Is there a way to navigate and view / edit Rmance Values withing a Dialouge (Like when you chat to a NPC and gain or lose affection) chat in the toolset.? I'm very new to this particualr toolset.

It's all done via scripts. Convesation options triggers scripts that add or substract from approval. Open the approval script so find out more.
