I've noticed over the past few weeks that just about every game I join, most of the players don't do anything. They join a game with either an underleved character for that difficulty ( mostly Gold characters who are below 15 ), or don't have equiptment on. In-game, if it's neither of those, the person is completely uncooperative or just doesn't revive themself or bleeds out.

Please tell me I'm not the only one who has noticed this.

Yeah. The biggest drop off was right at the end of weekend ops... Looks like lots of people were just playing for a free gun each weekend

The new blood is fine, but they're all jumping onto Gold too fast. I bet there are plenty of Silver people who never moved up in difficulty either.

I agree with the OP also. PUGs are worse than ever. Ryoldschool and I played one earlier today where one pug got 60k and the other got 30k in U/U/G... we weren't even trying hard either. I ended up with 185k (Cerb. Adept) and he had 140k (Juggy). We each got a friend request from one of them after the game lol.

They don't kill anything... never gel... and are generally worthless.

It is really stupid. People get downed early on in each wave, dont get and bleed out or get stepped on. This way spend half their match dead. Isnt it too boring?

I have noticed the exact and entire opposite, my PuGs lately have been good/great. Haven't had that much fun on a pally in a while. Snap freeze makes other people's lives easier.

I have run into an awful lot of players who don't seem to think pugging gold with a shuriken and one of each consumable is a bad idea. I can only carry so many pugs before getting annoyed that hardly any of them pull their weight.

I'm not sure what difficulty you're talking about, I've noticed that PUG quality has gone to crud in Gold, but there is still a chance of finding competent players in Platinum. It's possible that people are moving out of their comfort zones as the fact that the game is now in it's final state sinks in and the number of different new things to try is getting smaller for each of us.

I've noticed the same thing. Lobbies are getting longer to fill and the overall skill level of the team has dropped significantly.

Regarding both your posts, I've seen both. I've had to bring characters like Kroguards and AIUs into PuGs because the people there don't know how to play, and I have to carry the team half the time.

However, some of my best PuGs were actually in the weeks leading up to Reckoning. Since then, however, it's been crap on Gold.

All except Platinum, since I only go into Platinum when a friend of mine is on.

Thats one of the reasons I like having a crappy manifest after I switched to a computer no one expects me to carry them, or come first

He was using a human vanguard with a krysae 1, and his friend a destroyer with only a acolyte.
I honestly thought they were trolling till they both readied up and commented on the mighty banner.

I'm sick and tired of playing with scrubs that are under-levelled and quite frankly unprepared for Gold/Platinum. I notice more and more Pugs seem to be playing with no equipment and simply expect other people to carry them. They also refuse to use any consumables so I end up wasting most of mine reviving them.

I played a Gold game earlier and had a Turian Cabal + Geth Trooper following me around the map, trying to steal my kills. Needless to say they ended up contributing very little to the team.

I've been lucky in that most of my PUGs lately have bad one other solid-to-good player, which makes a huge difference. So it's typically 160-140-45-20 or somewhere along those lines. The other two guys aren't completely useless though. Lots of times, Dragoons will abandon everything to go for the stomp.

Easy pickins, as they say.

I joined a PUG lobby a couple of days ago with my Geth Trooper fully loaded with consumables/AcolyteX/HurricaneV, and one of the other two guys(both without consumables, and level 1 rares/UR) immediately put a kick vote on me. Needless to say, I knew where that lobby was headed so I left.

I played some silver matches last night I had to solo almost every wave because my teammates would keep dying lol
