I play the Xbox 360 version, why can't I find it? Where is the download available?

It has been canceled, the Wizzards Coast people decided it just wasn't worth it.

Less then a hour even if you take things slow, but worth the $5 you spend. I mean $5 can barely buy lunch and I enjoyed it much more then lunch. Image IPB

It's worth it! Very interesting new spin on certain events leading up to the game, as well as info on certain characters. Take Wynne and Ali or secret companion with you.

I plan on taking all three when it becomes avalible for PC can't wait to play it :)

Dog is a good character to take too :3

Tho I have to say I was a little dissapointed for the lack of conversations (lots of it its just party banter)

I enjoyed it. I liked the story, it tied some things up, opened up some new questions. The loot is good.

It can be short, if you take a fairly new character to it (the easiest for me was my level 10 dwarf noble warrior) and have no mages in your party the fights can be hard.

It took me an hour, but I read everything as I found it, watched the scenes and explored everywhere looking for sparklies.

I have not yet experienced the specialization glitch some have since the title update (which I ironically got before I was able to download RtO) but most of my characters are at end game or early game, so we'll see what happens later. I'm sure as soon as I say mine is glitch free the bug will cripple me LOL

I think you will enjoy it, espeically if you plan on buying it anyway. I liked Warden's Keep, but that really felt added-on - all the "action" concerned things that happend hundreds of years ago, whereas RtO is all pretty relevent in the here and now of your game.

"Hi folks

Return to Ostagar is now unexpectedly available for the Xbox 360. We will be making the PC version available later today and will have the PS3 version available later.

Not only is it sad that you are running around narcing on people for a completely harmless thread in a very pitiable way, but you are also wrong.

Maybe if you took 5 seconds to read what you linked and think about it you would understand that this thread is not talking about the story at all, it sounds like he is just trying to guage whether or not the items are worth spending $5 on to those people who have already payed and played.

Find something more productive to spend your time on.

I'm infuriated.

Where do you buy lunch for 5 bucks? :P I spent like $14 on a sandwhich and a cookie today...

Jealous.

You could eat off the dollar menu at a fast-food restaurant and come in at under 5 bucks.

I have a question - those who have played RTO, how long did it take you vs. how long did the entire DAO campaign take you?
If someone finished DAO in 40 hours and says RTO is under 30 minutes, I'll take it with a grain of salt.
Like everyone saying WK was 30 minutes and I found from first arrival to leaving 2 hours of gameplay there.

I'm glad to see many people enjoyed the story, I'm eager to see it.  My 3rd playthrough is on hold as I want to have RTO installed before I finish my Origin.

My first playthrough of DAO was 93 hours (my thing may *say* 101 hours, but I fell asleep while playing and woke up running into a wall in the Deep Roads LOL)- again with the exploration and looking obsessively for sparklies, and my first playthrough of RtO was just over an hour, my Warden's Keep first playthrough was almost 2 hours.

Eek, that doesn't bode well.

Hrmmm.

Ah well, I want to find out what happens and I'm one of those constantly saying "hours per dollar is a dumb measurement of worth" for game content.

Thanks! :wizard:

Welcome =D

It was short, but the sweet, sweet loot .... I would have paid for even if I didn't have the touching scenes and nice story depth added.
