-0

If I'm not playing a biotic shep I always side with James. He's outnumbered, he needs back-up.

Man, you haven't lived until your engineershep's drones zap bad guys out of cover so Garrus can mist-ify their heads.

I give Garrus Tactical Cloak just to make him more OP than he already is...
